This is not your average beach rental. My Place at Cinnamon Beach is a beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront condominium that overlooks the Atlantic. Nearly two miles of private beach, and nearby access to the intercostal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting. More space to spread out and enjoy the beach. Cinnamon Beach is a hidden gem.

Located on the third floor, this single-level, end unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.

The large, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The breakfast nook effectively doubles the size of the already spacious kitchen and offers a view of the eighth tee box. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a 55 inch net ready TV with Sound Bar.

The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed with a removable memory foam topper from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his-and-her vanities, a large Jacuzzi garden tub, and a separate large shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. the 2nd King Ensuite Room has a removable feather topper and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed plus a set of twin bunks. A laundry room is located off the hallway to the 3rd Bedroom.

The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs, a bar table, and dining table that can easily accommodate ten. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, kiddie pool, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

The Beach Walkover located just behind our building makes getting to and from the beach easy and convenient. There is a shower at the end of the decked walkover so you can rinse away the sand before walking back on the sidewalk to the condo.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine, the TPC at Ponte Vedra, and the LPGA Course in Daytona, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation.
