We rented the cabin for our wedding and was very excited about having our whole family together under one roof. The place is absolutely stunning and, even though there are a lot of cabins surrounding you, you don't realize it because of the way that they're placed. We also went during the off-season so it was very quiet. There were only a couple of issues. The place was not quite as clean as we were expecting it. (There was trash behind the doors and in the bathroom.) The little video game shown in the pictures was not functional. The jukebox was free (LOVED IT) but the song availability and options were limited. The pool cues could use replacing and the hot tub jets need to be maintained.The beds were absolutely wonderful and the wrap around decks (both second and third story) were amazing. We loved using the home theater and it was nice to have a glass of wine in the evening with the hot tub. The interior of this place is absolutely amazing and looks exactly as you see. The host/management company was very responsive and accommodating (especially because I lost track of my days and had to check out late).Honestly, despite the amenities being as they were, we would probably do it all over again. We had a really lovely time and the place is beautiful and very comfortable.

Wonderful cabin

We loved this cabin. It is exactly as described. Secluded and private which we love. There is no view for those looking for that but since that did not matter to us we did not mind.

Good Time

I was looking for a good remote spot near pigeon forge for my girlfriends 30th bday. This place was amazing and had enough rooms for us to get away with some of her close friends. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will make it back someday.

Do not recommend horrible stay

Horrible stay. Cabin was not clean found hair extensions on the floor along with a pill in the bathroom and one under the dining room table. Got there on Thursday air went out late friday night. Called property management early Saturday morning. Nothing stayed gone all day and evening. Came back and still no air the cabin was 84 degrees. I do not recommend renting from this company they did absolutely nothing to accommodate us.

Had to contact mangement two times for random things and they immediately addressed them. So friendly and professional. Have rented several years in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and this is by far the best managed.

Relaxing FamilyTime.

We had a very nice weekend. Cabin was in a neighborhood but sort of secluded- Smokey Cove. Nice size house and layout for 2 families with grown kids. Internet reception was almost unusable so don’t plan to work while you are there. Bottom shower was “out of order “ in a master bedroom / bath. We were unaware of that so that was inconvenient. The house could use a little sprucing up but all in all great place.

Reviewer Comments: This spacious cabin worked great for a three family get-together while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. Cabin has plenty of room so everyone felt that they had sufficient personal space. Plenty of amenities to keep one entertained during the evening or when it is raining. Conveniently near the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg as well as not far from two entrances to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is a little cramped but not a big deal.

Ok stay

The water pressure on the upper floors was good until someone on a lower floor used any water, then the upper floor had absolutely no water. Didn’t realize until the last day that you had to call to get garbage picked up. I am used to renting places that leave a list of things to do before check-out (I.e. all dirty towels in bathtub or in washer, all dishes in dishwasher), no such list seemed to exist.

Nice but dirty

Nice cabin. It was a little dirty. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Showers smelled like mildew. All fans were dusty. Jukebox didn’t work. The game console also wasn’t working well. Bed were comfy. You would think for the price of the cleaning fee it would be a lot cleaner.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate the feedback. We hate to see that you had some cleaning issues when you checked in. I will get these corrected in the future as well as the issues with the amenities in the cabin.

Beautiful Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is beautiful, everything was so pretty, the cabin was decorated for Christmas which was nice. The front door sticks pretty badly, it could use some repairs but everything else was great. The parking was a little awkward, it's very uphill and barely enough room to turn around so if you don't have multiple vehicles it's advisable to park at the bottom. The rental company was great to deal with. We were allowed an earlier check in which was fantastic since it was raining and we had our dogs. I loved having the Eden Crest app to get information.

These surveys are very important to us as they allow us to discover what areas we excel at but also what areas need attention. We will advise the maintenance team of the door sticking. Parking can sometimes be tricky in our mountainous area. Our desire at Eden Crest is to try and provide all guests with a wonderful vacation experience.
