The St. James Place is Beaver Creek's premier condominium property. Located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. The St. James Place is situated less than 200 yards to slopes at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and some of the finest skiing in North America. Beaver Creek's children's ski school is world-renowned and the mountain offers up terrain that will encourage the novice and challenge the most experienced of skiers. Once you are checked into the St. James Place forget your car as the Village has every amenity imaginable all within a very short walk through the European style village that includes an outdoor ice rink and the magnificent Vilar Center for the performing arts. Dining is also a short walk away with cuisine for everyone, from pizza and burgers to fine dining. World-class spa treatment is also a short walk away with two beautiful spas to choose from. Should you decide to relax at home after a day on the slopes the St. James Place offers several hot tubs, both indoors and out, a fitness room and of course you may very well choose to just sit by your fireplace and reflect on another perfect day in paradise. The condominium unit is furnished with a king in the master bedroom a queen in the mini master and two twins in the third bedroom. We welcome our guests to this unique property where you will enjoy superior service and exceptional creature comforts in the heart of the Rockies.

Huge space, great for families or couples. The towel bar in the guest bathroom fell and hit my foot, and the lights never turned on in one of the guest rooms. The check in process was not smooth as they had the previous guests name on the reservation. Chris resolved it pretty quickly. It was difficult to get in touch with Chris before the check in. We had at one time asked to cancel and it took several weeks for him to get back to us. Great place overall but not ideal communication before.

Ski weekend

St. James is perfectly located. We had an excellent time. The resort is beautiful and clean and comfortable. We had a comedy list of issues arise throughout the stay, none of which were at fault of the host and all were acknowledged and taken care of. The hosts were in continuous communication. We had a blast can’t wait to come back

St. James Place - One of our favorites

A tale with two different endings. I have skied Beaver Creek 25 to 30 times over the last 30 plus years. I have stayed at St. James nearly half of these trips. St. James has a responsive staff, nice lobby, complimentary coffee, work-out facility second only to the Park Hyatt Spa within BC village, convenient location, comfortable underground parking, and earns a 5 star rating. These items are part of the reason I have stayed at St. James so many times. All of my prior visits were in units in satisfactory to exceptional condition. This unit has a nice and comfortable common area/dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of remodels as they are dated with many items in poor/unsatisfactory condition. I believe that the bathrooms are original and probably 25 plus years old. The unit had mildew in the master bath caulk, missing knobs on kitchen cabinet doors, broken lamp on/off switch rendering it useless, toilet seats in poor condition, cheap/plastic plates/bowls, mismatch wine glasses, spotty kitchen wear, and earns a one star rating for the unit. St. James is a wonderful facility, I will rent in the building again, yet this unit needs an upgrade. I have rented on VRBO multiple times and this is my first disappointing experience.

Lots of Room

We were 6 adults and 2 kids, 6 & 9. The condo was spacious with lots of room for dining and relaxing. St. James Place is in the village. To get to lifts and ski school is about 100-150 yard walk across the plaza by the ice rink in the village. At the mountain escalators take you up to the slopes from the village plaza. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We cooked in for breakfasts and most dinners. Our family enjoyed the condo and would stay again.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Chris was very kind and explained everything to us about our stay. I highly recommend this place. Beaver Creek is a wonderful place for families and ski enthusiasts.

Outdated but great

Loved the place. Much larger than anticipated, four bedrooms when we only expxected three. The place works a lot more like a hotel than a normal VRBO and that threw me off at first but it was superior once i figured it out. We would definitely stay again ! Two problems to be aware of...First the place is very very dated. You feel like you walked into a home new from 1979. Minor updates would be nice. Second and this mattered to me, the TV is super tiny...i mean super tiny otherwise perfect

St James Place

You are paying for the convenience of being close to the lifts and in the cute village of Beaver Creek. The condo was great-beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were newly remodeled. The heated floors were the best! Walking to the lifts in our ski gear was a bit cumbersome. On our last day we found the ski lodge next to Coyote Cafe that would have stored all of our gear. We plan to do that next time!

Spacious w Good location

Was more spacious than expected with a great location in the property and village. Some concern with maintenance of the property - response was quick but many things needed attention. Common areas very clean but bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

Great Location in the Beaver Creek Village

The St James Place is located within easy walking distance of everything in the Beaver Creek village. Condo was clean. My only complaints were the dining room chairs were all quite loose (just need an Allen key to retighten the bolts), and there was a very slight odor (cigarette smoke?) noticeable only when you first enter the condo. Otherwise, very clean, well-laid out suite. An enjoyable stay!

Attentive Host In Great Property

St. James place is a great property in a great location in Beaver Creek. The room itself was clean and well kept. Chris (property manager) and his team were very accessible and helpful with any inquiries during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
