The home features 3 bedrooms, a living room and separate dining room, family eating area and TV room.
The interior was painted within this year and new hard wood floors throughout the downstairs have just been refinished.
There is Internet and wi-fi throughout the house.
Bedrooms: There are queens in 2 bedrooms and a pull out, full size sofa bed in the 3rd. There is also a small flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
Baths: There are 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is beautiful with limestone counter tops, a 5 burner stove top and 2 ovens.
There are 2 decks overlooking the water and a secluded hot tub. There is a gas-fired/charcoal barbecue on the upper deck.
Two kayaks are available plus a salt water lagoon in your back yard is perfect for swimming and recreation.
The two car garage is not available.
Larkspur is a charming, historic town that is a 15 minute walk away. There are both upscale and reasonable restaurants, shops and boutiques, coffee houses, juice bars, a movie theater and groceries.
30 minutes from San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean. 45 minutes to Sonoma and Napa wine country where there are tastings and tours.
The area is filled with bike, hiking and walking trails that can take you a short distance or over Mt. Tam to Stinson Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
