Gorgeous Gulf Front 4 Bedroom Luxury Townhouse with Private Elevator

This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach! This luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is equipped with amenities to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

The layout includes a private ground level deep garage on the first floor, with two floors of living space above, with a private elevator from the garage to the third level. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a private deck overlooking the Gulf, a full bathroom, and one queen size-bed equipped bedroom with access to a private balcony overlooking Fort Pickens Rd. The third floor includes the master bedroom with its own private balcony over looking the Gulf and en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are also on the third floor with access to a shared balcony, and a third full bathroom accessible from the hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with its own wall-mounted Smart TV.

Second Floor Bedroom: 1 Queen, 43" TV
Third Floor Master Bedroom: 1 King, TV/DVD
Third Floor Bedroom 2: 2 Queens, 43" TV
Third Floor Bedroom 3: 1 Queen, TV
Living Room: Air mattress available, 65" Smart TV

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of the facility and its location. It was perfect for our family of 9. My only disappointments were the refrigerator which did not cool very well and the dryer which has a bad motor and you had to play with it to get it to work. A repairman was able to get the fridge cooling better, however he said the dryer needed a new motor. With a large group, the dryer is pretty critical.

Love the unit and would definitely return. I’d give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Office staff was very nice and helpful on checkout Overall clean but some areas didn’t appear to have been dusted for a while. Check in text communications could be better. It was noted that we’d receive a text as soon as the unit was ready. We only received one text a couple of days before our trip and no others. Still great experience. Thanks so much.

The beach view from the back deck and master bedroom was spectacular, unobstructed view. The parking was safe , the garage under the townhouse was huge , we had 2 Chevy 1500 crew cab trucks parked in the garage and still had plenty of space. I have stayed at alot of beach rentals, never had a garage this size. This house was well stocked, they had everything you could need , from 3 coffee pots to measuring cups, to anything you would need for the beach. this townhouse was very clean , everything worked, the showers had amazing water pressure, probably in the top 3 places i have stayed at.

Amazing place!

Amazing place! We had a wonderful time staying here. The proximity to the beach was right out the back door! Everyone was very helpful checking in and checking out. We will definitely come again :-)

Fantastic condo. Views were great. Furniture was a bit worn. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but the property manager was very helpful and had the problem fixed in just a few hours. My family and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Right on the beach

We have stayed multiple times in Pensacola beach, with multiple places, this is in top 3 places we have stayed in. Great location, private beach and not crowded. Excellent beach access. And always a vacation feel.

Booking was easy! House was just as described. Very well kept up and very clean. House had every kitchen item you would ever need. Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Management company was very professional and called the day before our check in just to touch base. Great house for the price. Location was close to everything and just steps to the beach. Very quiet area and had nice walking/biking path down to the state park. Elevator was a huge plus for my 81 yr old mother. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving week. We are already planning to return again.

Amazing place

This was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway. We were able to check in early so had extra beach time. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the extras—-beach chairs and a cooler to roll down to the beach. I have nothing negative to say about this property. We will definitely look at returning.

Great space for family getaway

Spectacular views with plenty of space for families. The condo was very spacious and the bedrooms were large. Kitchens was great size. Several restaurants close by. Great space to spend quality family time.
