Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound, this elevated home with private (heated) pool offers outstanding views of beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and a large covered balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and soak in the scenery. Barbecue gas grill on deck. A large backyard leads to steps into the gently lapping waters of the sound, which are ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking and so much more. 6 bikes, 2 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks provided for guests use! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.)

Entry into the home is upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of space for food preparation and a bar area for those wishing to socialize with the chef. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. There is an additional bedroom with one full bed, one twin bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are two additional bedrooms with one full bed and the other bedroom has one queen bed and there is one additional bedroom with two full beds. These four bedrooms have access to the two common area bathrooms.

The white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach are a short three to four block walk across the island, about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Event friendly for up to 35 people.

Great FL Getaway!

This house was perfect for an offseason visit. We were able to enjoy the heated pool, fish and kayak. The beach was walkable and restaurants were close. Overall great stay.

Family Vaca Pensacola Beach

Loved where the property is and the magnificent view. We had no internet our entire stay and would have liked to have had at least a broom to clean up after ourselves with said it was a good stay.

Great location, quiet, always felt safe walking my dog. I also want to send a BIG Thank you to Paradise Beach Homes for going the extra mile and helping my husband to have flowers delivered for our 10th anniversary. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! We love Pensacola and Paradise Beach Homes. We always come back every year and can’t wait til next year.

Great Sun and Fun

Great location right on the bay and close to the beach. Property management took great care to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay at one of their rentals again.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and a 6 year old had a fabulous weekend in this home! Plenty of inside and outside seating, the dock was nice, we enjoyed the grassy yard and loved the pool! We hope to be back in the Fall!!

Celebration of Tristan Penn’s Life

It was the 1 year anniversary of my granddaughters passing from leukemia at 19. We all Gathered to celebrate her life. Perfect place do this event because she loved the beach.

Great house that accommodates large families

The views from the kitchen were amazing. The house could use some proper upgrades as there was some patchwork done that wasn’t very aesthetic. But it was a great house for kids and dogs right on the water.

Vacay

This property was in a great location. It is right on the Santa Rosa sound and about a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The amenities were great and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided except a baking sheet and there was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. All we brought were K-cups, and therefore ended up buying a Keurig and bringing it home. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would recommend it.

The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful location right on the Sound and steps from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and and bedrooms nicely furnished. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside watching boats and other water activity on the sound. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

All of us had a great time and the house was fabulous.Clean plenty of room and plenty of things to do.Pool bicycles and kayaks fishing pier all provided Plenty of household items to cook with along with a washer and dryer!!! The sunrises and sunsets are fabulous.Everyday there were dolphins that swam by also Would definetly give this a 5 star plus Can't wait for next year!!!

The patio was the perfect place for meals and hanging out. Also just a short walk across the beach! Only cons are it says it sleeps 16 but we really only comfortably fit 13 in there with the small size of some of the beds. Also just note to add toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags to your list!

Our aunt, sister, kids and grandkids joined us for various times during the stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool every day. We walked to the gulf, baby beach and park. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The location was great, and a quick drive but a little far to walk to all the restaurants. The house is older but very clean. The management company was very responsive to all our requests. Overall I would recommend this for a great family vacation!

The ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them, the fridge shouldn't have been turned off before we came (it took all night to cool our food-when I called this happens all the time). There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Both toilets needed jiggling all the time! Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

We had everything we needed supplied in the rental. The only thing that might need to be addressed is the air conditioning in the master bedroom, it was pretty warm in there. Another thing that was that I am not sure if they changed the beds because 3 of the beds had sand in them, so we just used our own bedding. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. We would also stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated the holiday in this house and had a lovely stay. At one point there were 16 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Location was great and the pool looked nice but was a bit too cold for our use. The dock was nice to sit on, but was not a good location to catch fish. The kitchen was adequate, but a second refrigerator would have been nice for a five bedroom house. Plan to bring coolers if you are a large group. Beach was a five minute walk. All rooms have TVs. We would stay here again.

The house itself is very worn. We spent initial time wiping grease off cabinets and cleaning. HVAC system does not cool evenly and on last day when HVAC kicked on, there was a very odd smell in one of the bedrooms that forced guests to switch rooms.

(the Bike tires could use air but otherwise everything was great). We enjoyed the Kayaks, beach toys and pool floats...Thanks. The location on the bay was awesome. The kids could get in the water right out front to swim...when they were not busy in the pool. The ride to the beach was short and we spent time jumping in the surf as well. We were close to restaurants, but enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet. Lovely, Lovely, thanks!

Family Christmas

The house was very nice with a lot of amenities outside to utilize. It also has a beautiful water view. Unfortunately the weather was extremely cold. The major complaint is the master bedroom - there was no heat in that room - it registered under 40 degrees on a thermometer and it was unbearable to sleep, even with extra blankets. Maintenance came out to try and fix the problem but was unable. Even during the day we would wear heavy sweatshirts in the living area. It was extremely cold weather that weekend but the house is poorly insulated and very drafty.
