Ocean Front Condo with Gorgeous Ocean Views

Imagine waking to the sound of the surf and being able to lay in the king size bed and watch the waves. This property has gorgeous views of the beach from all rooms other than the guest bedroom.

The master suite with king size Tempur- Pedic mattress, Is very large and opulent from the walk-in closet, double sink vanity with quartz countertops, the heated towel rack, jacuzzi brand jetted tub. The guest bath remodeled in October 2018 with multiple head walk in glass shower and quartz countertop. The balcony overlooks the beach and pool, and opens to both the master and the living with floor to ceiling glass.

Kitchen is gorgeous with its quartz countertop.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and easily accessed from either the elevator or stairs. Very easy access to the beach with the boardwalk.

The kitchen is spacious, beautiful and well appointed with quarz counters and every luxury such as, large side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, convection oven/range, Microwave, full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, and a large pantry.

The family room has tropical decor and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress / love seat and entertainment center with 60' Flat Screen TV, Digital Cable, HBO, surround sound and Blue Ray .

There is plenty for the family to do on site with tennis court, a wading pool, Children's playground, beach volleyball, and Schlitterbahn water park is near by. Boat and jet ski rental are two blocks away. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. There is cable on the three TVs, and high speed WI-FI are included.

We are a Non-smoking property, smoking in the premises will result in forfeit of the security deposit

Great location! The beach was great, and we enjoyed our time overall. The condo was cute and partly remodeled, but it still needs some attention. The jacuzzi did not work for us, and neither did the outlets in the main bathroom.

Great Condo; Great location

Give this condo a try! It was wonderful! It was updated, clean and well stocked. We would definitely return to this condo for future visits if available. The owners were super quick to respond to any questions we had before and while we were at the property and they were also very friendly. Short 5 minute walk to the Blue Marlin grocery store. No problems finding an available parking spot at the condo. We give this condo 5 stars!

Exactly as described! Communication with owner was personal and very quick to respond! Everything you could possible need is in this beautiful condo. Three beach chairs and board games even. Only heads up you can NOT rent umbrella and chairs on beach with any rental company. They are not allowed to set up anywhere but where they have contracts on beach. That is the only negative thing for us. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent property and view of Gulf

Great support! When we arrived, there was little toilet paper and no paper towels. We contacted the owner (very nice to have a phone number) who was surprised that the cleaning service had not resupplied the items, but had them delivered the next day. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything one would want. There is a clear view of the Gulf from inside and a nice porch with chairs for a view outside. We intend to rent the property again in the future if it is available.

We loved our stay in this condo. It’s a perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath spacious condo. Beach vibes galore. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, glasses, bowl, dishes and anything you need. Washer and dryer for longer stays. Condo located in the beach and has a pool onsite. The hosts were great. No complaints. I would recommend renting!!

Ocean Vista

House is clean, master bed very comfortable. We only needed one room so other rooms not even touched. Beach not as enjoyable as last year, very packed and noisy with radios blasting from beach goers. It’s hard to relax when forced to hear blasting music. It’s almost like Port Aransas with the crowds and the noise. On our third night, I was awakened at 10 pm with “renters” moving furnitures from above us. It lasted till 2 am! I needed to tap the ceiling to make them aware they are disturbing our sleep and rest and it will be quiet for a very short while but then it continues. I have insomnia and needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Such a lovely place!

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We were left without a place due to another unit being sold and only had days to find a replacement for the same days and location and my entire family agreed that it was a fantastic upgrade! The beds were so comfortable, everything was incredibly well furnished from enough towels, kitchen gear and cleaning supplies to help with sand accumulation and even an iron we used last minute for some sun dresses we bought while there. Communication was super easy too! Thank you again for such a lovely visit!

Family Vacation

Loved our stay at Ocean Vista! The condo was clean and everything worked great.... A/C, appliances, electronic door lock! Beds were comfy too! There were plenty of all the necessities and more in the kitchen. The elevator is close to the front door which was super nice and it worked! The parking was great while we were there and on 4th of July weekend! Great ocean views from the balcony and street views from the front door were we were able to watch fireworks perfectly! My only complaint would be the living room furniture, outdated and not very comfy. It is exactly as pictured on-line so I knew that going in.... did not affect our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you Robert and Geneva!

Super chill get away. Nice condo and facilities. Pool was very well kept. Close to local attractions and the beach was right there. Would happily rent this unit for our next trip.

Great place to stay on the beach in South Padre

Nice and clean. Bright, great view off the front balcony. Right off the beach, with a nice clean pool if you don’t want to deal with the sand. Near lots of good places to eat, and 2 blocks from a grocery store. Beds were comfortable. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will be back!

Wonderful experience, delightful stay!

It was everything we hoped it would be, and it was more than we expected. Very well appointed kitchen, wonderful view, convenient to most attractions. The grounds are very well managed, and the attendants are helpful and friendly. Great property, wonderful owners! Mark this for your next trip to the coast!

Amazing Beach Views

The ease of renting this property was awesome. Owners kept in communication and supplied very detailed information, covering everything you can think of. The views from the condo were million dollar views, access to beach was truly spot on. The condo was clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Super place to stay

The whole process was super easy and the communication was great. The pictures alone sold me on the place. The view, the location, it was perfect! Although we did not spend a whole lot of time actually enjoying the condo itself, it was super nice to have a “homey-like” return after a long day out in the sun. It just gave a nice comfort to my kids and I. Also having our little pup was so easy and we were super greatful to be able to bring him along. Not much else I can say other than I look forward to hopefully renting here again in the future.

Loved it!!

This was a great condo. It was very clean and perfect for myself and my husband and our 2 adult kids. The stocked kitchen was awesome. The only issue we had was that the wifi wouldn't connect to certain devices but that was not a problem. Communication was great with the owners. We would rent this again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great condo right on the beach.

Great spot on the beach. Enjoyed the area.

The property was well appointed with 2 queens in the guest bedroom and a King master. Nice decor. When we arrived there were almost no towels but a quick note to the owner resolved that problem promptly. The owners were great to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in a great location

This property had everything we needed for our stay and then some. It is in a great location a couple of blocks from the grocery store, restaurants, and cafe. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Would definitely stay again!
