The house is located in the historic center of castellamammare, with a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare with breathtaking panoramic views, while behind the house there is an area of intense green with Mediterranean scrub trees and olive trees.
The house is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, barbecue, etc) and is finely furnished with quality furniture.
The house is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets which are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot.
The closest beach is about 1 km away (Cala Petrolo).
Large panoramic terrace (100 sqm) with sea view and equipped with deck chairs, tables and chairs, barbecue, garden sofas and sun loungers.

Staying at this house was a highlight of our trip. The pictures don’t do it justice - the views are incredible and there is tons of space. The location was convenient to walk into town while also serving as a good base on the outskirt to easily get to Scopello, Zingaro, etc.

Very comfortable house with a great view

We enjoyed our stay in the wonderful house with the fantastic view and the comfortable Terasse very much. Annalisa showed us everything. Anything we asked she cares immediately and very friendly. Wonderful views and nicely designed house

We just came back after wonderful days in this house in Castellammare del Golfo, and there are so many things we appreciated. Our host, Annalisa, was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome from the start. The house is very nicely decorated - really nice design and comfortable with everything we needed. Very nice and bedrooms and bathrooms with AC that worked very well. The terrace is wonderful. It is very large, and the views over the town and the sea are lovely. We also appreciated the location - being able to walk into the town centre and the restaurants and at the same time easily reach different beaches by car. We really hope to come back!

Great home base on Castellamare del Golfo in Sicily

Eat in or go out. Lounge on the patio or take day trips to beaches and other towns. This beautifully updated space on the western part of the island will support you however you want to experience Sicily. The air conditioning, four beds and 3 full baths, and nicely appointed kitchen make for a comfortable landing space during siesta time or after a long day exploring. It's near to town and waterfront with many restaurants, gelaterias, shops, and more. The host is friendly, helpful, and spoke English; she was kind about our little bit of Italian. As with the rest of Sicily, there are steps and stairs. If your knees are in good shape, this is a perfect place to escape. The breathtaking view from the outdoor space will take your breath away.

Dream rental!

Absolutely everything was perfect. The house is magnificent, views are fabulous, provisions excellent (including a clothes washer!), the town is a dream, the terrace is our view of heaven. Impossible to beat!

Es ist ein Genuss ...

Wir schließen uns den vorhandenen Bewertungen gern an. Vorgefunden haben wir ein sehr schönes Haus, das hervorragend auf die Bedürfnisse von Urlaubern abgestimmt ist. Wir haben uns darin sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, funktional gestaltet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist ein Genuss, die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven in dem Haus nach und nach zu erfassen. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Altstadt und den Hafen ist faszinierend. Lounge-Ecke, großer Esstisch oder auch Schaukelstühle sorgen für abwechslungsreiche Standortwechsel auf dieser Terrasse. Drei weitere kleinere Terrassen umgeben das Haus. Die Schlafzimmer haben direkt zugeordnete Bäder. Die auf der Hauptetage gelegenen Schlafzimmer bilden zudem für sich abgeschlossene Appartements. Obwohl das Haus am Stadtrand liegt, ist man nach ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Einkäufe kann man aber auch in dem nur 300 Meter entfernten Minimarkt erledigen. Annalisa ist eine aufgeschlossene, sehr aufmerksame und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Wir wurden von ihr herzlichst mit pasticcini, dem typisch sizilianischem Mandelgebäck, empfangen und sie war für uns als Ansprechpartnerin stets erreichbar. E & V aus Berlin

perfekte Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Siziliens Norden

Annalisa ist ein fantastische Gastgeberin, bei Ankunft hat sie uns mit typisch sizilianischem Gebäck und einer Flasche Wein überrascht. Die Empfehlungen fürs Abendessen war grandios, sie hat uns sogar hingeführt, da dass am ersten Abend in dem italienischen Einbahnstraßen-Gewirr nicht so einfach war. Salvinius war das beste Lokal unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes in Sizilien. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, wir waren zu fünft und jeder hat auch für sich selbst eine Ecke zum Zurückziehen gefunden. Lage zentral, zu Fuß 10 min an den Hafen, dennoch sehr ruhig mit traumhaftem Blick von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Segesta, Zingaro, Erice und Palermo. Annalisa is a brilliant host how surprised us upon arrival with typical Sicilian pastries and a bottle of wine. She lives in Castellamare too, so communication could not have been better. Her recommendations for eating out were perfect, Salvinius is the best restaurant we had during our entire 15 days stay around Sicily! The house is very spacious so everybody can find a hide away if wanted.. The view is unbeatable and the houses environment is calmer than expected though it is only a 10 minutes walk downtown to the port. For is it was the ideal place to explore Segesta, Zingarro and Scopello, Palermo and Erice. Cara Annalisa, grazie per tutto

Mycket fint hus, rymligt, praktiskt med 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, bra kök. Bra läget i staden, nära till restauranger och barer. Fin sandstrand några km från huset, rekommenderas att hyra bil. Framförallt älskade vi den stora altanen med praktiska möbler och vacker havsutsikt!

Such a lovely place

The rooms are even bigger than on the pictures. Everything was great. 3 bedrooms with double beds and every room had its own private bathroom. Views from the terrace are absolutely stunning. One single bedroom which we did not use. Absolute value for money.

Fantastic stay!

I could not speak more highly of our stay at Castellammare Del Golfo. The apartment was even better than the pictures and perfect for our party of 6. Annalisa gave us a warm welcome and was an amazing host. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed preparing and eating many a delicious meal of fresh Sicilian fare. I only wish we could have stayed longer and would have no hesitation to book this property again.

Spectacular view

Annalise met us at the house and was available for anything we required. The house was spotless and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge terrace which had several sitting areas and a spectacular view of the town and Mediterranean. We were there in the spring but the large covered sitting area would be wonderful in the heat. The house is a short distance and a pleasant walk from the town centre and port area. Castellamare is a great base to visit Palermo, Erice, Marsala, Trapani, Segesta and Selinunte. There are also great hikes and beaches in nearby San Vito Lo Capo. We were two couples so we just used the ground floor of the house where there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Thanks for your welcome treats Annalise which we enjoyed over Easter

Einfach herrlich

Die FeWo ist echt Tip Top ! Lage oberhalb der Stadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, Ausblick auf einer der Terassen immer 1a. Ausstattung super, es fehlte an gar nichts. 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern -alle echt prima ausgestattet- Würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Het huis was heel mooi en alles superschoon. Prachtig dakterras.Annalisa is een lieve gastvrouw. Prachtig uitzicht en echt op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. En vlakbij een klein kruidenierszaakje waar je ook belegde broodjes kunt halen. Met auto zo op de weg. Parkeerplaatsen aanwezig. Er is een strandje in het centtrum. Maar ook verderop leuke strandjes. Alle ingredienten waren aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie! Een aanrader.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, in einem großartigen Haus.

Wunderbares Haus, über dem Ort gelegen, mit schönem Blick auf die Altstadt, den Hafen und das Meer. Riesige Terrasse mit separatem Grill Bereich. Schöne Zimmer und Bäder, sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekte Betreuung durch Annalisa. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Une location exceptionnelle

Voici une location comme on en vois peu.Tout était parfait. Une maison où rien ne manque, il y a 4 chambres avec 3 suites parentales.Le tout dans une propreté tout à fait rare. La terrasse fait plus de 100 m2 , je dirais même plus toutes les terrasses car il y en a tout autour de la maison, on peux se mettre au soleil dans chacune dans une vous y trouver même un barbecue. Sur La terrasse principale vous y trouverez une vue à couper le souffle, on domine tout Castellammare et toute la baie. Je voudrai également parler de Annalisa, la propriétaire qui est d’une gentillesse rare et d’une très grande disponibilité et n’est pas avare de ses bonnes adresses de restaurants.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus erfüllte unsere Erwartungen in fast jeder Hinsicht, die Ausstattung besitzt tatsächlich gehobenen Standard, alles war in sauberem Zustand. Die große Terrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Annalisa zeigte sich als sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns auch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gab. Zu Ostern wurden wir von ihr sogar mit einem kleinen Geschenk überrascht. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Phantastisches Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben im Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Castellammare del Golfo. Das Haus mit einer sehr großen Wohnfläche ist in einem Top-Zustand! Im Außenbereich verfügt es über eine sehr große Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten in Schatten- und Sonnenbereichen. Von hier aus hat man einen freien, atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, auf die Dächer und kleinen Straßen von Castellammare del Golfo, den Hafen und auf die Bucht mit Sandstrand; aber auch auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist qualitativ sehr gut, sehr umfangreich, geschmackvoll und wirklich mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht. Hier bieten die Vermieter deutlich mehr, als man es von sonstigen Ferienhäusern in Italien gewohnt ist. Insbesondere die Betten weisen eine sehr gute Qualität auf. Auch die in vielen Ferienhäusern oft vernachlässigten Bäder sind hier von sehr guter Qualität. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist hell und groß, aber auch die Schlafzimmer und die Bäder sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Die technischen Geräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Der Flachbild-Fernseher mit USB-Anschluss bietet eine Vielzahl an Programmen, allerdings nur in italienischer Sprache. Das Haus bleibt auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen ohne Einschalten der Klimaanlage weiterhin kühl. Das Kfz kann vor dem Hauseingang abgestellt werden. Die Einweisung bei Ankunft in die wichtigsten Dinge, aber auch die Antworten auf diverse Fragen waren sehr hilfreich. Die sehr sympathische und engagierte Vermieterin war nicht nur beim Empfang und der Einweisung, sondern auch während unseres Aufenthalts äußerst hilfsbereit und sie war stets erreichbar. Sie hat unseren traumhaften Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus wirklich zu einer unvergesslichen Erinnerung werden lassen.Wir können dieses Haus daher sehr guten Gewissens wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!
