The Park Hyatt Residences is the premier ski-in/ski-out accommodation within the European style Beaver Creek Village, where you will enjoy all the privacy of home, along with the amenities, conveniences, and luxuries of a 5-star hotel.

The 2 bedroom suite features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large living room with gas fireplace, and a separate dining area. The Suite also includes flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, DVD and IPod docking station in the living room, iHomes in the bedrooms, WI-FI, and full-sized washer/dryer.

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, and a tile and marble bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom suite features two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and a full bath. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa, providing a total sleeping capacity for 6 people in a two bedroom.

All rental rates include valet parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles at nightly rate), a mid stay clean on all rentals 7 nights or longer, a full service concierge, access to the fully equipped fitness center, sauna, steam room, heated pool and 5 hot tubs, and ski valet service in the winter. Additional guest amenities include the award-winning Allegria spa, 8100 Mountainside bar and grille, and nightly fire pit s'mores.

The Park Hyatt is situated at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with 1,500 acres of ski-in, ski-out terrain accessible just steps from the back door of the hotel via the Buckaroo Express Gondola. Beaver Creek lift tickets are also honored at Vail Mountain. Ski school and babysitting services are also available.

Just outside the Park Hyatt Residences is the Beaver Creek village with shopping, art galleries, equipment rental, restaurants, a skating rink, and live entertainment.

You will love this property!

This is a time share unit; we can only accommodate 7 night stays that run Saturday to Saturday ONLY. We can accommodate shorter stay but they must run between a Sat. and a Sat... and longer stays greater than 7 nights may require a move change. Please ask us for more information and options.

Two nearby airports: Vail / Eagle County Airport (EGE) is located just 20 minutes from Beaver Creek, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 2 hours away both with easy access via I-70.

Great location

This was a great property! I love the location and the condo was immaculate. They came twice a day for cleaning and love the chocolate they left behind.

Perfect place for skiing

We brought our four-year-old son along with us this time and it was the perfect place for first time skiers the ski valet is right next to ski school, and the outdoor restaurant is a great place to sit and watch your little one come down the mountain, we will certainly be back again.

First Ski Trip

This property is fantastic. We could not ask for a better setup to launch our first family ski trip. Convenient, clean, and easy. Service was fantastic. We will certainly book again for our return to Beaver Creek.

Absolute best set-up for a family ski vacation

This property is AMAZING! There is a ton of room - great for a family with teenagers. The location can't be beat - walk out the back door, your boots and skis are waiting for you, and the gondola is just steps away. And the staff is fantastic - they called multiple times just to make sure we had everything we needed and to ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

I can't say enough great things about the staff and the property. If you are looking for a great property to take the family on a vacation this is it. You have the benefit of a condo with all the hotel amenities. All accommodations are first class. One of the top 5 property staffs I have ever seen. We will be back again.

This property was absolutely perfect! Ski in ski out wth ski valet. Beautiful spa for soaking your muscles after a full day of amazing skiing. The residence was gorgeous, clean and the staff was available to help with any needs! Highly highly recommended.

Best Beaver Creek Experience

We all loved the unit and the ability to utilize all that the Park Hyatt has to offer. We skied, had wine and cheese by our cozy fireplace, listened to the nightly live music at the bar, hot tubbed, and worked out in the gym. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to all!
