Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable and clean, although if you have a problem with stairs this might not be the place for you. It was right on the beach. The pool was great and not too crowded.

Amazing Beachside Property

Staying at this property was great! Loved being able to walk out of the patio and down the walkway to the beach. The location was within walking distance of the shopping area and only 4 miles from Walmart and Publix for big shopping trips. The condo was very clean and the pictures on the website were accurate. We accommodated 2 families totaling 8 people comfortably

Great place!

Almost everything was perfect. The A/C was leaking the first night and someone came out and fixed it right away. It leaked through the TV on the main level that wasn't repaired or replaced while we were there but the location and layout of the place was perfect for family.

We will be back

We loved every minute of our stay. Everything is very comfortable. Great air conditioning, comfortable beds and close to everything. Kitchen is a little tight and basic but we made due. Bottom room is a little musty but we brought a fan and that helped. Everyone was easy to work with and the beach is great! We set our chairs out early as to everyone starts picking their spots early. We did have the chair service set people directly in front of us which I felt was unnecessary. Overall we loved every minute. We will be back.

Loved our stay at Sea Haunts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would definitely book again! The location is perfect for walking to food, shopping, bike rentals. Convenience of walking right out onto beach made the stay a breeze, as well as bottom patio with hose pipe to rinse feet and chairs is a plus. Also love that the beach does not have chair rentals covering length of beach. There are chair rentals at neighboring condo if needed, however plenty of room for your own chairs and umbrella which is hard to find on 30A. Only minor issues with condo that were not significant enough to call property management, we overlooked. The patio table is being held up with a piece of wood, definitely needs to be replaced. Remote on main level needs replacing. Did not affect us enough to call about it, but should be updated. Townhome was very clean.

Breathtaking Views

The condo is perfect for families. We love staying at seahaunts! The downstairs bathroom toilet didn't flush without taking the back off and there was very little water pressure in the downstairs bathroom. Everything else was perfect! Even sharing the upstairs bathroom with everyone didn't put a damper on this condo! The views from the balcony and the upstairs master bedroom made this our perfect beach location! Would definitely stay here again! Had a problem with checking out because the instructions that were left for us told us to return the keys to the rental agency. We tried but GPS didn't work for the address and when we called to ask for directions we were told to take the keys back to the condo and sorry for the inconvenience but that wasnt their process anymore and their policy had been updated. That wasted 2 hours we could have been on the road home. Even with that confusion we still would stay again! It's that great of a condo!

Great location, condo was musty

The positives: having access to the beach, just a few steps away. My kids could run back and forth from beach to condo and that was nice. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping from the beach. Access to the large nice pool was very nice. Negatives: The condo itself is older and musty. They advertise a 3 bedroom, however the bottom bedroom is extremely musty and not acceptable for a bedroom. We rented from Dune Allen Reality, we complained about the must smell and they provided us with a fan which helped some, however we could never use the downstairs bedroom to sleep in and they would not help us further. All our clothes smelled musty when we returned home and had to be re-washed. Don’t rent this condo if you need the third bedroom or have issues with must/mold. It’s musty throughout the condo and especially in the bottom floor. Overall, we loved the location, however, we would never stay in the this unit again or rent from Dune Allen.

Overall, our stay was great despite the obstacles.

It has been several years that we have stayed at Sea Haunts. The surroundings have changed tremendously. It was once more secluded, but now it is totally surrounded by many units who all share the same beach area. The kitchen was under-equipped. We had to make do with the cooking pans over and over again. We were provided with an 8-10 inch skillet to make breakfast for 8 of us. We noticed a musty smell when we first arrived and eventually figured out the reason. The toilet on the 2nd floor sticks and it runs over. The water immediately leaks through the floor onto the furniture on the bottom floor. It had been wet before. We figured out why there were water stains on the coffee table. I had also never been in a beach rental that there wasn't a balcony off the master suite. We had windows. Large bedroom, but only windows. The neighbors to the left were all up in our business about everything. For that, we were glad it was only a week.

Great Spot!

We stayed at Sea Haunts last year and loved it and this trip was great as well. The location is perfect. The town home is great for an extended family. My only recommendation is to have a key pad placed. It became cumbersome to keep track of the keys, especially with kids. Though the check in and check out was simple, a keypad would have been more convienent.

We'll be back every summer!

This is almost the perfect beach condo. It is decorated so tastefully in a beach-cottage style. It has tile floors throughout...every beach dwelling should have tile floors! It has all the necessary amenities of home and was very well cleaned. The main floor deck faces the gulf...perfect coffee spot every morning! It has separate entertainment areas for when the occupants need a break from each other. It is close to everything you need; grocery store, restaurants, bars, shops, but at the same time, far from the crowds. The beach and gulf are stunning...some days calm and crystal clear, some days rough surf that's fun to play in. We have three teens and have been to different condos every summer of their whole life as we searched for just the right beach vacation for our family. We found it this year! We will come back here from now on...it just became "our" condo. :-) Three drawbacks: the kitchen is cramped & not well designed, the master bed isn't very comfortable, and the kids said the daybed mattress was terrible. Even with a cramped kitchen we ate three suppers in, steaks on the grill, shrimp & sausage on the grill, and fajita bar. And, we ate breakfast and lunch in every day. We really used the kitchen. Even with uncomfortable mattresses, we'll be back! The condo and Santa Rosa beach location are just SO great! We had a fun, relaxing time. Even saw a huge sea turtle while out in a kayak and dolphins breeched very close then swam under us...amazing.
