Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Will Come Back!

Property was as marketed. Overall very pleased with everything about this property. My 75 year old mother, wife and 3 children ages 3,4, and 6 stayed here. Kids loved the bunk bed room. Kitchen had ample supplies, bowls, plates, silverware was all plentiful. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, fantastic views, plenty of blankets. The only recommendation would be to remove the 3rd bedroom sofa and replace with a bed and great mattress. Close proximity to outdoor pool and hot tub. Incredible, long range mountain views!

Clean condo with a beautiful view

This was a mom snowboarding trip with kiddos. This condo had the most incredible view and the location was convenient to both Sugar and Beech mountains. We will be back!

Weekend Escape

Wonderful condo for our family of 5! We came for three nights and loved our stay. Very well decorated, comfortable beds, easy access/parking and beautiful views! Kids loved the board games and indoor pool access. We would return and recommend to others. Would recommend adding water/juice glasses in the kitchen. No shortage of coffee mugs and wine glasses which really is most important however... :) Thanks again!

Quiet Times with Great Views

We stayed for a long weekend before Christmas. It snowed a little which made our youngest happy. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two teenagers. The views were amazing.

Very nice place to stay

The directions to the property management office in Boone to pick up the envelope which contains the keys and instructions was easy. We arrived and it was in the pick up box. The property is located about 10 minutes away in Banner Elk. The scenic drive up the mountain was lovely. The condo was immaculately clean and very spacious for our family of four. The ski resort we made reservations for was 30 mins away in Blowing Rock at Appalachian Mtn Ski. I would changed that to Sugar Mountain which was closer to where we were staying. The second night of the stay a man was doing remodeling upstairs so we heard loud noises most of the night Fri and Sat night. We were so tired from the skiing adventure it wasn’t that big of a deal but if you’re planning to stay after Jan. 7th 2021 I would ask property manager if the person in unit upstairs was going to be doing construction work in night. Overall it was a great place. We couldn’t find the indoor pool/jacuzzi in the clubhouse so didn’t get to enjoy hot tub. Bring paper plates and trash bags.

Great Stay

Very clean place- nicely appointed kitchen with spices, pots/pans. A couple of kids food items (cups, plates, spoons). Plenty of towels. Need to bring laundry supplies with you. Indoor pool very nice and perfect for toddlers (large shallow area-largest I have seen). WONDERFUL view and lovely patio furniture. Decorated tastefully and surprising kid friendly at the same time. Comfy beds. Only wish office room had a traditional bed! Not far up the mountain which is great with impatient toddlers- yet not sacrificing a great view! Certainly plan to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

My family and I just stayed at Echota and had the best experience. The neighborhood and surrounding locations were wonderful. The condo itself was just as described on line. It was clean, functional and had a phenomal view. Have already recommended to friends and will be back.

Only issue

Everything was great. The one thing that I had an issue with was the rug in master bath.....it looked old and looked like it needed to be washed. Other then that it was really great.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!

The kitchen was perfectly and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to cook a big Thanksgivjng meal for our family. The views were breathtaking and we spent a lot of time sitting in the comfy chairs on the deck. The bedding and baths were comfortable and relaxing and overall the place is decorated beautifully! The location couldn't have been better since our girls are both in college in Boone so they actually spent a lot of time with us and brought friends since it's just a few minutes from Boone. The big dining room table was perfect for meals and a rousing game of monopoly. We will definitely return!!

Great Condo!

Awesome Northern view, great furniture, great kitchen set up and utensils. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The owners did it right. Quality everything.
