Located on the Côte Vermeille where the foothills of the Pyrenees are tremple in the blue and glittering water of the Mediterranean, Collioure is a marvel, favorite village of the French in 2024. This charming villa offers from its great terrace a panoramic view of the Mediterranean.
The first beach is 5-10 minutes walk, the center of Collioure 10-15 min on foot.
You can thus leave your car in the parking lot and escape the noise nuisances of the city centre. Here the sun shines 300 days a year.

The villa has many facilities to welcome you.
Private parking is available to park more easily in the summer.
This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The secure swimming pool is reserved only for residents with access by an electronic badge.
The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

For golfers: the Saint-Cyprien golf course is less than 30 minutes' drive from Collioure. The Saint-Cyprien International Golf Course is one of the best in France.

Collioure enjoys a rocky coastline suitable for fishing, sailing, hunting and scuba diving.
Sea, nearby beaches, swimming pool, Aqualand Park in Saint Cyprien (11 km), tennis courts, golf, windsurfing, bike rides.

Super location, excellent facilities.

It was absolutely brilliant. You can walk to the beach or to Collioure or to Port Vendres so easily from this property. There is everything you need and the communication with the concierge is very effective. We had a lovely time.

Collioure 3 Bedroomed Villa ( Colly 2)

My second visit to the villa this year and look to book again in 2009. The accomodation is so well presented and spotlessly clean, there was nothing I could pick fault with. The views from the terrace are simply wonderful and just a joy to sit and have breakfast every morning. The Villa has everthing that you could wish for in its equipment and modern facilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms it is very comfortable for a family. I hired a car but was happy to leave it in the drive and walk everywhere as the main town of Collioure is but a short and enjoyable walk away. A stunning location, lovely accommodation all the right ingreedients for a great holiday. Jim Warwickshire

Spacious villa with lovely views

We had a lovely family holiday in this villa. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time out on the very spacious terrace, which has amazing views and a great plancha for outdoor cooking! The pool was lovely in the heat of August, and a great way to cool down. The villa is in a quiet location about a 15 min walk into Collioure, but supermarket just 5 mins away. The parking is really helpful if you have hired a car, as parking is in demand! Pascal was very friendly and welcoming, and could not have been more helpful. We were due to leave on a fiesta day when roads into Collioure shut, so he rang the local police and civic hall to check if we would be able to drive out. Lots to do in the area and Collioure itself is a great little town. Would recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

So thankful for a lovely stay in Collioure

We had a wonderful vacation and this villa was perfect for us. My sister and I went to meet my daughter at the end of a study abroad trip she was doing in Collioure and to celebrate my 50th birthday. The accommodations were lovely and we would highly recommend this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the views from the villa were breathtaking. We were greeted by Pascal upon our arrival, who was so welcoming and accommodating. We had a delay in our trip and got in later than we had hoped and did not have an opportunity to stop at the grocery before it closed. When we awoke the next morning, there was a delicious bag of fresh croissants and pastries on the gate door! There was also parking provided, which we found was a hot commodity in this area. The home was in a good location and a reasonable walking distance to everything. The owner, Dominique, was very nice and responsive with any questions we had and even allowed us to stay a night longer than we planned. Thank you again! We are missing this beautiful place already.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Collioure. Pascal et Martine nos hôtes sont charmants et très prévenant. Ils nous ont mis à disposition un livret avec toutes les informations utiles sur l'appartement et ses alentours. Nous avons même eu le droit à un panier d'accueil.L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 ados et nous disposions de 3 vrais chambres avec 4 lits et deux salles de bain. Une belle terrasse avec vue sur toute la baie de Collioure.L'appartement est idéalement situé, le centre historique, les plages, le fort et le Lidl peuvent se faire à pied.Nous recommandons.

Logement au top

Super séjour dans ce logement avec nos 3 enfants. Piscine "presque" privatisé car il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Grande terrasse qui a permis à nos filles de faire de la trottinette. 2 salles de bain, quel luxe ! Rien à redire allez y les yeux fermés !

Great stay at this property

Great stay at this lovely property. Hosts were really lovely. Apartment is situated on a hill above Port Vendres and Collioure - about a 15 minute walk to both. Probably the best stocked apartment we have ever stayed in. Terrace is fabulous, we got great use from shared pool and the addition of A.C. was very welcome as the weather was very hot! This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we can't wait to go back!

Fin leilighet 10 minutter fra Collioure sentrum

Med tre rom og to bad passet den godt til en familie på fire. I den varmeste perioden på sommeren er det litt langt å gå til Collioure sentrum, strand, matbutikk o.l. midt på dagen. Det positive var at det var et stille strøk, god air condition i leiligheten og fint felles svømmebasseng.

Très belle vue et emplacement parfait

Locatif bien équipé et très propre, très belle vue depuis la terrasse et les baies vitrées . Pouvoir aller à pied à Collioure en peu de temps était vraiment appréciable , et nous étions bien situés pour visiter la région. Accueil et contacts très sympathique avec Murielle . 98% happy!

We had a great time in a very comfortable villa. We felt that the description of the communal pool as being private was slightly misleading. There was also some new building work nearby. Luckily they were fairly quiet while we were there, but it could have been very noisy.

Superlage zum Ortskern, fussläufig 10min, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Meerblick von der Terrasse ist das Highlight. Gepflegte Poolanlage. Sehr nette Vermieter.

La maison est juste magnifique, propre dans un quartier calme. Une vue à couper le souffle. Les propriétaires que ce soit Pascal comme Muriel savent vous accueillir avec toute la gentillesse et le professionnalisme qui est le leur. Absolument rien à dire de négatif. Séjour merveilleux à refaire!!!

Un séjour agréable

La maison louée est bien située et aménagée. Nous avons toutefois rencontré un problème lié à la chaleur et peut-être d'isolement. Effectivement, la température à l'étage (chambres et salle de bain) n'est pas supportable, les ventilateurs fournis n'améliorent que très peu la situation, l'installation d'une climatisation est à envisager. De ce fait, le prix nous parait élevé par rapport à la prestation d'autant que le ménage n'est pas inclus. Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que les relations avec le propriétaire et Pascal ont été très chaleureuses. Merci.

A beautiful and bright villa awaits you. Peace and calm at last. A large terrace for sunbathing. High-end accommodation, private parking.
Once your car is parked in your private square, you can take full advantage of Collioure and its surroundings.
Forget your car because everything is within walking distance of the villa. A 5 to 10-minute walk will take you to the beach and 10 to 15 to the centre of the village. Restaurants, piano bars, monuments, churches and museums await you.
After your days full of relaxation or visits and return to your villa, you can enjoy the glass of rosé wine that you deserve on your beautiful private terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Your children will be able to play in the large residential pool while you go to cook on your barbecue.
This villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers a spectacular panoramic view of 270 degrees from the large terrace to the balcony.
From the living room, you have access to a large terrace with a tanning place (sun loungers available). It is equipped with a large electric grill (plancha). A large canopy will protect your meals from the heat of the sun.
The villa has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and two hairdryers.
The two bathrooms are equipped with toilets.
Sheets and bath towels are available.
We will be available to welcome you and we will also be present when you leave. You can also contact us if you have a problem during your stay.
In case of late arrival at the villa, you will find the keys in a key trunk protected by code.
