Whether youā€™re a family, a couple, or two couples traveling together, the space is designed for comfort and connection. You'll also enjoy multi-room audio and a home theater setup with a large library of movies and music ā€” and weā€™re happy to arrange movie nights for you on request.

The villa is ideally situated to enjoy the breeze, so air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms while the common areas remain naturally comfortable year-round.

What to Expect

Our villa offers a spacious, private, and laid-back island experience. Please note that living in this tropical coastal climate means the salty air, high humidity, and hard water present unique maintenance challenges. While we take pride in quick responses and ongoing upgrades, you may notice some signs of wear. Our pricing reflects this ā€” at around $350/night for the entire villa, the value is excellent, especially when compared to a single hotel room at the same rate.

Youā€™ll also meet our two friendly dogs, who share the property. Most guests find them sweet and unobtrusive, but please let us know in advance if you're not comfortable around pets so we can accommodate.

If youā€™re looking for a polished, resort-style experience, you may prefer one of the nearby hotels. But if you want space, privacy, gorgeous views, and a true taste of island living ā€” weā€™d love to welcome you.

The location of the property is great. The views are beautiful. The beds are comfy...the bathrooms were clean...the owner was super responsive to our requests and questions...we really enjoyed our stay. The main living area has a bit of a musty smell, but I think it's probably due to the humidity in the area since there is no air conditioning in this space. Overall, it's a very large space and for our family, it was perfect! We REALLY loved the pool and the views from the pool! Highly recommend!

Unexpected

This property back in its day must have been extraordinary. Itā€™s a huge shame it really needs a lot of TLC. Rusted patio ceiling fan, rusted baking pans, broken electrical plate on outlet broken window screens not allowing for windows to be open for that cross breeze. Microwave crapped out while we were there barbecue grill looks like it has has not been Thoroughly cleanedIn ages. Furniture and appliances need serious upgrades. Washer walks while in water extraction cycle. I highly recommend having your cleaning service arrive and clean the day before guests arrive. The dust build up really showed. Toilet in one of bedrooms had a leak in the base. We would have definitely spent more time in the house. Had the pool also not had a swarm of bees in one section of it. While they seem to have eventually gone away a few days later, when you have someone in the party thatā€™s allergic Itā€™s difficult to get over something like that. While the property manager did get back to us. I think it wouldā€™ve been different. Had that property manager been present. One thing is for sure that this property could be so much more than it is. It has the potential to be spectacular with some TLC.

Lovely place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The dogs didn't bother us, the space was lovely, the covered veranda and the pool were our main gathering spots. Nice to wake up and take a morning dip! The appliances were dated and the place was not as clean as some in our party would have liked, but the ocean view more than made up for the few deficiencies though!

Overall, a great stay

Overall, a great stay despite the need for a little maintenance here and there. The location and views are amazing, and we didn't miss AC in the common area as the breeze flowed through beautifully. The host was very attentive when needed but otherwise we wouldn't have known he was right upstairs. The dogs were not an issue for us, they were very sweet.The rating for "Cleanliness" should more accurately be for "Maintenance" for minor things. We would stay here again, despite the few areas that needed improvement (which did not affect our vacation). The grill needs a thorough cleaning or to be replaced altogether - that was the only thing that slightly affected our plans during our stay, as it was unusable. The dryer wasn't working when we were there, but Jeremy tried hard to fix it as soon as we made him aware, and it was just a minor inconvenience - it happens.

Our group decided the pool was the best. The breeze through the house was wonderful. The host was so good to us and took care of our needs. He supplied the kitchen with useful supplies on arrival. Couldnt be more pleased!

Great location with gorgeous views

Beautiful island views easy drive to beaches and several restaurants. Comfortable bed. Could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Could have used a few ā€œhow toā€ directions for door locks..safe not available for passports and such. However, Jeremy was available for any questions we had and was always pleasant.

Outstanding!

If you want to get away from it all, THIS is the place! Lots of space in this mountain-retreat rental. Bedrooms far away from general living area. Both balconies offer outstanding views of the ocean and at different times of the day, offer cool breezes.(We graded DOWN the property for cleanliness ONLY because theres wind coming thru the house from 3 directions. You want the breezes or a little bit of daily dust?) The infinity pool offered a daily respite and cools you off while floating and staring out into the ocean! Having the owner living on-site...we found...was a plus. Appreciated Jeremy's small stocking-up of groceries to greet us as we checked in....unlike any we've seen at any other VRBO property. He was there to quickly address and fix any issues that arose. But, he....nor his sweet dogs...are NOT invasive! Jeremy also offers great advice for places to go.....and for restaurants and bars. His advice was hardly ever wrong. And lastly, he grabbed me one day and we played a round of golf on the Royal St. Kitts course.....with the back 9 featuring some of the greatest holes of golf I've played on! Any future trip to the Caribbean will include a return to this property!

Windy hillside retreat

Directions to the house were pretty spot on from the owner. House is what you see in the pictures. Its not a doctored photo. The view was okay. Owner was not in your business even though he lives upstairs. The few items they have on-site when you get there will definitely get you through the first night plus some. So you donā€™t need to stress over getting to the store. Some mention the dogs can be a pain. Im a dog person so they didn't interfere with our stay. If you keep the main door closed and the side gate closed they can not bother you. But be ware they are sneaky, they will sneak in with you if your not paying attention. The only small inconvenience with the property is the driveway gate. 1 if the dogs are out beware they will sneak out. 2 it is a little inconvenient to stop and open and close the gate every trip coming and going. I was a little disappointed when I was trying to get the speakers on the patio and in the house to work when hanging out by the pool. The owner said they were not working due to a power surge a couple weeks prior. It didn't ruin my trip but it would have made sitting by the poolside more enjoyable for my family. There are a lot of higher tech devices on property but they didn't all seem to work. The owner was very helpful and responsive when trying to communicate. Overall we had a nice trip and a good time. Yes I would stay there again.

Loved our week in Bentley Villa!

Jeremy was quick to answer our questions & a hospitable host. The property was just as beautiful in person as in the photosā€¦truly an amazing place! Gorgeous views, refreshing pool, & everything else that we needed for a relaxing & memorable vacation. We really appreciated having a few essential groceries provided for us at our arrival, too. We really loved our time on St Kitts and our stay in Bentley Villa!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful three night stay. Spacious indoor and outdoor space. Fabulous breezes. Please note that only bedrooms are air conditioned, but even in the heat of August the breeze made the other spaces quite comfortable. When not sleeping or exploring the island we spent most of time either in the pool or on one of two outdoor shaded decks enjoying the views and the breeze.

Beautiful View with Amazing Breeze

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This home is very spacious and comfortable. The private pool looks out onto the ocean and is very peaceful. There are two different patios to enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedrooms are spacious and are equipped with air conditioners. The hosts are gracious and welcoming.

Amazing views from every room

This villas was wonderful and spacious. We had great views from every room of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for all our cooking needs. The area is quiet, enjoyed the pool. The ocean breeze was so nice during the day. Jeremy is very responsive to all questions and inquiries. It was nice to have him living on site in case of any questions or advice on where to go and things to do. The breakfast items and cold beer were greatly appreciated. Loved the bowl of fresh fruit. Very hospitable. We especially enjoyed that Jeremy and family shared their dogs with us. They are well behaved and just a delight; never bothered us or annoying. If you are a dog lover you will get a kick out of them and if youā€™re not, they leave you alone. Jeremy gives a nice over view of things to do, places to go. The info sheets were very helpful. At night we enjoyed a Netflix movie, Wi-Fi was nice as well. If youā€™re looking for a relaxing place, you canā€™t go wrong!!

Christmas in Paradise

We spent Christmas 2018 in St. Kitts and stayed at this house. The home is spectacular and the views even better. The infinity pool provided a private family oasis. The two bedrooms are spacious, providing privacy as desired. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to do as much or as little cooking as you wish. The Christmas Tree was a thoughtful touch. The owners live in the upper level and were available for anything we needed. The house had working wi-fi. When renting this villa, you should be aware that most activities off property will require a taxi. The Island makes this easy as the cab driver that picks you up at the airport is available by phone for the duration of your stay or you can rent a car. However, the peace and quiet of staying at the Villa was an excellent trade-off. We felt very safe during our stay. The windows locked easily and securely. Other windows were able to be left open as they were significantly above ground level. The Ocean provided refreshing breezes throughout our stay and the bedrooms were air conditioned. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

A vacation paradise!

We stayed here for 10 days in November 2018. The weather was perfect! The house was spectacular and comfortable. Jeremy and Annu were wonderful hosts. When we arrived, after a long day of flying and layovers, it was nice to have eggs, bread, butter, milk, and beer in the refrigerator for us to use. When we needed a rental car, Jeremy was nice enough to call one for us. They came to the house and picked us up. The pool area was beautiful and the water felt great on the warm afternoons. It was a very relaxing and quiet vacation. We absolutely would rent this house again. When it was time for us to catch our flight home, Jeremy offered to drive us to the airport. A ton of issues .....

So, a lot happened during our stay in St. Kitts. Before this visit, I was a week on Nevis, with not so much as a hair out of place, so when we got to St. Kitts, things changed drastically. I arrived early and asked to leave my bags while I went to the airport to pick up my friend. I met the owner and then took a tour and got keys. The first night at 3am that evening I discovered the home had been burgarlized and my computer and all electronic devices had been stolen, along with my money, and even our drinks in the fridge! I was unable to reach the owner who lives upstairs and had to wait until later in the morning to reach him and contact police. Who rents a house on vacation and can't leave their laptop in the kitchen? This is ridiculous. While he was very polite, we did not feel that the property was secure or gates/locks maintained and the very window that had been used by the burglars to climb in the window had a screen which we later learned had been cut years ago and never replaced. This was just like an invitation to come in and steal! The property is anything but secure and even after we took pains to secure windows and doors, we did not feel better, and instead felt that we were watched all while we were there. This was a bad feeling. We wanted an ocean view property so we could have windows open but obviously not possible here. The property is WAY overpriced. The appliances are old and BOTH the fridge/freezer and dishwasher broke during our stay. The television also broke and the owner had to replace it with one he had been keeping upstairs that he told us his wife had insisted they keep for themselves. His "high tech" system was nearly impossible to operate and only two of the settings on the new Roku TV he installed worked - meaning our ONLY options for tv were Netflix and YouTube and we got no other channels or cable. The appliances are very old, and the kitchen tile and granite are poorly maintained. There was no broom and the vacuum didn't work and when we arrived, there was dog urine all over two slipcovered couches, which we had to wash ourselves to sit on the couch. DO NOT VISIT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT LOVE DOGS!! The owner's dogs come in to the unit whenever they want and they jump in the pool and in short, you cannot get rid of them. They are friendly, but we didn't want them in the home and felt that this was inappropriate. We feel we paid way too much ($250/night) and would not ever return

Paradise

You will be unable to find a more well-appointed place. The accomodations were simply beautiful. Jeremy and his wife are such gracious hosts...even had some provisions for us upon our arrival. The pool, the view, the facilities...everything was just wonderful. Thank you both for a special vacation. Rose and Bruce

Great villa

The villa is as described in the listing. It has wonderful ocean views, air conditioned bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. It is very convenient to St Kitts beaches and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time!

An Anglo Finnish family in exile, we have lived in St Kitts since 2005 when we arrived on a work contract and fell in love with the country. We eventually built our dream home, the main floor of which we are now making available for select rentals. We live on the property all year round, occupying the large upstairs apartment, along with our dogs.

As soon as we saw the half acre corner lot back in '06 we knew we would be able to build our dream home here. The constant breezes and view over the Ocean and the back nine sold it to us straight away!

We commissioned the villa as a substantial family residence consisting of a large main floor (the subject of this listing) a penthouse suite above (where we live) and two one bedroom apartments (with their own separate entrance) below. These apartments are mostly rented out to long term tenants but are also sometimes available for a vacation rental. Construction was completed in 2010.
The name 'Bentley Villa' is an homage to our beloved and sadly now departed chocolate labrador of the same name, who was largely if unwittingly responsible for us deciding to stay in St Kitts after a work contract in South America rather than going back to England. In the UK a six month quarantine is mandatory for immigrating dogs from the Americas and we simply couldn't bring ourselves to subject him to that ordeal. Instead we decided to stay here and build this place.

Designed by local RIBA architect Joseph Lancaster, this unique property has been designed so that almost everywhere you look from almost anywhere in the house you get a view of the ocean. The plethora of indoor/outdoor living spaces make for a true experience of contemporary Caribbean living whilst the breezes off the Atlantic mean you will rarely need the air conditioning at night.
