Dune I Townhomes #12 - Beachside Pool, Private Beach Boardwalk, Dune Allen Beach

Thank you for staying at Sandy Toes and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the internet was down during your stay. A damaged main line caused the outage, and we submitted a service request as soon as we learned of it. While the provider worked on the repair, we shared Wi-Fi access for another unit in the complex, so you were not without wi-fi! We’re also sorry the hair dryer was missing. Had we known, our office would have gladly brought one over. We appreciate you bringing both issues to our attention and hope to welcome you back for a better stay

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. I am very sorry that your stay at Dune 1 Townhomes was anything less than perfect. The carpets have been professionally cleaned, and the screen repairs have been completed. Dune 1 Townhomes is very popular and is mainly full throughout spring and summer, but paint will be touched up when the property is vacant. We will also share your comments about the carpet and paint with the owner. Rest assured, the proper attention will be paid to your concerns. Despite the above, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay, the gulf front location, pool and beach.
