The villa features its own private kidney-shaped pool (5m x 10m and 1.2m -1.8m deep), large terraces and mature landscaped gardens.

The villa is on two levels, downstairs featuring a cloakroom, large open-plan living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler and air fryer.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are able to be configured as twin or double rooms. All have their own balcony, air-conditioning and additional fans. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a full family bathroom.

Full-fibre broadband and a smart TV with all English channels including major sports.

Pool/beach towels, hairdryers and security safes for valuables are provided.
