Come relax and enjoy our Pajaro Dunes beach house.
Hose 85 has everything you need for your next trip and we are excited to share our home with you. The beach is quiet, the views are amazing and you can hear the ocean in every room.

Pajaro Dunes is a serene private beach community located on a secluded stretch of beach with miles of coastline to walk, run and explore.

Our home is perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy quality beach time together as well as those wishing to explore the beautiful Monterey Bay area.

Wake up to the sounds of the waves while enjoying the view from one of our many beach facing windows or the large front deck.

The beach access is right in front of our home. Have fun walking along the beach, gathering shells, or jumping the waves. The large beach is perfect for frisbee, soccer, football, kite flying, picnics, sand castle building and reading. Just down the road are the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts and designated walking paths.

Want to relax inside? The open floor plan and extra table space allows for puzzles and games while enjoying the views.

House Details:
Our 4 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 10 and has an open floor plan with beautiful ocean views. The beach access is located in front of the house and we are just steps away from a bird sanctuary, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a large grassy field. On a clear day you can enjoy views from Monterey to Santa Cruz.

* Our home can be comfortably shared by one family, several small families, or a group of friends traveling together. Our house has plenty of open space for everybody in your group to spread out.

* Our large open living room and dining area provide ample space for your group to relax together. The living room offers high ceilings and large windows, perfect for enjoying the beautiful ocean views. From the living room, dining table area and kitchen you can enjoy ocean views in the front of the house and views of lush eucalyptus trees in the back of the house.

*Our home provides a fully equipped kitchen with enough cookware, dishes and table settings for your whole group. The kitchen has a view of the ocean and the beach access. It also has a large window that opens up to the lush eucalyptus grove at the back of the house. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room making it easy to be a part of the action while preparing meals.

*Multiple decks are available for you to sit back and relax or dine outside in the fresh air. The back deck has a gas grill and an over-sized picnic table large enough for your group to share a meal together. This deck overlooks eucalyptus trees. The front deck has patio chairs, tables and ocean views. An upstairs south facing side deck has a small table, chairs for 4 and ocean views.


*We provide a dedicated, private and secure, wireless internet connection specific to our home. This makes it possible to have a faster wireless connection to work remotely, attend distance learning school or stream your favorite shows. We also have a cordless phone with free local and long distance calling.


*Plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels and sand toys are all provided in the attached 2 car garage for you to use while enjoying the beach.


*Parking available in the attached two car garage, on the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house.


Bedroom Configurations and Layout:

* Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, a full bath and laundry facility. The front bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed, views overlooking eucalyptus trees, and a flat panel smart TV. These two bedrooms have access to a shared deck.

* The main floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. These two rooms have the potential to be closed off as two master suites. The front master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The back bedroom has a queen bed, a double bed, and a flat panel smart TV. This room can be closed off to create a second master bedroom. Both rooms on the main level have a shared ocean view balcony with a patio table and chairs.
