Newly Renovated Sapphire Beach Studio w/Balcony & Spectacular Ocean View

Thank you for looking at our newly constructed Studio Condo in St. Kitts Building. After Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September of 2017, the entire building was completely gutted and rebuilt. Each unit was then finished by the individual owners. We put a lot of thought and effort into this unit, taking into account our many years of management and concierge service at major resorts in the Caribbean.

This unit is fitted with an ultra quiet AC system that will keep you cool and comfortable through out your stay. The custom kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The all new bathroom has beautiful walk-in shower with glass and stainless accents. The queen size bed has a 14 inch premium memory foam mattress. There is a brand new smooth sliding glass door leading out to a cozy outside balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or shaded afternoon cocktails while looking out over Sapphire Resort and the beautiful islands nearby. This unit has cable TV and WiFi.

The unit is fully stocked with linens and towels for both bath and beach. There are beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, a glass cook-top stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and most everything you need for making light meals should you choose to eat in.

Just outside the building, only 100 ft. away is one of two swimming pools on the property. There is a restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from the unit. Sapphire beach is just down the hill (7 minute walk). Red Hook with it's many bars and restaurants, grocery store and ferry to St. John is just 3 minutes away by car or taxi.

St. Thomas is a hilly (volcanic island) island and Sapphire Village is built on the side of a hill overlooking Sapphire Beach and the waters beyond. While this offers amazing views, it does mean that walking home from the beach is up hill. Please keep that in mind as a short walk down to the beach means a slightly more exercising walk back at the end of the day.

As owners of several units, Heidi and Robert are often nearby and can always be reached by phone or email. We have lived in the Caribbean most of our lives, and enjoy sharing our knowledge of local history, culture, places to visit and favorite eateries and watering holes. We are very happy to help arrange tours, excursions, boat rentals, massages, car or jeep rentals and more. Please don't hesitate to ask.
