Location, Location! Beautiful Family Home Centrally Located To Beach & Village

The property was originally a ranch but we added a second floor.
Downstairs in the 'adult zone' we have a mud room on entry going through to a fully stocked kitchen with dining area. We then have an open plan living/dining room with a wood burning fire.
Downstairs we also have a den with TV, DVD & Cable, then a screened porch that overlooks the backyard & swimming pool.
There is the master king bed suite with ensuite bathroom & also a guest queen bed with ensuite. Both have ceiling fans & A/C window units. There is also a separate powder room & coat closet on this level.
Out front we have a lovely cedar deck shaded by trumpet vine - a perfect place for sundowners.
Upstairs in the 'family friendly zone' we have full A/C & 3 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a massive open plan play area with a Smart TV. One bed contains a twin beds, bedroom two has a twin day bed with a trundle & bedroom three has a king and can fit a pack n play on request.
All in all the house can sleep 10 in beds.

In the basement we have a fully functional laundry room with washer & drier.

Outside we have a fenced in lawned front & back yard. In the back yard we have a heated pool and outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfectly located; close to village, the dock, playground, and walkable streets. Lovely play area for the kids upstairs and a great pool for sunny afternoons. Great stay!

This is a great place to stay in Bellport. Itā€™s a beautiful house and yard with a terrific pool for the kids and adults. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is in excellent condition. Everybody slept well with the air conditioning. The owners were very accommodating and the local manager, Andy, was terrific. It was easy to communicate with all of them. This is our second stay and we certainly hope to be back again. Location is great for a short walk to the dock and water or a short walk into the village.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

This house is so beautiful, well-equipped and spacious! My family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed the lovely patio area and the huge pool! Plus the water and park is just a block away! I highly recommend this house for rental!

Great place to stay in Bellport

Wonderful property, great pool and yard. Our grandkids loved the pool. Location is fantastic. Perfect for kids with a play room and toys. No air conditioning downstairs so it is a little warm there. Very roomy. Lots of space. Great place for a group or a family.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful property and home. The location is a block from the beach and is an easy walk. The house has everything you need to cook a feast! Many rooms to relax in and nice chairs/loungers outside by the pool. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

This home is perfection

Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable for a family get together. Immaculately maintained inside and out. Pool is simply amazing! Kids favorites included the tree swing and upstairs zone to hang out. Other than the marina, we didn't venture out much but the village looked really charming. We can't wait to plan a return visit.

Fun wedding week

Hosts were very responsive and thorough during whole process. House exactly as described. Not sure there is air conditioning in lower level but we may have missed that in the listing. Very nice neighborhood and easily walkable. Always nice to have accommodations meet your expectations. Would highly recommend.

Terrific Home for a Family Vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, beautiful, well-appointed home. This is not a party house. This is a well-maintained home that is arranged just perfectly for 1-2 families with kids. Everything you might need is here. The decor is lovely. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The pool and back deck / yard area are especially terrific. We had some great games of frisbee catch over the pool! Town is sweet, and really perfect for a quiet getaway. Enjoy!

Wonderful home for families

The owner Louise was very easy to communicate with to plan the trip. The house was even better than we had hoped - kids toys and space to play abounded. Adorably decorated, plenty of of beach towels, and the kitchen well stocked. The managers were very quick to respond to any questions or issues. The location was great - we didn't have to get into the car at all. We could walk with the kids (ages 2 - 8 years old) into town as well as to the playground and ferry. All in all a really great experience. Thank you!

Great Bellport Location

We had a wonderful stay in Bellport at Louise's home. It was 3 couples and our 4 children. The house is the perfect set up for family shares with a great upstairs playroom, adjoining bathrooms and family friendly accommodations (pack and play, high chairs etc) . We were able to enjoy time at the house, around the pool as well as get into town easily. Everything you could ask for in a summer share. One note is that there is no air conditioning on the first floor. Our stay was in June when it was warm but nothing unbearable and it did not hinder our trip in the slightest

Fabulous Home in Bellport

Gregg and Louise are terrific hosts, and their home is absolutely stunning. As others have said, the photos do not do it full justice. It is well appointed and so close to the Village and the Marina. As a group of sevenā€”my husband and I plus our two adult daughters, their partners, and my brotherā€”we found the home to be spacious and welcoming. The lack of AC on the ground floor, where two of the main bedrooms are, was not an issue at allā€”even over a steamy 4th of July weekend. The fans provided terrific cooling. We loved our visit and appreciated all of Gregg & Louiseā€™s tips. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home! Gorgeous & friendly town! Hope to make this a yearly vacation spot!!

I must say this was one of the most wonderful vacations we have ever had! We were two families with 6 small children between us (a 4 year old, twin 3 year olds, twin 2 year olds and a 7 month old). I'm exhausted just writing that! Louise was so accommodating and brave to let our group come stay in her home with that many small children and we are happy to say the house remained in tact! This home is perfect for large groups or families! The playroom upstairs and fenced stairs were perfect to gather our young crew. The bedrooms and house itself is beautiful. Everything you could need was thought of and there at your disposal - from plates/utensils for kids to ample bedding/pillows/towels/cookware, from books/movies, from plenty of well spaced bathrooms, from beach towels to a high chair and pack and play for the young ones to even exotic spices and seasonings. And the pool, small slide and tree swing were beautiful and provided endless entertainment for our families! The neighborhood and town is gorgeous and the people are so friendly. It is true you will note that there is no Air Conditioning downstairs and although that would be a plus, due to the bay breeze, the lower level rarely felt warm. The house is really just a lovely place to stay. We look forward to staying again and perhaps making this a yearly vacation home for our family!

Lovely weekend in Bellport

My family and a few friends were in town for a weekend and had a wonderful time staying at Greg and Louise's house. It is a warm and lived in house with lots of love in the walls. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a great place to relax.

Lovely home

The home was quite warm and inviting. Obviously well loved and cared for. The only thing I found difficult, other than my own anxiety in renting , was that the home was advertised as ā€˜family friendlyā€™. With 3 grandchildren under the age of 6, the anxiety was ramped up with the realization that there were multiple knickknacks thruout the house and although the playroom was great with toys and games , it was also full of art supplies including clay and markers and crayons etc. My grandchildren are inquisitive and busy constantly , following them around and removing articles that can easily deface property led to some serious anxiety. Perhaps my gā€™children are not yet able to respect the property of others ??? All I all , the home provided us with good accommodations and great access to venue for my sons wedding

Great location, lovely holiday

The location of this house really canā€™t be beaten. Itā€™s blocks from the ferry to the beach and town. The house is well stocked with all the kitchen and grill gadgets you may need. The childrenā€™s floor has all the toys one might need for a rainy day (or cold weather). The pool is a nice size and kept extremely clean. The yard is a great size. Not too big so the kids can run out of view, but sizeable. The fans in both bedrooms downstairs make the no A/C manageable. Check in and check out were seamless and the house manager and owner were super responsive.

Little Gem

Our stay was wonderful, one can tell this is loved house. It is spacious, yet welcoming. The pictures do it no justice. The back yard, pool and BBQ area is just perfect and the kid zone upstairs was amazing for our kids. There are board games, toys, some pool games. Only downside is the downstairs has no AC so it was a tad warm even with the windows open, but went in July. Overall I highly recommended this property.

Comfortable beach house, great location, perfect for families

We have rented this property 3 summers in a row, which speaks for itself. With five bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms it works well for my husband and I and our children and grandchildren. We enjoy the screened porch, quiet yard, proximity to beach, and pretty town, long pool, outdoor shower. THe children love the playroom and amazing costume box. Something for everyone! House is well equipped and cared fo. Owner and managers are very responsive. We highly recommend.

Comfortable and Fun

We had a wonderful time staying at this home with 8 adults over 4th of July to attend a family wedding in the local area. The downstairs and outdoors are roomy and pleasant to enjoy time together or to sit quietly in separate rooms to read or work. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and barbecuing. The pool is fantastic for laps and very well maintained. The proximity of the downtown and marina are ideal for strolling, sitting in a cafe or enjoying the Great South Bay. We also loved kayaking and clamming in the bay. The property manager was prompt, helpful and full of information about the home and local area. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We plan on returning next year for a family graduation.

We discovered Bellport by chance back in 2000 & bought a property there pretty much straight away as it was such a magical place. We lived in the city during the week but came out every weekend & vacation. Our kids grew up in the house & enjoyed the safe environs of the village. We have now been posted overseas for a few years & so offer our beautiful home to others to enjoy.
