Asheville's Rural Masterpiece, Private, Mountain Views Pet Friendly

Two bedroom apartment with mountain views. Private patio, full kitchen, and family/dining room. Wood stove on rock hearth. Beautifully appointed with all kitchen supplies, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, microwave. Linens, tv, and wi-fi are also provided. The apartment has on site parking, heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and ample closet space. We are also only 45 minutes from the Tryon Equestrian Facility, and 15 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well.

I really enjoyed staying here. The mountain view was beautiful. The hosts were great too.. My grandchildren enjoyed staying with me overnight. We all loved seeing the two horses and giving them an apple. A fun month for me, I would definitely rent this again.

Nice weekend, good view

We enjoyed our stay and the kids liked seeing the horses nearby. Great view from the apartment. The host was very helpful.

Fabulous

We loved everything about this rental. Dave our host was wonderful and greeted us when we arrived as well as said good bye to us when we left. Views are spectacular. The space was very cozy and comfortable. We will be back!

Breath taking

The beauty of the location was just breath taking. We sat on the porch every morning to watch the sun rise from behind the Smokey Mountains. Fall colors were just beginning to change. Just beautiful.

Rooms with a view

Spectacular setting in an unobtrusive neighborhood. Only issue for us was location. A little too far for the hikes we had planned. That said, Ron and Dave were very good hosts and the property was sublime.

Beautiful view and quiet serenity

This was my second stay at Another Point of View. My favorite part was the patio with beautiful flowers overlooking the mountains. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and sunsets in the evenings taking in the view. It’s a bit of a hike getting there but the view is worth it.

Perfect NC Retreat

“Another Point of View” is a beautiful property with horses and sunrise views of the mountains in a prime location only 20 min from Asheville. The interior is so comfortable and well equipped. Would love to return!

Beautiful countryside and mountain views!

The rental was just as presented, but more appreciated in person. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Spacious patio area for enjoying the mountain view and fresh air. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Heavenly View

If you are looking for a beautiful location, where you can awaken each morning and sip coffee looking at a backdrop mountain view that is absolutely breathtaking...this is for you. This beautiful spot is located close to everything, both practical (groceries) and entertainment (Blueridge Parkway drives, hiking, waterfalls, multiple adorable towns to explore, Asheville shopping and dining....it goes on and on. I can't say enough about our hosts, who we feel are now our friends. They allow you complete privacy, but are there for anything you may need. Wonderful people, wonderful vacation.....thank you Ron and Dave!!!!!

Long Term Stay

I stayed here for 4 months during a transition time with my home. Dave and Ron were gracious, kind and helpful during my stay. The view and patio is understated in the photos. It's beautiful. The beds are comfortable and space accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Asheville

Perfect place to stay with beautiful views, clean space and privacy! So convenient to everything and we loved watching the horses too. You can hike, get downtown and to the Biltmore quickly while enjoying a relaxing home. Thanks Ron & Dave :-)

Great Views!

The property was the perfect place to get away! The quiet neighborhood, beautiful views and outdoors what what we needed. Just a short drive into Asheville and plenty of nearby hiking made this a great spot to enjoy Asheville. Ronald was very accommodating and made sure we had fresh water after a small well water issue. No problems at all and would love to return for another visit!

Weekend in the mountains

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Ron and Dave’s mountain getaway. Beautiful view from the patio, well-appointed unit, very quiet. Easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway and Chimney Rock for hiking, scenery and relaxing drives. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a getaway!

Spectacular views

Ron was a great host. He was there to greet us when we arrived. Place was basically a walk out basement of their home. The views from ever room were just beautiful. I sat on the front porch swing and just relished in the quiet save for birds singing and sounds of the owners 2 beautiful horses that you might be lucky enough to meet. Downtown Asheville, breweries, Biltmore and the Blueridge parkway were all a short 20 minute drive. It was a perfect October vacation!

Wonderful Getaway

This place is great. I'd think it would be a little cozy for more than two people, but for the wife and I it was perfect. The view is awesome and it's so quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful spot and excellent hosts!

We decided to go to Asheville for our 40th anniversary after Covid19 cancelled our trip to England. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The views off the front porch are amazing. Because Asheville was not yet completely open, it was perfect because we could prepare our own meals and eat on the front porch while taking in the beautiful views of the Blue Ridge. Ron’s place is about 15 minutes to the Biltmore and about the same to downtown Asheville. When we had car trouble, our hosts were extremely accommodating and flexible. Five stars across the board! Highly recommended hosts.

Asheville visit

Ron was nice and very easy to deal with. The apartment was clean and cute. It's a beautiful area. I would stay here again. The only slight negative is the drive into Asheville is a bit long but that was clear on the VRBO site, so I can't really complain.

Despite one disappointment, I will go back!

I loved my stay at this LOVELY mountain home. It's off the beaten path but very close to everything. The mountain views were to die for and the fall colors were breath taking. The two beautiful horses that the guys own was a pleasant surprise. My only disappointment was I had to make my bed when I arrived! I have never been to a rental where the guest had to make their own bed. I rarely make my bed at home, so having to make it on vacation was a REAL bummer for me! Also, half of the bath amenities were half used or empty. Not a big deal as I travel with my own, but again, something I have never experienced before. Both hosts were lovely men. I hope they will have me back. P.S. I could live on the front porch!
