With its proximity to the beach and newly remodeled interior, our charming beach cottage is sure to exceed every expectation. Guests often comment on how clean, beautiful, and well-equipped our cottage is. They also love that they can bring their pets!

Our booking availability is as follows:
Weekly from Saturday to Saturday during April to October.
Nightly with a 4 night minimum stay during November to December. Exceptions: Thanksgiving and Christmas are weekly Saturday to Saturday.
Maximum number of guests is 4.

Being just across the street from beach access #10 makes it so convenient for swimming, sunbathing, and all kinds of fun beach activities. Whether it's lounging in the sun or taking a peaceful walk along the shore, this location is ideal for anyone who loves being close to the ocean.

Along with the easy beach access you get a stunning sunrise view. You can see the water from the master bedroom and the large, gated deck from the living room. The deck has 2 Adirondack-style chairs and a patio set perfect for both lounging and dining outdoors. If you need to rinse off after the beach, the private outdoor shower is an unexpected convenience.

If you would like to bring your pet please contact us so we can get information and approve your pet. We have pet bowls, pet towels, and a large kennel available for your use. There is a daily fee of $20 per pet. Also, we require your pet(s) to be on flea preventative and up to date on vaccinations.

Close by is public access to the Atlantic Recreation Center with a swimming pool, splash park, fitness center, and a wonderful kids playground. There is also a movie theater 15 minutes away. If you're looking for restaurants, live music, or other entertainment, downtown Fernandina is a short 2 1/2 mile drive from the cottage.

We've equipped the cottage with lots of beach essentials including coolers, beach chairs, body boards, and more.

We have 2 bikes available to rent for an additional $50 per stay.

Inside, you'll find a lot to love. The cottage was recently remodeled, and everything is extremely new and clean. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and everything you need to prepare fabulous meals in the comfort of your very own beach cottage. The living area is equally inviting and includes a 42-inch flat screen TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the pantry.

Linens are provided, including sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, and dog drying towels.

In the master bedroom, you will find the decor to have a playful yet sophisticated feel. It includes a very comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a combined shower and tub. The guest bedroom has one twin and one double bed, and a flat screen TV. It's the perfect place for your kids or guests. The second bathroom also has a combined shower and tub and is centrally located off the main hallway. The cottage includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
