Beautiful 4th floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Nice convenient condo

Clean condo with great shuttle bus service to gondola for easy access to and from Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Spacious bedrooms and lots of parking. Close to town so easy to get to City Market for food, etc... . Nice hot tubs for after skiing.

Decent property with good location. Unit was clean and well stocked. Shuttle service was prompt and Avon bus stop close by. Hot tubs were nice. Parking lot was icy.

Loved the condo and location. right on free ski shuttle up to base. shuttle at resort took us to gondola in town. many restaraunts walkable distance. enjoyed trail around the lake. would definitely book again.note for the owner, there were several nails sticking out of the carpet that we stepped on. one right where the carpet meets the bathroom in the master and another where the stools for the counter are. Could easily puncture your foot so needs to be addressed.

Great family condo!

Our family was in town for a weekend soccer tournament, and the kids made it clear that it felt like a "real vacation"! The two queen beds in one room worked great for our three kids. They were able to have their own space, but also all be together. The condo space also worked great for us. We really enjoyed the balcony, but the highlight for everyone was the heated pool!! Would recommend this property to anyone, but especially to those traveling with kids. recorecommend this place to anyone

Exceeded expectations for spring skiing on a budget

Property was clean and everything the 4 of us needed. We had a car, parking was included. We expected the 10-15 minute drives to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great value. Bring your own board games, puzzles, HDMI streaming device, if you like.

Best view we've ever had in a VRBO.

The top floor condo was delightful. We had enough room for all our stuff in a clean and well appointed space. Kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook our meals. When there were other quests next door we could hear them a little when it was a group talking or they had there TV turned up, but nothing that bothered us and everyone was quiet by 11pm. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and walking around Lake Nottingham. It was convenient to the bus stops for skiing and shopping. We would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Updated Condo and Friendly People

The condo was recently updated. You can tell it is an older property but the interior was nice. Most everyone that was there was an owner of a condo. That were very friendly as was most everyone in the Beaver Creek area.

Great location, dated property

Location is great. We've stayed in this condo complex for the past few years, and its easy to hop a shuttle to BC or Vail. The condo unit and overall complex is dated. This unit listed a fold-out couch as a sleeping option but did not have sheets/blankets available for the couch our first night (we checked in after hours). We requested the next morning and only received sheets- had to share blankets from other beds. These accommodations should be available in the unit at all times and should not require asking at front desk. Hot tubs are nice; parking is easy; pool was too cold to swim in, and pool locker rooms are in need of maintenance/updating.

Misleading

The listing states free shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail. Free is the only part of that statement that is true. The shuttle does not go to Beaver Creek. It goes to the Avon bus terminal. You can then catch a bus to Beaver Creek or walk to the gondola. A good hour before you can actually ski. As for the shuttle to Vail, you find after booking the condo that reservations are required and it only runs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon. Had we known any of this we would not have booked this condo. As for the condo, nicely remodeled but lacking in towels, no sheets for the sofa sleeper, which we discovered when going to bed , long after the office was closed. There are no ski lockers nor a place in the unit for wet ski boots. Overall the condo is over priced for what it offers. Will never stay there again.

Comfortable for a ski trip

Overall, it was a nice and spacious apartment for a ski trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the full kitchen. It was nice for large gatherings as there were enough silverware, plates, etc. to provide for everyone. The walls are a tad thin so we often heard people next door playing loud music and partying, but luckily the noise stopped around 9:30pm every night so that was good. There is a lot of helpful information the apartment provides in several guide books. Overall, wonderful and an easy stay.

Comfortable stay, good location

Condo was very clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. If you hear random beeping it’s the dishwasher that needs to be turned off. 4th floor with vaulted ceilings was nice. Rooms were a little dark so brighter bulbs might be nice. Shuttle to Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and to Vail were always on time and ready waiting for us. Definitely a good value for the money and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Beaver Creek or Vail.

Nice, clean basic condo.

We stayed over the 2018 Presidents holiday and had a blast. Condo has everything you need.. It's kinda on the small side for 5 people. Overall the condo is convenient to shuttle service, it was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would stay on this property again maybe just a bigger condo.

SUPER clean, nice location close to Vail and Beaver Creek

Mike was very helpful prior to our trip as I had a few questions. The condo was literally squeaky clean, which goes a loooong way with me! The beds were very comfortable, and all that we needed was there from kitchen items to the washer and dryer. Avon is less expensive than Vail and Beaver Creek, but it is a very short drive from both. City Market is nearby as well as a pretty lake and quaint park. There is a great walking trail by the creek as well. We fished, rafted, hiked, and golfed. Mike's condo worked out well for us! Thank you for sharing it with us! :-)

Great place!

The unit itself was great and spacious. The beds were amazingly comfortable We loved being able to grill out right on the patio in the unit. The free shuttle to Beaver Creek was an awesome plus! The only issue we had was the front desk called around 9am asking how long we would be until we left because the cleaners were waiting for us to leave. This was a little odd due to the fact my reservation said our checkout time was 10am. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely do it again.

A bit run down and dated.

The condo was a bit run down. We found broken furniture, dirty towels and hair on the pillows. Location was great and convenient to Beaver Creek. Luckily, we spent more time on the mountain than in the condo.
