Beautiful apartment with beautiful views. Fantastic location so close to train station and the super U (which I love).Great knowing if we needed Anna the host she was at the end of the phone. Very pleasant gardener who takes care of the large wrap round balcony. This was our second visit and have our next already booked.

This is about 12th time I have stayed at this beautiful light and airy penthouse apartment, 2nd time this year. Both times for 11 nights.It is well equipped for a great relaxing vacation with a particularly lovely shower room and a superb 180 degree landscaped terrace with views to the sea and the Alpe Maritime cliffs tumbling down dotted with amazing villas and gardens. Great seating area outside to take your drinks and meals al fresco. Very effective air con in the lounge and bedroom is most welcomed.Lovely friendly Anna welcomes you and makes you immediately feel at home.Beaulieu is stunning with everything you need close by to the apartment for a relaxing stay - supermarket, cafes/restaurants, yummy patiseries, market place. Regular buses and trains enable you to explore easily the Cote D'Azur highlights e.g Monte Carlo, Menton, Antibes, Juan le Pines, Cannes and even Italy.Beaulieu has a lovely landscaped seafront promenade to walk which takes you to Cap Ferrat and Villfranche. All around the scenery and trees and gardens are so beautiful .The only downside this year was the amount of building work going on in Beaulieu nearby

The accomodation was perfectly situated to walk to any part of Beaulieu town. The apartment was clean and well presented, stocked with a comprehensive array of accesories to cook and clean. Toilet paper was rather lacking but there is a large supermarket next to the station only 150yds away. Our Receptionist Anna was on hand within 10mins after calling her and spoke good english. Our only criticism was the layout of the kitchen. The microwave was over 6ft above the floor and the electric induction hob needed deciphering which i did and left notes in eglish to overcome the child safety lock. As the apartment was on the top floor we did not need the air conditioning we just left the patio doors ajar. Will we go back, you betcha. What a wonderful location.

My home from home with a very friendly welcome from Anna

I've been returning annually to Eric's and Marie's beautiful penthouse apartment since 2019 often staying both in the late Spring and then again. It's such a delightful place to stay especially when all the jasmine and oleander is in blossom on the fabulous terrace. The views from the extensive terrace and through the three sets of french doors are so beautiful - of the Med and Beaulieu Marina to the front then at the side the sub Alp Maritime that come tumbling down dotted with beautiful villas set amidst beautiful gardens and landscapes . There is comfyseating on the terrace for al fresco dining and drinking. The air conditioning units installed in both the bedroom and lounge works very well and quietly. The shower and toilet cloakroom is so attractive with a wonderful view from the window in the shower cubicle towards the sea.The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your self catering. My one gripe is that ideally the mattress needs replacing as it has seen better days.Beaulieu has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, a beautiful promenade with walks to fabulous Cap Ferrat and Villfranche. A visit to the Villa Euphrussi with it's beautiful gardens and musical fountains on Cap Ferrat is a must to see with a fantastic dining terrace overlooking Villfranche Bay. A bus from under the bridge by Beaulieu Station will take you to the entrance of the Villa. You can easily get bus and trains to Monte Carlo, Menton, Eze, the Italian border

Pretty Good Stay

The property is in a good location with fantastic view of both ocean and mountain. The wrap-around balcony is great for vacationers. We had everything we needed in the rooms. The manager Anna was helpful. The only improvements that could be made are: the beddings seem a bit worn and the room radiators in the living room are impossible to adjust with the spinning handles

The apartment is lovely, spacious and well equipped. We had a friendly and informative welcome from Anna. It's very close to trains and buses, and a good supermarket. Lots to do in the area, all accessible by good public transport. We loved it.

Appartement très bien situé avec joli terrasse , au calme. Emplacement et équipements conformes à l'annonce. Informations claires pour la procédure d'arrivée et départ.La propreté et la literie mériteraient d'être améliorées. Il serait appréciable d'avoir à disposition un minimum pour faire le ménage dans la semaine (aspirateur, balai ...). Sinon très bon séjour !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ausgesprochen schöner Wohnung!

Wir haben im Dezenber/Januar zwei Wochen in Erics und Maries Appartment verbracht und zwei außerordentlich schöne Wochen dort verbracht, weil von Anfang an alles absolut gepasst hat: Die gesamte Kommunikation lief hervorragend, der Checkin ebenso und die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr schön sowie bestens geeignet für zwei Menschen, da sie in Sachen Einrichtung und Ausstattung alles bietet, was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochen freundliche, hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft! Zudem liegt das Appartment sehr zentral zu allen Läden sowie zum Bahnhof und zur Promenade nach Cap Ferrat. Wir kommen gern jederzeit wieder!

My annual home from home - a perfect gem

Beautifully located Penthouse apartment with a large 180 degree terrace filled with flowers. Beautiful views all round. Good quality outside dining furniture. Very bright apartment with 3 large French doors leading out from the bedroom, lounge and kitchen onto the terrace. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower with a view from the window. Very clean and well presented throughout although the bed may not be to everyone's taste being two singles pushed together and probably time for an update. The weather for the 10 days I was there in October was very disappointing and wet most days but as I spend time every day writing short stories posted on social media, staying indoors writing and enjoying the apartment was fine for me. Impressive apartment complex with well maintained entry hall opening up onto quiet landscaped gardens and. Very quiet and well maintained. Excellent public transport links e.g trains and buses to Nice, Monaco, Cannes. Italy etc close-by. Great food shops including a large well stocked U Supermarket about 5 minutes from apartment and a fab patisserie just round the corner, plus cafes. bars and restaurants along the road, this apartment fulfils all your needs for a great relaxing holiday. Not to be missed is the promenade walk to Cap Ferrat where you will find the beautiful Villa Ephrussi di Rothchild with its magnificent gardens above Villefranche Bay Beaulieesxooen

Fanatstisk sted - og nøjagtig lovet udsigt over Middelhavet.

Vi har været overrasket over SÅ positiv en oplevelse vi har her i Beaulieu-sur-Mer ;-) Vi har i over 15 år været i Syd Frankrig stort set hver eneste år i september måned. Dette sted overgår alt lækkert vi har set hvor vi har boet i 15 år. Anna der modtog os var superfleksibel med vores ankomst Desuden afrejse der kunne vi selv bestemme hvornår vi forlod den skønne lejlighed med 25 meter lang terrasse på øverste etage ... vi er superglade ;-)

Appartement centre de Beaulieu

Superbe appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne, nous avons tout aimé. Il est idéalement situé dans le centre de Beaulieu et malgré tout dans un environnement calme. La plage est proche, les balades multiples… Bref nous recommandons ce logement a 1000%. Nous tenons également à préciser que les propriétaires sont adorables et Anna qui nous a accueillie est trop mignonne et arrangeante.

Only had air conditioning for half the stay in the middle of extreme temperatures. No effort made by the owners to fix the problem. Spent hours of our holiday trying to communicate with them. They ignored emails and telephone calls. We didn’t sleep for 3 nights so ended up leaving for a hotel to get some sleep. Ruined our holiday. The property manager Anna tried her hardest to help but ultimately the owners didn’t want to do anything.

Geschmackvolles Apartment

Sowohl die Einrichtung der Wohnung selbst als auch der große Eckbalkon haben uns sehr gefallen. Man ist unmittelbar im Ort, die Entfernungen zum Bahnhof und zum Supermarkt sind nicht weit. Für die Möglickeit, einen Garagenplatz zu mieten, waren wir sehr dankbar. Die Vermieter haben wir nicht kennengelernt, wir wurden aber sehr freundlich von ihrer hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin Anna empfangen. Tagsüber hört man die benachbarte Schule, ab dem späteren Nachmittag ist die Wohnung aber schön ruhig.

A perfect gem

What is there to say that I haven't said before following my many previous holidays at Eric's and Marie's fabulous apartment in beautiful Beaulieu sur Mer. From the moment you make contact with the very friendly and welcoming Anna prior to and on your arrival at the apartment to the moment you have to say goodbye and shut the door behind you as you depart to go home, you know that this is a very special place. Everything is spotless, the views from the 180 degree terrace are magnicent 24/7 - sea town and Alp Maritime tumbling down, plus the soft fragrance of the spring flowering jasmine adoring the terrace walls wafting into the apartment, the well fitted kitchen area containing everything you need for cooking and dining, the shower / bathroom is gorgeous, beautiful paintings and artefacts adorn the apartment. And then there is Beaulieu sur Mer with shops, market place, eateries and its easy train/bus transport connections to all those magical places along the Cote D'Azur like Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze, Menton, Villfranche etc. For a couple of weeks each year, I live the dream of being a resident, not just a holiday maker. Thank you Marie and Eric (and Anna) for another wonderful stay. Can't wait for October when I return for another stay.
