Sealife- A Luxury Beach Vacation

Come and relax in our luxurious, home just a stroll away from the Gulf of Mexico, a two minute walk. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is waiting for you along the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the whitest beaches in the world. Our 2100 square foot home has an open floor plan with stainless appliances in a fully appointed kitchen. There are flat screens in every room with Direct TV and Wifi. There are high ceilings and glass all along the front of the house to take advantage of the views. Outside, there is over 850 square feet of decking with patio furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower along with lockable storage below. In that lockable storage, you will find beach chairs and a cart to take all of your stuff to the beach. There is lots of parking including enough for a trailer. Although this house is not fully wheelchair accessible, it is handicap accessible with an external covered lift if you want to bring your elderly parents along. This home is a perfect vacation spot for families and couples of every age and ability. It was built as a house to enjoy ourselves and not simply as a rental. It is your home away from home with almost everything supplied that you would normally need. Note: We do not take reservations of less than 5 nights. We also do not allow wedding receptions.

This beach home was perfect for a relaxing family get together. It had everything we could possibly need. The lift was extremely helpful with groceries and luggage when traveling with senior parents to cut down on stair trips. The open floor plan on one level was great too. The beach was a short walk, and the house had everything we could need to enjoy the sand and water. Weā€™ve rented several houses in the area and all agreed this was our favorite! Weā€™d love to come back!

This was our 2nd year staying at Alan and Celeste's home on the beautiful Gulf. This was our annual family vacation, with 4 adults and 2 children. The home had ample room for all of us! Everything was clean and well appointed. The master suite is very large and opens onto the porch, which we enjoyed so much. The distance to the beach made it easy to go back and forth instead of lugging heavy beach equipment. We hope to return next year!

Absolutely, hands down, 100% will be staying here again! Everything we could have possibly needed is here! Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, beach was easy to get to.. I almost didnā€™t leave a review cause I donā€™t want this gem to stay booked up- but I just couldnā€™t help myself! Thank you Alan and Celeste! Your home is absolutely beautiful!

This is our third stay at this house. Itā€™s everything youā€™d want in a beach rental. Perfect location. Well appointed and super comfortable. Itā€™s just the right size for a couple or a family of six. Donā€™t sleep on making your reservation. After the first stay, youā€™ll be planning your secondā€¦and third.

Family vacation on the beach

Alan and Celeste have provided one of the best VRBO homes on Pensacola Beach. The put personal touches that only genuine hosts would think of and the property is amazing clean, well organized and less than a stroll from the beach. We would recommend the location to anyone staying in Pensacola. I couldnā€™t say enough to describe how wonderful Alan and Celeste have made this stay a great memory for us. Thank you!!

Me, my husband and our 3 teenagers had the best time. This house was absolutely amazing. It had everything we could ever need. The location was fabulous. The house was stunning and the hosts were so good to us. We want to make this our yearly house.

The check in process was super easy. The front porch was our favorite! Every meal was eaten there and even in rain showers the underneath of the house provided us with plenty of space for my daughter to ride bikes and scooters and play games. The beach was very close....the beach could be wider to get coolers through, but it was very close to beach. My family is big on biking and exercise and the bikes provided were just fine and the neighborhood was very safe for running/walking. We will stay here again for sure!

Avoid this property!!!

The owners tried to keep our 500 deposit because they said we did not wash the dishes (untrue, I washed them all myself) and that furniture was moved and blankets were not placed where they should have been. Really? After I paid more than the property was worth (according to the looks of the neighborhood when we arrived, especially the house across the street with five cars and trucks parked in the front yard), I then had to deal with an unexpected surprise from the owners. I guess they thought they could rack up another 500 by conjuring up false infractions. Do not trust these people. Super disappointing! Avoid this property!!

Great location, great house!

Our second stay and we enjoyed it yet again. Great location - you are about two minutes from the beach. Great house - it has comfortable bedrooms and a huge kitchen. A few things to noteā€¦the oven works, but the temperature display doesnā€™t. We were short on toilet paper & paper towels. The microwave rotating plate is noisy. The ice maker didnā€™t make ice beyond what was there upon arrival. With that said, we enjoyed the stay!

The house was amazing. It had so many amenities to make our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The location is great because it is so close to the beach and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The ONLY thing we wish this house had was a pool.

2nd visit

This was our second visit to this awesome property! Our family stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time. Everything was clean and we had every amenity you could want. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and games that are available and my husband and I appreciated all the beach supplies such as chairs, wagon, and umbrellas. There is even a large pop up tent available for use. The home is very close to the beach and such an easy walk there! The hosts are very responsive to emails and clearly have an eye for details! As I mentioned this was our second time staying at this property and I hope we are able to return in the future!

The Perfect Beach House

My family had the BEST time during our stay at 1211Maldonado, It was beautiful, clean, tastefully updated with everything we needed from the luxurious bedding to the well appointed kitchen with all the utensils, serving pieces, a high chair, etc. The living spaces in the house were so comfortable! ā¤ļø The location was perfect for going to the beach, walking on the beach, watching dolphins, catching crabs playing pickleball, riding bikes,It was nice to have the beach towels, beach chairs and beach wagon available for use!

My wife and I have lived in Pensacola for over twenty years , and we chose this city for the wonderful downtown and beautiful Panhandle beaches. We bought a small house at the beach that we loved to come to on weekends to 'get away' but it was destroyed in hurricane Ivan. We rebuilt the house in 2015. We will have all the info at the house to give you ideas of what to do in our town.

We bought in this area of the beach to be away from the crowds and noise that you have in any core beach area. We bought at Pensacola beach because it reminds us of our childhood vacations in the Panhandle.

This house was built in 2015 and we strive to keep it as pristine as day one. Every appliance is modern and high-end, including the washer and dryer. The house is tops in energy efficiency with geothermal heating and air along with hot water recovery. This house was built for our own use. Rental is a bonus.
