The Park Hyatt Residences is the premier ski-in/ski-out accommodation within the European style Beaver Creek Village, where you will enjoy all the privacy of home, along with the amenities, conveniences, and luxuries of a 5-star hotel.

The 2 bedroom suite features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large living room with gas fireplace, and a separate dining area. The Suite also includes flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, DVD and IPod docking station in the living room, iHomes in the bedrooms, WI-FI, and full-sized washer/dryer.

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, and a tile and marble bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom suite features two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and a full bath. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa, providing a total sleeping capacity for 6 people in a two bedroom.

All rental rates include valet parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles at nightly rate), a mid stay clean on all rentals 7 nights or longer, a full service concierge, access to the fully equipped fitness center, sauna, steam room, heated pool and 5 hot tubs, and ski valet service in the winter. Additional guest amenities include the award-winning Allegria spa, 8100 Mountainside bar and grille, and nightly fire pit s'mores.

The Park Hyatt is situated at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with 1,500 acres of ski-in, ski-out terrain accessible just steps from the back door of the hotel via the Buckaroo Express Gondola. Beaver Creek lift tickets are also honored at Vail Mountain. Ski school and babysitting services are also available.

Just outside the Park Hyatt Residences is the Beaver Creek village with shopping, art galleries, equipment rental, restaurants, a skating rink, and live entertainment.

You will love this property!

This is a time share unit; we can only accommodate 7 night stays that run Saturday to Saturday ONLY. We can accommodate shorter stay but they must run between a Sat. and a Sat... and longer stays greater than 7 nights may require a move change. Please ask us for more information and options.

Two nearby airports: Vail / Eagle County Airport (EGE) is located just 20 minutes from Beaver Creek, and Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 2 hours away both with easy access via I-70.

Wonderful spring break stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our week of skiing and fun at this beautiful condo! Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and all of the amenities of the Hyatt. You can’t get a better location!

Renter Beware

Please note that the pictures for this listing are not actual pictures of the unit you will receive. The unit we received was MUCH, MUCH smaller than the pictures posted. Our 2 bedroom unit was so small we could not be provided a roll away. We were told the only thing we could get was an air mattress. For a listing of this caliber and price we did not think an air mattress was reasonable. We did not receive the bed set up we requested despite multiple times confirming via email. (queen bed instead of two twins) The communication with the property manager was very poor and often took multiple emails and weeks to get a response.

World Class Ski Weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for a special Beaver Creek experience. The condo was cozy and squeaky clean, with a touch of mountain-esque opulence. And being within the Park Hyatt luxury hotel, we fully took advantage of the world-class amenities and service. Hotel staff even accommodated our request for extra olive oil, which was promptly delivered right to our door. The best part was heading out of the rear entrance of the hotel, and walking 50 steps to Beaver Creeks’s main ski lift. 5-star experience all-around!

Perfect place for skiing

We brought our four-year-old son along with us this time and it was the perfect place for first time skiers the ski valet is right next to ski school, and the outdoor restaurant is a great place to sit and watch your little one come down the mountain, we will certainly be back again.

My family had a great time. Good location and nice room. The only complaint which was very minor is the mattress and pillows were probably a 5 out of 10 on comfort but everything else was great. Thanks!

Five Star property in Beaver Creek Resort. EVERYTHING you need is right at your fingertips to have a memory of a lifetime. So impressed with the cleaning staff. Park Hyatt had some construction with the pool but, were very accommodating. The Residences do not have the same policy as the hotel. We needed to purchase a hotel room for our pet but, that was an easy solution since we had an extra family member come last minute. We overlooked the main square and mountains. Be aware that the resort loves to turn on the tunes at 9am! Keep your windows shut if you like to snooze. One of the best weeks of our loves at The Beav!

Amazing Stay

I can't say enough great things about the staff and the property. If you are looking for a great property to take the family on a vacation this is it. You have the benefit of a condo with all the hotel amenities. All accommodations are first class. One of the top 5 property staffs I have ever seen. We will be back again.

This property was absolutely perfect! Ski in ski out wth ski valet. Beautiful spa for soaking your muscles after a full day of amazing skiing. The residence was gorgeous, clean and the staff was available to help with any needs! Highly highly recommended.

Absolute best set-up for a family ski vacation

This property is AMAZING! There is a ton of room - great for a family with teenagers. The location can't be beat - walk out the back door, your boots and skis are waiting for you, and the gondola is just steps away. And the staff is fantastic - they called multiple times just to make sure we had everything we needed and to ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back!

GREAT SKI TRIP!!!

This place was amazing!! We stayed in the Residence Park Hyatt which is located in the Park Hyatt hotel and it had everything we needed. Service was great!! We could walk out to the village area and to the slopes! We ordered groceries and they were delivered to our room, with a little delay but it was still great. Every restaurant we went to was good, Hooked was a little different than what we are used too but it was still good. Skiing was great, there are lots of greens and blues. Overall, this was a great place to stay with our family that we will visit again!!

Best Beaver Creek Experience

We all loved the unit and the ability to utilize all that the Park Hyatt has to offer. We skied, had wine and cheese by our cozy fireplace, listened to the nightly live music at the bar, hot tubbed, and worked out in the gym. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to all!

Owner cancelled pre-paid reservation day before arrival

The owner cancelled the prepaid reservation the day before our arrival because the prior occupant "had a health issue". The management company did find us an alternative place at a cheaper rate, but it was not as good a quality. Still haven't received my refund from owner after three weeks. Kudos to the management agents who were very understanding and accomodating!

Beaver Creek Gem

Really loved the Hyatt. The ability to use their facilities while staying in the Residences was a big bonus. The rooms were serviced twice a day, which you rarely find in a VRBO! Will be back!

Powder Week in Beaver

Our family spent an exceptional week at the Residence in the Park Hyatt in what turned out to be the best powder days we had all year. The location, facilities, and staff were all truly great. Without a doubt, we will be back to stay.
