3-bedroom villa featuring cathedral ceilings and an outdoor pool, ideally situated with a stunning 180° view of the foothills of the Troodos mountains and the Mediterranean. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy the sun in the privacy of your large garden. Beaches, golf, charming village taverns nearby, as well as a range of other activities at a short distance. Suited for both summer and winter stays.

Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom. Gas fireplace in living room in the cooler months. Each room has ample wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and accessories. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and a third bathroom with a shower is across the hall from the third bedroom.

The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The living room opens up on the very large terrace with a high pergola roof, providing mottled shade as you enjoy the view. For an even more stunning vista, the villa also features a rooftop terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as a built-in working sink and countertop. Three additional seating areas are available in the garden on both sides of the house.

The garden features a large pool. When enjoying warm days by the pool, you may wish to rinse in the convenient outdoor shower. Two fountains provide a soothing atmosphere. There is also a countertop with a sink in the garden for your outdoor cooking on the Weber charcoal grill or on the foukou souvlaki grill.

Inside, the kitchen is fully set up with all appliances needed, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, juice press, halloumi grill, blender, etc. You are free to use the washing machine. We enjoy drying our clothes in the Mediterranean sun on the outdoor drying carousel.

The villa is set up for serious work or personal entertainment with the fastest Internet connection available in the area. The TV service features many international channels. Or use the smart TV to connect your favorite streaming service.

Each guest is provided with a full set of bath towels, as well as a beach towel. For your days at the beach, feel free to use the beach toys and equipment in the adventure box at the villa (the content of the box varies over time as items break and are replaced by guests and the host).

The entire villa, with its amenities, as well as the garden, hot tub, and swimming pool, are for your enjoyment during your stay.

Services are a short drive away, and while there is also a convenient bus service to Paphos, it is recommended to rent a car to get around.
