Paradise Beach Cottage is a newly renovated house located on the north side of the most beautiful part of the Island of Spanish Wells. The home sits directly in front of the most beautiful sand bar which surrounds a lovely lagoon... which gives the feel of your own swimming pool, but in the ocean! You will undobtedly never forget this magical location of your dream vacation!
You can choose to either relax on the beach and enjoy a cocktail, or swim in the most pristine, crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean while watching the most beautiful sunset in the world. Spanish Wells is a small fishing village with a population of about 2000 people. The beach is always available and never crowded so you can feel like you're on your own private island. The waters around this Island are a fisherman's dream for things like bone-fishing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, and much more. Once you stay at this paradise, you will want to keep coming back. So don't hesitate to give us a call and let us show you our hospitality!
The private beachside location is a short walk to the local grocery store and dining.

We (3 couples) stayed here 10/29 to 11/08/25. House exceeded our expectations. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bedrooms were spacious. Three bedrooms, two en-suite and one with bathroom right across hallway. Covered back porch with plenty of seating and oceanview. Two other separate seatings areas overlooking the beach. Beach chairs for sitting in the sand. Tons of floats, paddle board, and kayak. Our flight out got canceled due to government shutdown. Had to stay four more nights before we could get out. Paradise was already booked for the coming week. However, Bonnie called around to other property owners and was able to secure us a place to stay. That was a lifesaver.Spanish Wells is very laid back. Beach is stunning. Easy to get around on golf cart. 10 minutes ferry ride from Eleuthera.Highly recommend Paradise Beach Cottage!

Family Vacation

Very relaxing stay in Spanish Wells. Property is on the beach and within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful return visit!

This was a return visit to Spanish Wells, and my husband and I brought friends this time! Perfect Paradise Beach cottage for three couples with the beach just a few steps away, and it was awesome walking up to the view every morning! Bonnie was a great host, very responsive, and the renovations in December 2023 make this a much sought after property!

Best vacation!

We could not have asked for a better vacation and this home made it the very best! It had ample paddle boards, kayaks, paddles, chairs, beach towels - you name it. The house we well furnished and we were very comfortable. The owners were beyond accommodating and the location is a by far a 10/10! We cannot wait to come back and visit again. Relaxing get away in the perfect location

We came to relax and unwind. This was the perfect spot! The beach and the water views were amazing! The location near Eagles Landing and the grocery store was very handy. Having a golf cart, kayaks and bikes was an added bonus. Everyone on the island was very friendly. A special thank you to Bonnie and Daphne and Ray…your kind hospitality was second to none!

Fantastic Getaway

This was by far the nicest property I have rented in Spanish Wells with top-tier amenities! The layout was perfect for my family, which included myself, husband, mother, and 4-year old daughter. It was my mom and daughter’s first time to the island, and they could not have been happier! They fell in love with Spanish Wells like we had our first time to the island, and Bonnie’s communication/local knowledge provided throughout our stay made it that much better! Can’t express enough how great this vacation was for all of us.

Perfect in every way!

Amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location. House was well stocked, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Golf cart was a huge plus. Owners communication was top notch. They arranged transportation and even picked up a special bottle of bubbles for me to celebrate with my wife when we arrived. Couldn’t be more thankful that they offer this amazing property and experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Vacation in Paradise

I have to say this was the best vacation EVER!!!! The host was excellent, attentive, and went above and beyond our needs. The house is beautiful and clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked as well as more than enough beach towels, kayaks, beach toys, chairs and so many other things that I could go on forever. I know I can’t give her credit for that beautiful beach and the gorgeous water. But I have to say that Paradise Beach Cottage has the best location in the beach with the huge sandbar right out front forming our own little “pool” for the kids and adults to relax in with just steps to the other side where the can enjoy a little of the waves breaking.

Perfect restful retreat

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk room. There was a shady spot to sit or lay at all points of the day thanks to all the chairs, loungers, benches, and hammock. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including scissors and lighter sticks. Plenty of towels for the beach and even some inner tubes the kids played in. The family can’t be nicer and it was great hearing how generations have grown up spending time there making memories. We are so appreciative that they allowed us to make our own memories to add to the history of the house.

Best beach location!

This was our 6th time visiting Spanish Wells and this location on the beach can’t be beat! The cottage was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed the morning walks, afternoon swims and evening sunsets on the beach just 5 steps from the door! Both Bonnie and Torin were fantastic to communicate with and able to help answer any questions we had. During our visit, they even shared with us some of the special activities happening on the island during the Christmas holidays. The kitchen was well-stocked, lots of beach towels and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Bonnie even shared with us the plans for a few renovations which would help with adding extra privacy off the master bedroom. Thank you for everything and we will be sure to return!

Paradise!

This property is fantastic! The home is super comfortable and fully stocked with everything you may need as if you were at home. The owners/family are so nice and kept in contact with us or stopped by to check in to see if we needed anything. Our favorite part was of course being right on the beach. It is incredible! The sandbar is right out there so walks were a must. I personally enjoyed taking photos of each morning sunrise. Gorgeous! The golf cart was a great addition to explore the two islands. This was our second year on the island and we are so glad we found this beautiful property. We had an amazing time and great weather. We hope to be back again and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with us so we can have a piece of paradise for a short time.

Fantastic!

First, I’ve stayed at many VRBOs, and these hosts were the best I’ve dealt with. They made everything easy and stress-free. I was especially grateful for the transportation arrangements they made to get us from the airport to the property (and back again). Upon arrival at the island by ferry, the owner Bonnie was there to greet us and gave us a quick tour of the island to get us oriented before we got to the cottage itself. The property itself is in the perfect location on the island: in the center of the fabulous beach and steps away from the main grocery store. Having the golf cart available for use was crucial and made it so easy to get around the island. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for fun on the water. The cottage has everything you could need for your stay and was perfect for our family of four. 5 star hosts and 5 star cottage!

Family Spring Break in Paradise

Paradise cottage exceeded our expectations in every respect. The house is brand new with an open floor plan for living and dining. The kitchen is well stocked, with everything you could possibly need. The location right on the beach was exceptional, with shallow, crystal clear blue waters and a white sand beach right at your door step. What really sets this place apart, though, was the host Bonnie. My husband badly sprained his ankle on our first day there & Bonnie lent us crutches and ace bandages, and was quick to make an ice pack for him once we got back to the house. She also provided us coconuts, lobster, & homade fish fingers that she fried herself during our stay, and even lent us a carseat for our golf cart that she had bought for her grandchildren. Torrin was also an exceedingly nice person & arranged our golf cart and taxi, and even helped us get our luggage back to the dock when we departed. Bonnie and Torrin made this beautiful slice of paradise a trip that we will always remember & we can't wait to come back.

Breathtaking views, wonderful hosts

We had such a relaxing stay at Paradise Beach Cottage. The location, right on an endless sandbar, was spectacular. My children saw starfish, sea cucumbers, rays, and coral in the water just outside our door. Because the rental includes a golf cart, paddleboard, kayaks, and almost any other item you could need, we didn't have to worry about added expenses. There are snorkel sets, inner tubes, boogie boards, endless towels, goggles, buckets, just about anything you could need to enjoy your stay. Bonnie and Tony were terrific hosts, greeting us with a tour of the island, inviting us to join the Spanish Wells Forum on Facebook as a source of info (do it) and showing up with extras like coconuts, mangoes and lobster tails. The cottage is a family affair in that son Torin manages bookings and son Kevin showed up on the last day to drive us back to the docks. There is not a lot to do on the island but that is exactly what we wanted. We tried most of the restaurants, got ice cream at Papa Scoop's several times, and stopped at a couple gift shops for souvenirs. The rest of our time was spent in the crystal clear water or reading in the hammock or playing board games on the porch. If you're looking to get away from it all, this is your spot!

Beautiful place

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. This place is beautiful. So we'll stocked. Had kayaks, chairs on the beach. It was amazing. Definitely be back.

I have a keen understanding of the water, ocean, sun and have lived on the island for 67 years. My passion was net fishing and I was able to do well as a fisherman. I chose this property because it has the best view and the clearest water I've ever seen.
