Our renovated 5th floor Gulf Front condo is so good for the Soul!! Climb out of your king size bed in the morning, have your coffee on the balcony while watching for dolphins or take a walk on the beach looking for shells! Spend your days relaxing on the powder white sandy beach, swimming in the Gulf, fishing, shopping, or just exploring John's Pass, St. Petersburg, or nearby Tampa.

Then toast the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see!! Take your perfect picture from the sand or the balcony! Wrap up your day experiencing a terrific array of restaurants within minutes of Sunset Beach. Come home, take a moon lit stroll on the beach, enjoy the free WiFi, choose a movie from our movie library, or just relax and settle in for a wonderful nights sleep, all while listening to the sound of the surf below!

You don't need to look any further! This place is a little slice of paradise and truly creates
a relaxing Ahhhhhhhhhh vacation experience!

We prefer weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday, but we can certainly be flexible! :)

We prefer not to do monthly rentals in Jan, Feb, Mar, and April. We prefer one, two or three week rentals in that time period. No longer than three weeks. Thank you!

Sunset Heaven

For over 15 years weā€™ve been coming to Treasure Island and try to stay at Sunset Chateau. Shelley & Kirkā€™s condo was wonderful! It is steps to the beach! The pool is beachside! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to stay here againā€¦.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed for a week for a friends wedding nearbyā€¦this is a really great place. Very clean, cute decor, beautiful beach and sunsets every evening! Great condo, perfect location

We had a great time at sunset beach, the condo was well equipped had everything you could need and more. Shelly was very friendly and she even checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Wonderful!!!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay for your vacation look no further. This condo is decorated beautifully, nice and clean and has everything you need to have fun in the sun! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and being able to look out over the Ocean from your condo. The area is nice and quiet and cute beach bars just down the street! I canā€™t say enough good things!

Best vacation ever

Beautiful location, lovely beach cottage decor, very clean, comfortable seating, comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, bath and linens, (we have rented many vacation homes over the years and have learned that these are the basics) and Shelley was wonderful to work with. We discovered this little spot called Sunset Beach on Treasure Island about 5 years ago and just love it. The building is in a perfect spot and we enjoyed swimming, walking, sunsets along with bird and dolphin watching. We are hoping to go back next year.

HIGHLY Recommend

We HIGHLY recommend staying at this lovely condo on Sunset Beach! This is a very clean, tastefully decorated beach themed condo. You will find it extremely relaxing with the most beautiful ocean and beach views and sunsets right outside your door! There is alot to do in the area; many restaurants, parks, beaches, and shops all within a short driving/walking distance. We truly enjoyed the time we spent here for our 25th Anniversary and will plan on staying here again one day soon!

Repeat renters!

We love this condo! it's right on the beach and one of the best spots we've ever rented. Our favorite activity was swimming, walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Shelley does a fabulous job taking care of us and the condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and all the beach toys and chairs are great too! Can't say enough about it! and can't wait to go back next year!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.. We loved the fact that it is so close to the water. We could hear the surf and watch beautiful sunsets. The condo was just the right size for two people. Well equipped. With kitchen utensils and beach supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Anniversary Getaway

We had an amazing time. Wish it was longer. The condo was perfect. We had no issues at all. The sunsets were beautiful and the beach was awesome. We went fishing off the old Skyway bridge, walked on the beach, relaxed in the sun and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and the sunsets. We will be back. LOVED!

I can't say enough about this condo! We loved everything, starting with talking with Shelley. She was super working with, I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for years. Sunset Beach Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our honeymoon. The apartment had everything we could ever need and more. Location was perfect for what we were looking for, not in a resort/touristy area but close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and little shops. The beach was literally our front yard! Ocean was crystal clear with tons of shells (I found 7 sand dollars), sand bar a couple feet from shore. I have zero negative things to say about the apartment, beach, or area. We plan on coming back soon!

Back Yard Beach

If you love St Pete area You will love this Cozy condo ! Everything you need is there! If you're not a fan of carrying all your stuff a mile to get to the beach then this is place for you. You can throw a sea shell from the parking lot and hit the ocean. So Nice ! Not crowded ! Super peaceful and the Sunsets , Dolphins, Shells, and beach was Amazing !

Perfect Getaway

This was a great condo with an awesome view of the Gulf. It was clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. Very comfortable with a nice beachy feeling. I enjoyed riding my bike on Sunset Beach and walking on the Boardwalk. Visited the Seabird Sanctuary and the Florida Botanical Gardens. Saw a skimmer nest, manatees and dolphins. Britts pizza was very good. Also ate at VIP, SeaHags and Keegan's. Breakfast at the Frog Pond was delicious. Shelley, the owner, is a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to my next stay!
