WATER ABOUNDS: Located directly on Lafitte Cove, a protected waterway, this fun and relaxing home has a private boat slip and private pool. The beautiful emerald waters and white sand of Pensacola Beach are less than a two-minute walk to the south of the home; and the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound are just steps to the north.

The master bedroom has one king bed, private bath, and private deck facing Lafitte Cove. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with views of Santa Rosa Sound. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds, ideally suited for children and teens. A sleeper couch is in living area; and off the living area, the large covered deck overlooks the pool and Lafitte Cove. Brand new flooring throughout! Updated pictures coming soon.

The home welcomes friendly canine family members under 30 pounds with pet fee. Whether a beach-goer, sunbather, boater, diver, or kayaker you will find your stay exciting, enjoyable and relaxing.

Complimentary WiFi. Gas grill. 10 cup coffeemaker. (Pet Friendly $250 pet fee per pet). Event Friendly w/ fee.

A great Independence Day vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’d previously rented from Paradise Beach Homes and have stayed at other properties in the area and continue to have a great time. You are a VERY short walk from great beach access. Our only two tips for future guests are: 1) The pool is in direct sunlight until about 4-5pm when the sun starts to set behind the house. We had a beach tent we could set up to be able to have shaded spots during the day, but in case you have sunburn-prone guests (like we did!) I think it’s helpful to know. And 2) there is a TON of natural light throughout the house with blinds but no curtains so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep in!

Best Family Trip Ever

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the sound, and the dock was perfect for fishing — a huge hit for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made the whole trip feel relaxing.The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. We were also impressed by how well‐stocked the home was. I’ve never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so fully supplied — every utensil, pan, and gadget we needed was already there. The extra linens were appreciated, and the kids were thrilled to find pool floats and beach toys waiting for them. We even added a few beach balls and pool noodles to pay it forward.The pool and multiple decks were great gathering spots, and the kids didn’t mind the unheated pool at all. The adults would have enjoyed a heated option, but it didn’t take away from the experience.A couple of small notes for future guests: the coffee maker requires you to hold the pot up slightly for it to drip properly, and while the ice maker produces ice, it doesn’t dispense. Also, the walk to the beach includes a steep step down, which could be challenging for anyone with knee issues.Overall, this was a comfortable, well‐equipped home in a great spot. We’d happily stay again.

Fun & Sun Beach House

Neighbors on the South side were not friendly and told the kids to shut up. But other than that we had a wonderful time and a very nice place to stay.

Old and mildew smelling, filthy furniture, carpet and handrails. Exposed screws around door. Furniture was covered with blankets to hide the filth. Exterior banister was not attached to house. The management company tried to remedy and sent out cleaners and repair people.We left early because the house was so terrible. This rental cost of over 6400 so a high-end experience was expected - however, this was the worst VBRO rental we have ever had.

Home location is great. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi was great as this was a working vacation. But, there were many disappointments and would not return to this property: pool fencing was falling down, loose brick around pool, roaches inside the house, not very clean, additional items needing replacement/updating (stove light, blinds). Property manager willing to rectify quickly but not convenient during your stay. These things should be done before I arrive.

2025 Beach Vaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Florida lots of times over the years. This year was our first time to not be beach front. While I wasn't sure if we would like not being ON the beach, the location was perfect. The walk to the beach access was not far at all. The pool is a huge plus, and looking out back at the canal was great. The house itself was older than houses we normally stay in, and it could use some updating, but I would stay there again. Kids rented bikes and would go to town daily. Being close to everything was great. We had a great time.

The outdoor amenities were perfect for relaxing and forgetting the real world. Inside needs a makeover and a deep cleaning. Regardless, we are willing to come next year and make more memories!

The property is in a perfect location with quick and easy access to the Gulf and Sound. The pool was spotless and was a wonderful addition to the property. In addition, the house was supplied with an abundance of outside chairs and picnic tables as well as a grill. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bath towels were supplied. The management company Paradise Rentals made the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall a great rental property.

It was smelly and dirty feeling under your feet, furnishings are shabby upstairs. Broken lamp etc. no effort to make it nice - just beds for as many people possible.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect for bringing your boat and close walk to the beach all in one rental! Bathroom need to be updated (door needs to have a lock and grout looks moldy). Some simple update/maintenance would go a long way especially considering the price and comparing to other paradise beach rentals we have previously stayed at. The pull out sofa was also broken. Overall, the place is a decent rental and it’s location, boat slip and pool were a plus!!
