The coffee machine was new in the summer, most guests are happy to use their own streaming services and the trash lids are secured with bungee cords, as per village code, to prevent the raccoons from opening the lids. But of course we will take your thoughts into consideration. Thank you 🙏

Dear Katina, We are glad you had a lovely time with your friends and family. Just to say - we do note on the website we only have A/C upstairs. Alternatively downstairs we have screens on all windows & doors that allow a wonderful fresh through sea breeze & in additional we have ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms for added air circulation. Once again thank you for staying & looking after my home so well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and found the house convenient for your son’s wedding. Just to set future renter’s minds at rest - I hope you don’t mind me responding. As you rightly noted we have a devoted space for the entertainment of children. In fact the upstairs of our property is geared towards children and while entirely child friendly has a TV and Wifi to entertain any supervising adult. We have many books, games & toys within easy reach and then some limited art supplies located in a cupboard with a closable door, behind a sofa so not immediately visible or accessible. As for ‘knickknacks’ - we have nothing like this on the children’s floor. We ask in our check in notes that young children are entertained primarily in the child friendly area of the house rather than in our more adult oriented area downstairs. It is not our expectation that young children are in our adult space for long periods of time which is why we feel it is reasonable to have ‘knickknacks’ on the shelves to enhance the ambience downstairs. Unfortunately, you stayed during hurricane season & we had recently had heavy rainfall/flooding in Bellport. With our proximity to the bay odours from the drains can sometimes be an issue under these circumstances. Once again we apologise.
