Hi Noah, Thank you for taking the time to write a very nice five-star review on this exceptional three-bedroom condo Q1 here at Beaver Creek. This is one of the favorite condos of many guests and is frequented by many return guests. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and this condo. Always nice to hear how clean you felt the property was, how easy check in was and we definitely agree on the great location. We are within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, which gives you the option of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or walking to several of Avon's great restaurants. We are also a short distance from both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. No problem for our guests as we have a Beaver Creek West guest only shuttle to take you to both resorts free of charge. Please give us a shout for your next visit as we'd love to host you again sometime soon. Cheers and safe travels! The team at Beaver Creek West condos

Guys Ski Trip

We found the property to be perfect for our group. The check in was very easy and we enjoyed the ski shuttle and everyone was very friendly. The condo itself was very nice, wifi was very good, and kitchen was equipped fairly well. I would suggest adding a soundbar to the TV in living area, not really good quality from the TV itself.

Many thanks for taking the time to write a very nice five star review and helpful comments. We appreciate the feedback and will consider the update on the sound of the living room TV. Always glad to hear the positive comments on the staff, as many of them have been here for a long time. Also we agree the skier shuttle, exclusively for guests of Beaver Creek West, is a free and efficient way to get you to the slopes of Vail and Beaver Creek. The skier shuttle is about a two minute ride to Beaver Creek and about a 10 minute ride to Vail and you don't have to deal with parking. We tried to put everything we thought was needed to cook most meals, in the kitchen, so happy you like how well stocked it was. Next time you plan a guys ski trip give us a shout. Cheers and safe travels.

Nice, clean unit

We enjoyed our stay at BC West. It is a solid unit that is slightly dated, but great for a bigger group. We have a family of six. Only two reasons it's not getting 5 stars. First, the Vail shuttle does not run every day. That was not clear. I planned a day there that I had to make other plans. Second, which I know the owners cannot control is that there was open smoking of MJ in a unit by the pool. It's one thing I don't like about CO.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to write review on our Beaver Creek West condo, we appreciate the feedback. Yes, the HOA found that very few people were in need a of a shuttle to Vail on Tues and Wed, so it's only 5 days a week the BC shuttle is 7 days a week. Also next time just give us a quick call to our front desk and we could have asked the smoking guests to move a bit away from the public areas. We hope to see back to visit the Beaver Creek area and safe travels!

Hello and many thanks for yet another five-star review on Q1 condo at Beaver Creek West. This condo is very popular for many reasons, and we are happy to hear that you thought it was a great condo! All of our 60+ rental condos at Beaver Creek West have a personal bathroom for each bedroom so no sharing with anyone needed. This ground level condo is great for a larger group as it does indeed have a lot of space. We hope you can give us a shout the next time your ski plans bring you to Colorado. Cheers and safe travles!

Perfect Large Family Space, great location, but not so clean.

We really enjoyed staying at Beaver Creek West again, and this 3 bedroom condo was exactly the right size for our family. On the Pro's side the condo is in a super location, enhanced by the regular shuttle bus over to the Beaver Creek gondola. The views of this ground floor unit across the Lake Street Park, with Beaver Creek gondola and hills backdrop were stunning. The one touch button gas fireplace was brilliant, and consistent xfinity wifi a necessity. The entrance way heating meant always dry ski boots and coat rack perfect to keep our gear dry. The bathrooms were clean, always hotwater, and nice towels. The staff at the reception desk and driving the shuttle buses are helpful and friendly. ON the down side - and what I expected given other reviews - the unit was NOT clean - at the edges of the kitchen floor and by the fridge there was still dirt/debris. I spilt some milk on the floor and when i cleaned it up, there was more grime on the tile coming up than i would have imagined. The dining table was a good size for our family of 7, but the wood planks have gaps, and i don't jest that you could have made a meal with all the debris in those gaps if i could have got it out with a spare tooth brush or air gun. Similar story in the bedrooms - bits of candy/debris along the skirting boards/by the floor heaters, and under the beds (e.g. a discarded oxygen can). In 3 places there are carpet spikes coming up through the carpet where it is deteriorating (one near the right lounge window, covered by a mat), one near the dining table at the entrance way, and one in the master bedroom near the heater. Someone in our group stood on them all. (I've given detail as other reviews have mentioned them and detail was requested). I hope we left the unit cleaner than we found it (although a mop and a semi functioning clean vacuum cleaner would have made that easier). The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but every kitchen knife in the block was duller than an old hatchet - even our poor christmas day turkey looked like it had been hacked by a dull axe. And the steak knife set were like butter knives. Final gripe was the dishwasher, which ran for hours but didn't clean anything on the top shelf properly. All said and done, great unit, great location, needs proper cleaning, carpets repaired, and some sharp knives AND we would stay there again!

Thank you for coming back to see us again. The majority of our guests are return visitors and we appreciate that you have made us your mountain home! I'm very sorry that the cleaning wasn't appropriate. That is not our normal outcome (i.e. lots of returning guests). We printed out your review and the head of our housekeeping department had a in-depth meeting with the staff member who cleaned it. They are doing further training to try to avoid this situation in the future. We will also suggest to the owner that they look at treating the table top to make it a smooth service or replacing the table completely. We will also talk to them about the carpet condition, steak knives and dishwasher. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write a review on our Beaver Creek West condo. Sorry to see that the cleaning did not meet your expectations. We have talked with our long time professional cleaning crew and ask them to be more aware when they are cleaning these large condos. With no other details mentioned we are sad to see such a low rating on our very busy and popular condo. Cheers and safe travels.

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated but the furniture NEEDS replacing as well as the carpet. The layout was great. A couple of upgrades and the place would’ve been a 5!

Hello and thank you for your personal thoughts on our Beaver Creek West condo. We appreciate your feedback. Since we have finally had a break in our SUPER busy winter season we were wondering if you could let us know of any specific furniture that needs replaced or should we just go and replace it all? We have a few projects going on this season so hopefully we will hit on one of the issues that you felt we have been lacking in. Cheers and safe travels.

CO trip

The condo was not that clean- cobwebs in most of the corners of the windows/ drapes. There is a piece of metal that is not nailed down by the table- it cut a hole in my sons sock, we were lucky it did not injure his foot. Good amount of space, but it needs a deep clean.
