The house is built in the old colonial island architectural style.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with each having its own private bath. The master has a king bed and faces the beach and ocean with a sliding glass door leading out on to the balcony. Queen beds in the other 2 with each having its own bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the house has a large living area and kitchen all in one, with 10 ft ceiling that has great view of Ocean and Beach with 2 sliding glass doors leading out on to the porch followed by a 500 sq ft deck the deck. There is also another bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and another bath and laundry.
To get to the island you fly into North Eleuthera Airport. The airport code is ELH. We will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with a shuttle company. Cost is only $20 per adult for both land and water Taxi and takes about 10 minute in Taxi followed by a 10 minute Ferry ride. Someone will meet you at the Ferry dock and take you to the house.
Flights are easily available from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, Atlanta and Nassau. The airlines that service the island are Delta, American, United, Silver Airways< Aztec Airways, Bahamas Air, Pineapple air and Southern Air. If you choose to fly into Nassau there is 2 local airlines Pineapple Air and Southern air that have 3 flights daily from Nassau to North Eleuthera, morning, noon and afternoon.

In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted.
