This was my first visit to Hilton Head, and I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I wanted a quieter place with smaller crowds, and this was perfect. When I go to the beach, I want to sit in a chair under an umbrella, walk around in some shallow water, and find some shells. This was good for that. Low tide was very cool with tons of hermit crabs in all kinds of shells. The pools at the condo were never crowded and great for our group. The place was older, but well taken care of. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were clean. There were several chairs and umbrellas for the beach, beach towels, and toys. There were lots of books to read and games to play.

The location is fantastic with a nice view of the beach from the screened porch. The host was very prompt in all communications and very welcoming. The property is on the quiet side of the island where there are not hoards of people which makes the beach much less crowded and more enjoyable. And being on the sound rather than the ocean, the shore line has abundant plant life and sea birds of all kinds.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The beach which isn’t a swimming beach was easy to access & quiet which we really enjoyed as people who aren’t ocean swimmers but who like being on a beach. We were there over Spring Break & the pool was closed for the season until April 1st which was halfway through the break, so that is something to consider if you are traveling during that time of year. The check in process was easy & the owner responsive. We would definitely recommend the condo to others & hope to visit again soon.

We loved our stay here! The condo’s beach is beside Fish Haul Beach, which is more natural. At low tide, we found a ton of small shells, hermit crabs in beautiful, unbroken shells (don’t take home, they’ll die, AND stink something awful!), snails, horseshoe crabs and a sharks tooth!! Be sure to bring water shoes or crocs to protect your feet. It’s an easing beach more than a swimming beach, because of rocks and oyster beds that get hidden by the tide. For swimming there’s a beautiful pool, or a short drive to public beach access. The condo itself was very nice and well kept. There’s both a k-cup style coffee machine and a regular one. Plenty of hair dryers, tons of games, 4 beach chairs and towels. The twin bedroom is smaller than it looked on the photo to me, but our girls just had to kneel on one bed to access the closet. I enjoyed my mornings on the enclosed porch, where I could see the beach and the pool. All the beds were very comfy, and there are sample sizes of spots and shampoos and conditioners. Walmart delivered groceries to us, and there’s also a Publix and Harris Teeter nearby. Everything was so accessible. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay

I have never been to HHI before and was quite nervous. We had a fantastic stay! When i booked, I didnt realize that the sound wasn't a swimming beach, but thats on me. There are very nice beaches close by and so many things to do on the island! My communication with the property manager was prompt and always helpful! The unit was very nice, clean, and well accomodated.

Cozy condo, great location!

Loved the condo and location! It was perfect for family of 4! Very clean and cozy, comfy beds, well furnished and everything you need for the beach or play tennis. Steps away from the beach and facing the pool. Our host Robbie was very friendly and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Great Views!!

Our family had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the sound were amazing, and being able to walk along the shore during low tide was really fun! Not far from Folly Field Beach Park and lots of grocery stores and shops around the area. Also fun watching some planes as the condo is close to the airport. That being said, the area is quiet and tucked back from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island. Recommend staying here!

Great unit

This is a great unit with a desirable location within the complex. The sound/ocean is visible from the enclosed balcony. The unit had everything needed and the property manager was very responsive.

Family-friendly condo with personal touches

Condo is conveniently located near our family in Hilton Head Plantation. The whole condo is decorated beautifully with gorgeous furniture! We were here to spend Thanksgiving with family, and were pleasantly surprised that kitchen was well-equipped to help with some of the food preparation. Other pleasant touches were family-friendly DVD's, books, and beach toys.

Perfect for two

My 17 year old and I loved this place and Will absolutely come again. The little patio was perfect for cloudy afternoons to read, woke up to see the beach out my window, and my teenager had a lot of fun exploring the property and the beach.

Very nice, a little outdated, could be cleaner

It was lovely. The beach was very private, the grounds were kept nice. The condo itself is a little dated. I thought the unit could of been cleaner but it was great for the price. Will come back to Hilton Head!
