Bellevue is perfect for the family that enjoys outdoor adventures! Located on beautiful Lake Stallworth, one of our rare coastal dune lakes, you and your family can make the most of kayaking and paddle boarding right off the private dock. We have many local companies that rent kayaks and paddle boards or feel free to bring your own. You’re also only a 2-minute walk to the crystal, clear water and white, sandy shores of the spectacular Gulf of Mexico.

This comfortable, fun, and funky beach cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, to sleep 7 happily. Although, you’ll most likely experience your happiest moments on the double decks overlooking Lake Stallworth. One is covered, and the other is not, both perfect for watching our world-famous sunsets or star gazing from the top deck.

After enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer, get cozy in the large living area with dueling sofas and enjoy playing games with the family or maybe a movie marathon.

Perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay. The location cannot be beat. Access to the lake and the beach is awesome. The house could use some updating. Especially the beds and kitchen appliances. But, still a great value.

The location is key with this rental. They have done zero maintenance since last year. There is mold in the middle bathroom.

House is private yet close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is nice as usual. We have rented it numerous times over the years. Lovely view of the lake off the patio and short walk to the ocean. Were unable to go in ocean due to high winds and waves. We were disappointed that we could not access tv from any of the 4 sets in the house. We called Dune Allen Realty to have them send someone to fix it. They said they would send someone out that day, but nobody showed up that day or the next day. We also looked for blankets but there were only bedspreads on each bed. We made do but would have appreciated a few extra blankets. Other than that, the week was pleasant with wonderful weather and good restaurants.

LOVED this place!!!

What a great find! The house has plenty of space for our family of 4. The outdoor areas and access to the water were incredible. The beach was right down the street and so easy to walk to. My 5 year old and I canoed to it one day! Publix was only 10 mins away and we found some great restaurants with outdoor seating where we felt comfortable eating. So sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

needs updating

While the house itself was clean it was in need of repairs to tile and cabinets and badly in need of new living room furniture. It was filthy. I would not have sat on it if I had white pants on. We put sheets over it in order to sit on it. There were visible numerous stains on the dining room chairs as well. I would not return unless there were some new furniture and repairs.

Felt Like Home

This is an amazing property. We really loved our stay here. We've been staying on 30A every summer for 7 years, and our usual house was booked. We found this place and plan to return next year! It's so easy to boat to the beach from this house, and the backyard is totally relaxing. There were many days we just sat out back on the porch to relax. The sunsets are gorgeous, and the house was perfect for us. It's not a fancy beach house, and that's what we love. It felt like we were at home.

Great little house! Loved the location and the view. Very short walk to the beach. Even though there were only 2 of us staying here - it was great to be able to spread out and even each have our own bathroom. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Belleview is a very relaxing property.

Our family has stayed here 3 or 4 times over the years. We love this area because you get a beautiful view of the lake, a short walk or canoe to the beach. Stinkys Fish Camp is a place you have to eat at while you are here. Belleview is close to Destin, Seaside, Seagrove and Panama City yet away from the crowds when you want to relax. We bring our hammock for the porch to enjoy the view or a good book.

We love it.

We really enjoyed our stay,the kitchen has plenty of pots pans so we can cooked our meals,the short walk to the beach make everyday a great day.We will come back next summer.We rate the house a 4 stars.
