We have 3 Cottage Lodges that have all the same amenities, that will accommodate your group...We have a 2 nite minimum (3 nite minimum on long weekends) for weekends during the summer season and the golf season...We are a group accommodation and typically the minimum is 10-12 guests on weekends as well...Whether you are a group of 12-40+...or an all men's... ladies...couples... family...sports groups...or handicap requirements within your group....We pride ourselves in providing the facilities that best accommodate your group...We have groups that have been staying with us for over 25 years... and have stayed in all 3 at different times, based on the size of their group... They loved them all...We will provide the provide the best suited Cottage Lodge based on the size of your group ..Please visit our site StaynPlay.ca for more pictures and information and contact us to discuss the finer points not listed...We look forward to hosting your group... Our 3 Cottage Lodges, each have fully equipped kitchens, all bedding and linens are supplied. We also encourage our guests to bring their personal items and we will take care of the rest of their needs. There are gas BBQ's and covered patios, volleyball, horseshoe and fire pits and games rooms have pool tables, card table, and satellite sports screens. We are located a short walk to the WeGo Shuttle that runs every half hour to the Falls Attractions,Nightclubs and Casinos.The Cottage Lodge can provide for groups from 4 to 50 and 'Group Accommodation' is our speciality. May 1-Sept 30 our 1 week reservations, Friday Checkin and Friday Checkout. Our policy is...'All you have to bring is your personal items and we provide the rest'...The Executive has 7 bedrooms 13 queen size beds, 6 dbl futons, full kitchen, 2 baths, games room with pool table, card tables, and satellite sports screens....The Upper Loft has 2 bedrooms, 4 queen size beds,2 dbl futons, kitchenette, 1 bath..The Lower Loft has 2 bedrooms with 5 single beds, 1 queen, 3 dbl futon bunks, full kitchen, 1bath, wet bar with games room with pool table and satellite screen,The Addition has a bunk room with 5 dbl futon bunk beds and 1 queen size, games room with pool table, card table, kitchenette...Outdoors we have 3 natural gas BBQ's, picnic tables, fire pits, horseshoe pits, regulation volleyball, and a private 1 acre estate lot for outdoor activities and no neighbours to eliminate noise concerns while your group is enjoying their Stay and Play visit in Niagara. The EXECUTIVE, ADDITION, UPPER LOFT, LOWER LOFT are located on the 18th tee of the 18 hole golf course next door. The RYSDALE, CADDY SHACK! and CABINS 1,2, and 3 are located on the 1st fairway of the golf course next door...The HERITAGE, BOATHOUSE, DUGOUT and the LUNDY MANOR is also located on the 1st fairway of the golf course next door....We package with most area courses should you like to play several courses during your stay...which includes a lite lunch and beverage 'on the turn'...During your stay, we will host your group for a complimentary pizza nite at our friend's Molson's's sponsored sports bar 'Chip&Charlies' located a block away...We can arrange your shuttle so we can get you home safe after an evening 'on the town'....We are open year round and many groups stay with us and go to Buffalo for NFL Football, NHL Hockey, enjoy Canada's largest free New Years Party at the Falls, Christmas and the Festival of Lights that lasts into February...Out of town sports groups 'Stay and Play' ....and participate in hockey, baseball and golf tournaments in the Niagara Region....Our 'Stay and Play' has hosted many breakaway groups.... Last minute booking

Our previous VRBO cancelled less than a week before our stay. There was almost nothing available over a holiday weekend, so we were relieved to find this place last minute. It wasn't the type of stay or in the location we'd planned on, but we made the most of it. It was like we were away at a scout camp for a weekend. Lots of beds in one room. Great response time from our host. The upstairs unit did not have AC, but we asked for a fan that was dropped off to us almost immediately. We played horseshoes and used the fire pit one night. Another group arrived on the second or third night, and they were loud and up talking until 3 or 4 AM each night.

Guys Golf Trip

Ken was great to deal with and responded to all my questions quickly. This was our annual golf trip and the house was conveniently located as we never had more than a 15 minute drive to any of the golf courses we played. In fact we could even walk to one as it is next door. The house had everything we needed and could easily accommodate a larger group. My only criticisms would be that there could be some information on the best place to buy firewood so we could have had a fire and the beanbag game could use some TLC and new bean bags.

Fun, flexible group stay

This is a great place for a golf trip or bachelor party. Tons of activities and outdoor space compared to most house rentals, and the pricing is flexible based on the number of people staying. Not the fanciest or most luxurious of houses, but everyone in my group had a great time.

Labour Day Weekend

Ken was such a great host. Very attentive! Beautiful house with so much space. My group had a lovely time and it was a perfect ending to summer 2020. House was very clean. Wifi was hi speed. Very close to many restaurants and the falls. Lots of parking space. We will definitely be returning in the future for more group trips!!!

Fantastic spot for a large group.

Renting this property was great, the check-in process was smooth and simple, the house was clean and as advertised with as many beds as possible. The location is very ideal and the amenities were all great in keeping my party of 24 occupied.

This was amazing

We spent a phenomenal weekend at this property with a group of about 40 people. The space more than fit us and offered so much to do. The hosts, Ken and Adam were absolutely phenomenal as well. Definitely will be back next year.

Bachelor party weekend

Myself and the guys that stayed on the property had a wonderful time! We originally had the lower loft (which was great) but Adam (kens son) gave us the upper loft also, since it wasn’t being used, so we had an extra beds and so that we could feel extra comfy and made us feel really welcomed! Ken was helpful anytime I had questions about anything and even let our group check in extra early so we could make use of our stay! The people that stayed next door were also friendly and had a blast playing some volleyball with them and their entire family. Only things I wish was that the lower loft was maybe swept up a little better and made sure that there wasn’t any garage left behind from a previous group. We had some rioting potatoes under the sink that caused there to be quite a bit of fruit flies to be flying around inside. Other then those small things everything else was great! Thanks again for letting us stay ken and would probably stay there again!

Amazing Cottage

We brought a group of individuals with disabilities for vacation and there were more than enough beds for the 8 of us. Ken meet us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. He was always available and had a someone checking to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. There were 2 kitchen areas we had access to on the 1st floor, 1 kitchen in the basement and according to several of my individuals count, 31 beds. The cottage is 10-15 mins from restaurants and Clifton Hills Falls and all the attractions. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone with large families for reunions, family vacations or a girls weekend away.

Great location and hosts!

My friends and I were celebrating a bachelor party in the Niagara region. The Moore family property was great! had tons of indoor/outdoor space (lots of deck area, a bunch of BBQ's, horseshoes, etc.), plenty of beds to accommodate our group (11), and was very private. Ken and his son Adam were a pleasure to deal with. they were very accommodating. They checked in with us to make sure everything was ok, helped us book golf, and were on top of answering any inquiries we had. If you have a larger group and are looking for a great spot with easy accessibility, lots of space, and is private. I would highly recommend their properties.

Great for Extended Families

We had a blast at the house for the week. We were close to all the sights for Niagara falls. The house had plenty of rooms for each group to have thier own space. The yard was awesome to hang out and play games in. We were pleasantly suprised to find a high chair and pack and Play lots of board games as well. We were able to prepare meals for large groups and hang out.

Fantastic property for a large group!!!

Thank you to Ken and Adam we had a fantastic experience at this property! It is a fantastic place for a large group. There were more than enough beds and privacy for our group of 16. Plenty of room outside for any outdoor activity you can think of and lots of chairs and picnic tables to sit at. The pool table and shuffle board were a hit! The sport room and satellite TV were the best as there was plenty of room for all of us to watch the historical Eastern Conference win for our RAPTORS!!!!! Thank you so much again to you Adam as you provided us with everything and anything that we needed. The big bucket of towels was awesome! You definitely deserve praise for being available anytime and happy to do anything that we asked of you! Looking forward to coming back again next year!

A small group of us stayed here over the family day weekend. We had a fabulous time and relaxed, enjoying the experience. The lodge was warm and welcoming and very comfortable. Totally Worth It!

My family and I stayed at one of the Stay and Play Niagara properties during the first week of July. There were 14 of us in all, ranging from 7 to 75 years old (6 adults and 8 kids). The owner, Ken Moore is wonderful. He met us at the house upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the home, and answered all of our questions. He is one of the nicest people we met during our stay—and even when we had to call him after hours because of a locked bedroom door (kids doing what kids do) he graciously came over and took care of it with no problem. We were very happy with the accommodations, as there was enough space for all of the adults and teenagers to have some privacy. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils we needed to fix a big breakfast before our days of adventure. In the evenings the adults were able to relax, and if our kids still had energy to burn, we were not concerned about them disturbing other people, something that we would have had to deal with in a hotel. The location is great, Niagara Falls tourist area was close enough for us, and there are all kinds of restaurants, stores and outlet shopping within short distances. Wal-Mart wasn’t far, and we even ventured into the regular grocery store which is on the same street as the property, just a couple blocks down. A trip here allowed us to purchase the ingredients for s’mores, and our kids had a blast roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard—a magical first time experience for most of them. We could not do that in a hotel, which made renting this property totally worth it! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ken and Debbie!

Parents 50th Anniversary

What a phenomenal time! The house was charming and clean. Ken, Adam and Vince went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. There were over 20 people in our group, kids and adults. Plenty of room to all hang and lots of things to do. Great ideas shared by Ken and gang which only made our stay that much better. We took a fantastic bike trip to Niagara on the Lake which Ken helped us with as well as a fabulous dinner at Strada West. Thank you Ken! What a treat. Would totally recommend to anyone. My family is already planning their next trip!

My name is Ken Moore, and my wife Debbie and I have lived in our great City of Niagara Falls all our lives. Debbie and I have been married 43 years and first dated in high school. I have recently retired from the Niagara Falls Fire Department after 36 1/2 years of service. Our Cottage Lodge boasts as one of the most fire safe properties in Niagara, and we pride ourselves in keeping our guest safe during their stay. We also support MADD and will arrange guest transportation and will even personally shuttle our guests if required. Debbie has put a 'lady's touch' in the Cottage Lodge to give it the feel of ' home away from home' and have had repeat guests, sports groups, families, and groups of all types from around the world return for over 25 years. Debbie will also arrange special home cooked meal package(s) should you want to take a break from the kitchen at any time during your stay. Living in Niagara our entire lives, has enabled us to prioritize the venues we feel our guests would appreciate most. We can create a 'one stop shopping' experience for our guests and assist in arranging an itinerary with virtually no wasted trial by error visits during your stay. We have many life experiences in Niagara, and have visited most eateries, attractions, golf courses, night clubs, etc. and if you visit Tourism Niagara's website we can further assist with your itinerary if you wish. We cater to all age groups and many of our guests have first visited us for their bachelor and bachelorette parties, and return for many years later with their co-workers, families, for anniversaries and Christmas and New Years celebrations, etc. Many years ago, Debbie, myself, our 2 children Adam and Jessica visited a dude ranch in Wickenburg Arizona and from that experience we always felt we could duplicate the the great 'homey' feel but in a Niagara Falls environment. We feel this is the key to our existence and our groups have been returning for over 25 years, the same as at the dude ranch.

Our property is located virtually a 5 minute drive from the most attractions, casinos, The Falls, and access to the QEW, 420, and Highway 20 is only a block away. The Cottage Lodge is a 150 year old plus rural home and is located on a private 1 acre estate setting on the 18th tee of the golf course next door. We are only the 3rd owner of this 200 year old property which began as one of Niagara's first dairy farms. The original homestead has 7 big bedrooms with a total of 13 queen sized beds, large kitchen, living room, games room and a laundry room if required for our guests. The 3 car garage has been converted to games room with pool table, sports screens, kitchenette, and is equipped with 5 double futon bunk beds and a 3 piece bath for your comfort. The tack building has been totally refurbished and converted into an upper B&B style loft with 2 bedrooms , kitchenette, 4 piece bath and living area with beer fridge and satellite sports TV. The lower loft area also has 2 bedrooms and kitchenette, common games room with pool table, sports screen, and wet bar, as well as a 3 piece bath. Debbie prepared all the bedding , window accents, and again gives you that home setting appeal. Our Cottage Lodge is well known locally, and many families arrange wedding party stays, family reunions with guests from all over North America, and even local funerals where loved ones can congregate in a 'home away from home' environment. Again, this property is conveniently located a short walk or ride from restaurants, indoor water park, spa facilities, groceries, walking paths that take you throughout the Niagara, factory outlet mall, and the largest new mall in Ontario complete with a Bass Pro store you can actually go sport fishing at. Adam is actively involved in assisting our guests with their itinerary and is an avid golfer and can arrange packages at most of the Niagara Area Courses. During your stay we can arrange 'complimentary pizza' nites at our friend's 'Molson's' sports bar.

The Cottage Lodge property is located on a private 1 acre estate property with virtually no neighbours. We like it that our guests can enjoy a 'live and let live' atmosphere with music and laughter and knowing they are bothering no one. The outdoors has a regulation volleyball court and nite lighting can be arranged. There are 2 fire pits for our guests to gather in the evening hours and enjoy hotdogs and roasted marshmellows while they solve all the world's problems over a nite cap or hot chocolate. There are also 2 horseshoe pits and many groups play to establish bragging rights until they return the following year. The Cottage Lodge is available yearround and hosts many groups that come for....hockey, baseball, golf, soccer, etc. tournaments.... Celebrating New Years at the Falls with famous Canadian recording artists, at the the largest televised New Years venue in Canada. Family and friends reserve our facilities to celebrate Christmas as if in the comfort of their own homes. Our groups range from business groups, religious retreats, hobby groups, quilting and sewing ladies, and has accommodated groups from the NHL, CFL, and such greats as Walter Gretzky, Marcel Dionne, the late Doug Jarret of the Chicago Blackhawks etc. etc.....We recently hosted Kyle Chipchura of the Phoenix Coyotes and his wife Nancy, as well as their family and friends when they got married in the Niagara Area this past August. The family reserved the Cottage Lodge for 5 days and had a Saturday evening celebration with 100 guests and live music, family BBQ and horseshoe tournament. Debbie and I have since travelled to Phoenix and have enjoyed meeting Nancy and her family and watching Kyle play. We look forward to the opportunity in hosting your group in future and will endeavour to serve you in such a way, that you will revisit us. Over 75 per cent of our bookings are either repeat or word of mouth...We pride ourselves on this, and your Cottage Lodge experience is our No.1 priority.
