Very bright apartment is the entire floor of a free-standing building with 10 windows.
3rd floor (top and last floor), stairs, 40 steps up to reach our door. (No elevator)
Master bedroom with a king size bed.
Single bedroom with 1 single bed.
Spacious living room.
1 well equipped bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen in wich you can cook real gourmet meals.
Rialto Market walking distance where you can find great fresh fruit, veggies, fish, and even La casa del Parmigiano for your original parmesan cheese.
All services as Pharmacy, Post Office, museums, churches, very close. A great Supermarket CONAD CITY in within 15 yards! Cool shops (leather purses and local crafts) near home.
Even our neighbours' bar in Campo San Polo (San Polo Square) called Ristobar San Polo.
We personally take care of our former home. It is myself Sabina, my mom Marilina and my husband Paolo.

What could be better for your first time in Venice than being met at the train station by the owner, who is also a tour guide, and walks you to your apartment all the while telling you about the city you are passing through? Then getting the tour of the beautiful apartment and being taught all the details you need to know!Our stay was beautiful, with all our needs met and a great location as well.

What an outstanding property. And Sabina is so nice. She met us at the train station and guided us to her family home. The location was perfect and everything was just so. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. The bedrooms and kitchen were perfect. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We’ll be back!

Lovely, quiet little apartment with everything you could want in a great area of Venice, a little off the beaten path. The host met us at the bus stop and walked us to the home. It was well appointed and very comfortable. Sabina was easy to speak with and very helpful.

My wife, 12 year old son, and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. A couple of things really stood out to us as differentiators and are worth mentioning. Our host Sabina was incredible. We had just concluded a cruise and had a transfer from Ravenna to the Venice bus station. Sabina met us at our arriving bus and assisted us with the logistics to get from the bus station to the apartment. This was not expected and was a huge help since we had a lot of bags and did not know the optimal way to get to the apartment from the bus station. Once we got to her home, she spent a lot of time explaining to us how everything worked, pointed out some site seeing recommendations, provided us with a map of the area, and recommended restaurants and stores. Sabina was always available throughout our stay to answer our questions. We had left our electrical converter behind and when I contacted her to get a recommendation for a local shop she said don't buy one, I have a bunch located in this particular drawer in the home. The home was absolutely immaculate, and it was obvious she prides herself in the home and ensuring her guests have a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her home as this was one of the best VRBO experiences our family has ever had.

We can’t say enough about how lovely this apartment & owner are! One never knows how true the photos are but with this one, we were so pleased to find it as shown in photos & in person even better! The apartment was larger than we expected with beautiful decor that fit the feelings of Venice. The apartment was spotless with all we needed for our visit to Venice. The owner’s husband was kind to meet us at the train station & help us navigate the way to the apartment. He shared helpful information as we walked. Sabina met us at the apartment after a through explanation of the working of the items in the flat. We appreciated having coffee ready for our use! We explored each day but relaxed once we returned, to comfortable beds. We are happy with the location as well. Close enough to all the places one wants to visit but in an area that is quieter at the late hours. We left with wonderful memories from this magical city

This was a perfect home. And when I say a home, it feels as though you live there. Its close to the train station and we walked everywhere. We have been vacationing all across italy and all of our stays have good but this was excellent. Sabina the host walked us through everything, and the home has everything you need. 10 stars. Would stay again for sure.

This apartment is lovely...clean, safe, well kept, comfortable. It is centrally located in Venice for easy walking to all the sites, shopping, food, wine, activities. Additionally, the hostess Sabina, was the most responsive, kind-hearted, patient and informative hostess I've experienced. I highly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again if I return to Venice.

Everything about this stay was perfect! We could not have asked for a better host and better accommodations. Sabina met us at the train station to help ease our comfort of transitioning from one location to another and provided us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The place was just lovely and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Outstanding in every way!

all you need for a city trip: central location, lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, nice apartment, clean and comfortable, where you kind of can feel at home, excellent hosts providing all support and information you need

Wonderful, responsive host, Sabine. Apartment is spacious and homey. Kitchen is well stocked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, bars, gelato, and a grocery store. Easy walk to the Rialto area. Highly recommended!

Sabina & Paolo are the best. They met us at the train station, helped with the translation to purchase our next train ticket and above all that helped with carrying our luggage.Their home is in a good location, and Sabina explained how everything worked.I would highly recommend staying at their home.

Sabina’s apartment is beautiful, well located and very spacious! From the start, Sabina kept us well informed and met us at the bus stop to walk us to the apartment. The apartment was wonderful very clean, washer was wonderful. Bedrooms very nice comfortable beds. I love all the family history that Sabina mentioned to us. It was extra special to stay in her childhood home. Very quiet area.She was very nice to meet us at the bus station and walk us to the apartment. Along the way, giving us a lot of information. Would totally recommend this apartment.

A very well-situated apartment, near the Frari Church but an easy 20 minute walk from bus and train stations. Beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Aircon, plumbing and cooking all in perfect order.

Perfect stay for three

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

From the Venice Airport or Treviso Airport we can give you exact info on how to get to Piazzale Roma (Bus Terminal) and meet you there.

This has been our family home and it is here that I have lived all my youth. You find it in the Historical Center of the City between Campo San Polo and the Gothic Frari Church. I'd like to share it with curious guests willing to appreciate a unique city in our world. My daughter, Sabina, who works in the field of tourism, as a tour guide, will be able to welcome you with all the necessary explanations and precious informations and advices on how to enjoy the city the most.
