Always the BEST!

Perfect location and Aubrey is terrific! This was a quick golf getaway that I needed and it was great to unwind for a few days. Comfortable, clean and close to everything I needed. A!!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Aubrey was wonderful to work with. Communication was quick and she had many recommendations of things to do while we were in Arizona. If we ever get back to Arizona again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet, lovely neighborhood, lovely house and patio.

We came to mountain bike and this house was a perfect location for McDowell Regional Park and Browns Park. Close to restaurants, etc. The owners are lovely and the house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. We would come again.

Great place to stay.

The house was perfect for Fountain Hills. Pictures accurately show the house. Nothing else was needed and Aubrey was an exceptional hostess and very available if needed.

Lovely and convenient

We really enjoyed the secluded pool and spa. Everything we needed was here. Kitchen small but well equipped. Nice quality towels and plenty of them. Quiet residential neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by and easy access to highways.

Great backyard, cute spot

Aubrey was prompt and accommodating. My trip had some unexpected turns and she was attentive and kind at every step. The fountain of the pool was calm to fall asleep to! Small kitchen though, wouldn't recommend heavy cooking

Very nice outdoor space

This property is located right at the edge of desert in an upscale suburb. Nice to walk. Good views. Private outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fireplace. Only minor downside is property is the bottom level of a duplex, so not totally one’s own space, sonically.

Simply wonderful!

Annual buddies golf trip, property was exactly as pictured and described. The owner, Aubrey, was by far the most responsive and accommodating owner i have experienced in 15+ years of using VRBO. The ambiance of the property is amazing, from the landscaping, space utilization and views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very accessible to any wanted or required amenity. I won't hesitate to recommend Aubrey and her home to any of my friends or family.

Perfect Hideaway in AZ

My wife and I were visiting the Phoenix area for a AZ Cardinal football and wanted to be on the East side to be closer to family that lives in the area. Aubrey's rental was everything we could have ever wanted, plenty of privacy, comfortable furnishings and a great location. By far the best communication I have ever had with a VRBO host. Thank you Aubrey, we hope to stay at you wonderful getaway again in the future!! ER & RA

Nice Fountain Hills neighborhood location

The rental was in a good neighborhood and a convenient location for hiking and day trips. Aubrey gave several helpful suggestions for places to eat and different activities in the area. She was a great host and very responsive. We asked for an early check in and she was very accommodating. The kitchenette was separated from the living space which we didn’t realize from the pictures, but it worked fine. The space by the pool was beautiful and relaxing with the running water.

excellant vacation rental

This vacation rental was fantastic. You know how you go on-line and worry you picked the wrong rental. Well worry no more if you pick this wonderful rental. It was clean, roomy, and did I say fantastic? Aubrey was the most helpful hostess ever ( the bottle of wine and chocolate bar didn"t influence me one little bit). Fountain Hills is a very quiet peaceful place to come back to after a day of sightseeing and the backyard is a great setting for dinners by the pool with a cascading waterfall.You can't go wrong picking this rental for a wonderful retreat. Thanks Aubrey for everything.

Here is the good, bad, and uglyon this property. The host was amazing! Answered needs immediately! The back pool area was very inviting, clean, and the scenery of the city was beautiful. The bed was broke when we got there. I contacted the host and had a new frame that day. The listing is not quite accurate as in "duplex". It's more like the walkout lower level basement of the hosts home. Yes, they were home too. However, the "privacy" was absolutely there. It just wasn't ideal. The king mattress needs replaced badly. Worst mattress I've ever slept on. Very broken down. The bedroom itslef was very large and cozy. Lastly, the kitchen. Don't plan on doing a lot of cooking. There is no oven or true stove. There are two burners in the countertop. It is a very small kitchen. Not real easy to move around in. You do have a dishwasher. Hey, you're on vacation, right? Why cook? Regardless, the host was perfect, backyard was perfect, the interior is lacking, the listing isn't accurate, but it worked for our needs. I really hated to give it the review I did just because the host was so, so accommodating and an absolute sweetheart.

HIdden Gem

This property was a wonderful little gem in Fountain Hills. The property was very clean with large bedrooms. Aubrey had us supplied with everything we needed: plenty of towels for showering and for the hot tub/pool area, extra toiletries, paper towels, etc. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate. We loved that we did not need to clean or wash towels before we left as in other properties we have rented. The best part was the outdoor hot tub with a gorgeous view! It was our favorite way to end each day! It was too cold to go in the pool but that was fine. One thing we didn't realize was that there isn't an oven, only a stove top. Aubrey was kind enough to offer her air fryer or her oven to cook a pizza, but we opted to go out instead. Aubrey also was quick to answer any questions that we had and offer advice on where to go and what to do. Thanks for everything, Aubrey!

Wonderful little getaway!

Loved the property. Cozy little gem with a fantastic view and privacy. We had a wonderful time for a short getaway trip to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Definitely recommend! Aubrey was outstanding. Responded quickly to any questions and check-in/check-out was easy. Entire stay was excellent!!!!
