90-DAY MIN per HOA. Villa Rialto is a beautiful gated community located in East Mesa convenient to airports, shopping, restaurants and golf. This is an upscale townhouse with granite counter tops, maple cabinets and pretty furnishings throughout. The property is just steps away from the sparkling pool and club house. It's just a few minutes drive to to the Superstition Shopping Mall and under 15 minutes the open air San Tan Village Shopping Mall with an abundance of restaurants, theaters, as well as major hospitals and care centers. The famous Mesa Swap Meet is just two miles away. There are so many things to do nearby when you make this your home base. You can play at 8 golf courses within 5 miles, catch your favorite Cactus League baseball game or relax by the heated pool with poolside patio area, tables and custom outdoor furniture just to name a few of the possibilities!

There are 3 bedrooms that sleep six comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms. For overflow sleeping, there is a sofa-bed in the living room that could sleep 1-2 more.

This townhouse is perfect for your short term or longer term rental needs such as a vacation, relocation, corporate stay, travel nurse, medical treatment. We are very close to major hospitals should you wish to stay nearby while a loved one is being cared for. No Smoking/Vaping please. There is an attached one car garage.

Nice Winter Stay

We spent 3 months in this unit over the winter. It is in a convenient location within a gated community and the neighbors are nice as well. The unit has just about everything needed for an easy stay, including plenty of kitchen goods including spices and baking supplies. We only used the master bedroom but found it well appointed with an appropriate number of towels, pillows, blankets, and more than enough clothes storage. All appliances including the microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer worked flawlessly during our stay. The host was responsive to any inquiries we had and was a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. Would highly recommend this unit. You literally only need to bring your own clothes and toiletries and will feel immediately “at home” as soon as you unpack.

Villa Rialto Review

Property was filthy, furniture is in poor condition, TV ‘s outdated. All bedding stained in poor condition, bath towels enough for 4 people but unit could sleep 8. Inadequate towels, wash clothes in kitchen. All bath and kitchen towels that were there were paper thin poor condition minus the 4 bath towels. I cleaned the unit from top to bottom for two weeks so we could rent it for January thru March. We asked for a step ladder so we could handle changing high light bulbs which never happened while we were in the rental. Had problem with smoke detectors. Resolved in a couple hours. I bought cups, bowls and some serving dishes that I chose to leave in the unit as I didn’t need them at my home.

Decent place, good location, bad furniture

Enjoyed our stay but must agree with the previous reviewer regarding the living room furniture which was terribly uncomfortable. Not much fun watching a movie together with the family when the seats hurt your back .. and backsides. This was the only major flaw during the stay.

Just what we needed

My family was in between selling our home and buying a new home and had a week difference between closing. We were able to just bring a bag of cloths and food and have everything else ready Nd available. Very clean and great area! Perfect place for our family!

Place was a bit dirty when we checked in, the property manager reached out to us, and we said it looked okay, but that was just an initial check, found some dishes that were dirty, floors were dirty, and it appeared that the carpets had not been vacuumed, or if they were, it was quick / not effective. Place was great otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of issues. The coffee pot didn't work so we went out and bought our own. The living room furniture was not comfortable so we bought a couple of chairs. Overall, our stay was good and Nelle was great to work with. We had to cut our time short because of Covid-19. Nelle worked with the owners and they did give us a partial refund for the days we weren't there. I would stay here again.

Loved the space!

We traveled over the Christmas holiday and really loved having the extra space that a 3 bedroom, 2 bath provided. We appreciated how well stocked the condo was (toaster, baking pans for cinnamon rolls!!) We enjoyed our stay and would quickly book here again. The only thing I didn't love is I couldn't find anywhere to recycle. Not sure if I missed it or if the condo development doesn't offer it? Other than that, we look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home!

This place was absolutely perfect for our 5 week stay. It was incredibly clean, had starter supplies as well as a vaccine and broom, and had plenty of space for us and our two girls. The bedrooms were spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. We would have stayed longer had it been available, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for long or short term stays!

Great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion is to have a listing of the tv chanels as most people don't have direct TV nor are all packages the same. It was frustrating trying to find chanels we wanted to watch.

Great place!

Would probably stay there again, but at our age the stairs were just too much for us. Nelle in property management was just wonderful. Had a few problems when we checked in and she and her staff were just terrific in helping us resolve them - couldn't ask for better service. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror..

Nice home away from home!

We enjoyed our time here very much. It's conveniently located to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The unit was just as pictured, well equipped, and had plenty of storage. Nice gated and quiet community with a great new dog park and places to walk our small dog. Would stay here again if we could!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. They did NOT supply any hair dryers (two bathrooms), which is very unusual. I contacted the office and said they would bring one out if the owners approved. They must not have because no hair dryer showed up anytime during our week stay.

Excellent choice for a family vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The place had everything we could ask for. We really appreciated having 3 bedrooms and the master suite was great for the adults. Even the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for one of our kids. Kitchen was well-equipped with good appliances and complete dish ware. WiFi also worked well which was important to the kids. The pool was typical of condos, but was nicely heated and just a few steps from the unit. We really enjoyed the quiet out in Mesa. It’s a little drive to get into Phoenix, but worth it for the place. There’s everything you need nearby (i.e. Costco, Target, restaurants, etc.). All in all it was a great choice for us and would highly recommend the property.

Good location and size

We stayed here Feb. and Mar. As 2 couples with occasional visitors. The overall space was good but can't understand why a 3bdrm unit has only seating for 4.You could have squished 3 on the couch but it wasn't even comfortable for 2. Hideabeds usually aren't. Maybe a longer more comfortable sofa. We went out and bought a rocking chair for the duration. The kitchen was good but maybe a medium size pot would be good and a salad spinner. The beds were all comfortable with good linen. One thing we found strange was NO hand towels. What's up with that? Lots of good bath towels and pool towels. We had to buy hand towels too. On another note the construction noise and dust was a pain. On a few occasions we had to hurry out and move car as they were spray painting the exterior across the street. The deck is very small but could accomadate 2 extra stools. The pool was a nice bonus but the trees around it made a mess. Most days pool was warm. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants.All in all a good choice and we could recommend if a couple of minor additions were made.

Just what we were looking for

We stayed at this townhome for over a month and we really enjoyed the house. It has a very comfortable atmosphere, very clean, and everything we could think of was provided for. We literally would have been fine if we just walked in with a bag of our clothes. The management was very helpful, quick to respond to emails, and if necessary they were only about 3 miles away. I would definitely recommend this townhome and if I have the opportunity to rent it again in the future, I certainly will. Thank you!

Simply the best!

My daughters and I spent a glorious 9 days in this condo and loved every minute of it! We were very comfortable and at home with high end furnishings, bedding, linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was fantastic (even though it was closed for part of our stay) and the mountain views were incredible. There is plenty to do with shopping, hiking and horseback riding only a few minutes away! Close to the highway with easy access on and off to get to Phoenix or Scottsdale. We felt safe and secure at all times! Lindsay was fantastic to work with and even allowed for us to stay an extra day given our inability to access the pool for a few days. I will definitely be returning!

Very well appointed new condo

Great condo, very nicely furnished, and fully stocked with pool towels, and everything we needed. Pool area was great for our young kids, and there were two large bbq's available for use by all residents. Close to grocery stores, Costco, gas station, and other amenities.

Inviting and clean. Felt like home.

This condo was a great find. I had inquired on several other properties, but had a hard time getting timely responses, or in some cases, no response at all; even after several tries. I had a timely response from this property manager and had all my questions answered quickly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the necessary amenities. The construction didn't bother us since we were golfing during the day. :-) It was also nice to be in a gated community. It never hurts to feel a bit safer at night. I definitely would stay here again in the future.

Comfortable and Convenient!

With four adults visiting family in Mesa this location was simply perfect! Missed the snowmagedon in the East by hours and really did NOT want to go back! The condo was well appointed and extremely comfortable. I also would have used the pool if it had not been for the construction workers, but that was a minor inconvenience. The gates were locked every night and not unlocked until a reasonable time in the morning; we always felt safe. The Property Manager was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful and communicated with me easily and frequently throughout the process. We do this every year and I would definitely stay here again; so much better than being in a hotel!

Great location.

This condo was great for the four adults and two children. The location of the condo was fantastic it was within minutes of all the places we needed to be at. At the present the one issue with the Condo is the amount of construction that was going on. The complex due to the construction was not gated. As the gate was left open every day until the workers were finished for the day. The pool was not ideal for the teenage girls due to all the construction workers around. Young teenagers did not feel comfortable going out of the complex by them self with the amount of people around. The garage is also very small. Due to the amount of people we had to transport we needed a mini van. This did not fit into the garage and again with the construction was little more difficult to park. Otherwise the accommodations were fantastic once construction is finished this will be a great complex.

Enjoyable Stay

As the second visitors to this new Townhome, we found it very clean and well furnished. The beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with plenty of utensils and dinnerware. The location of Villa Rialto suited us well; convenient to a large mall, 30" to mountain hiking trails, and plenty of golf courses to choose from. Response time by the lessor was quick, with all questions promptly answered. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Mesa.
