Crème de la crème, Luxury 5 bedroom 4 bath living situated just off the dunes with incredible ocean views. This 2 story home is one of a kind in Ocean Bay Park. Offering upper and lower decks along with a roof deck with a 350 degree view of the island, ocean and bay. A private outdoor shower is located on the main level deck. Vacation in this state of the art home with family and friends.
We offer a very clean and fully stocked home. Our home features 3 Master bedrooms with King size beds & flat screen TVs, Full bath in upstairs Master, a half bath in one of the two main level Master bedrooms. Additional rooms on the main level are equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Bunk room that sleeps 5. Central Air conditioning. Large open functional kitchen with a bar, beverage refrigerator, wine refrigerator, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, pots/pans, cooking & baking utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer & Keurig coffee maker, gas BBQ grill. Oversized washer and dryer available in a spacious laundry room. Relax in the upstairs vaulted ceiling living room with the magnificent sounds and views of the ocean. Enjoy Direct TV Satellite with Flat screen SMART TVs, Surround Sound built in speakers, Stereo, Free Wireless Internet!!!! We provide it all - Bedding, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, starter supply of toilet paper, and paper towels. If needed, we have a high chair and pack n play.

MUST BE 35YRS OR OLDER TO RENT
NON SMOKING HOUSE. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

This home is absolutely gorgeous also very clean It had all the amenities that we needed for our family! I will say the only thing the house didn’t have was a first aid kit, Good thing I had Bandaids and stuff in my bag . The view is perfect for a home on the ocean . We would definitely stay here again !!

Beautiful home short walk to the beach

Lovely home in Ocean Bay. Park with great views, a pool and a short walk to the beach. Owners had home set up for us and Shoprite will deliver groceries nicely packed to the freight ferry. The pool makes all the difference as the ocean was rough for swimming during our stay., And this kept the adults and children occupied and cooled off.

My family and I had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. It’s in a perfect location, right on the beach but still close to the Pantry and restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and thorough. We will definitely be booking our stay for next summer!

Don’t look any further, this home has it all! All the comforts of home and than some! Views of the Ocean from every room. Clean, comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, heated pool, out door shower, outside access to bathroom off the pool, simply perfect!!!

The PERFECT getaway!

This is the ultimate vacation retreat! The location is perfect, pool is an added bonus and the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a perfect getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen well stocked and there was ample storage. Two living areas made relaxation for our group easy, grill worked perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the upper deck.

Just what we needed

On the beach, the view is overlooking the pool to the ocean beyond. Spectacular! Kitchen was so well-furnished and appointed that we wanted for nothing -- and we were cooking complex meals every night! Plenty of room for everyone and everything. We were so pleased!

PARADISE AT THE BEACH FOR OUR FAMILY!

A short Ferry ride away.....brought our entire Family to an amazing week at our own Get A Way!!!! 36 Cayuga was definitely the BEST CHOICE........with our children and grandchildren to be together. The many levels of the house were such an advantage, as we all had together time on the Great Second Floor.... and as the little ones fell off to sleep, we were able to party on the many decks above......the Beach was steps away, but the Best part was having a pool which we enjoyed daily. The house is beautifully decorated, and well stocked with towels and beach chairs. Joy and Peter were very accommodating helping us to and from the Ferry with so much of our luggage.....Much preparation helped us as novices to the Island, as we ordered groceries online, from King Kullen, Bayshore (excellent)....and shipped 30 cases of water.....and with the help of Spoons Carting....were able to stock our kitchen for the week. Truly believe this was the Best House on the Island for our Family......as our Grandchildren came as Cousins, and left with Beautiful Memories as BEST FRIENDS!......WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ANYONE WITH A LARGE FAMILY......AND ALSO TO COUPLES WHO WANT TO RENT TOGETHER........BEA, ANTHONY AND FAMILY

Gorgeous Home!

The owners of this gorgeous home have thought of everything you could possibly need or want in a beach vacation! Hands down my family's favorite vacation place. The owners are extremely easy to work with. The pool was cleaned every morning before my sons were even awake. There are more than enough beach chairs and pool towels. I love the kitchen....plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat together. Rooftop deck has breathtaking views! We found it hard to leave and can't wait for next summer to return!

New beach front house

We had such an amazing two week stay at this stunning new house. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. It's so close to the beach and very easy to grab all your gear and head out for a few hours. The only thing that's hard is getting bags to the house through the sand b/c the sidewalk doesn't go all the way to the house. But the owners hope to get the town to extend it by next summer. Also, the house doesn't have bikes, so you have to rent them. We will definitely rent this house again!!

Stayed here with 14 people over a weekend in June. The property is right on the beach and offers an incredible view. The house itself is beautiful. It is clean, new, and well designed. The owners are a pleasure to work with as well. Could not have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommended.

Beuiful House

No fault by the owners, but the sand road was real hard for a lot of people. Pulling the wagon was not good either or a bike. However, the house was gorgeous and beautiful. the view was amazing. every room was the best. One recommendation is that if you are only going to have adults, maybe only 4 in the bunk bed room. it is a little tight in there if you are going to double people up in the full side. otherwise every room was spectacular.

Best house in Ocean Bay Park!

Gorgeous house with a beautiful view of the ocean. In addition to a great open layout the kitchen and bathrooms are stunning with a modern look. The three level deck may be the most amazing part. The roof top deck gives you a view of the whole island while the lower decks make for a perfect area to relax or walk around. I very highly recommend this house to people looking to stay in Fire Island.
