Big and efficient

Great for gathering together. Nice game room. Every bedroom has a bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay with few issues.

Great Family Getaway!

The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was very nice, clean and bright. Communication was fast and easy. My adult children and husband really enjoyed the hot tub. Refrigerator was nice and big and held everything we needed for our cook out. Really enjoyed ourselves and would go definitely back!!

Annual family trip

This was a beautiful cabin in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time at this cabin. Very clean and plenty of room for our family. The customer service was amazing when we thought my dad left his tablet in the cabin. They responded to us very quickly. My dad ended up finding it between the seats.

Family vacation with my grown children & grandchildren.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities that you need for the week. Perfect location that was minutes away from the Parkway / The Island in Pigeon Forge. My family fully enjoyed having 5 bedrooms with king size beds & private bathroom in each room. The game room was amazing with a movie theater room right off the game room. Beautifully decorated cabin with an out side fireplace & jacuzzi. Highly recommend for a large family. Definitely will be back next year.

Beautiful and updated home

Love the house and the neighborhood. Beautiful and updated. The only issue I had was that from the master bedroom you could hear everything especially going up the stairs to upper bedroom and the bedroom directly above the master. Other than this everything was perfect.

Family Rod Run 2024

Communication was spectacular! The text messaging system they have set up is great. Even texted me saying it was cleaned early and we could go on and check in early. House had plenty of parking for our large group, love the fact that everyone had their own room with bathroom.We especially loved the large kitchen with island and huge farmhouse table,We could all gather around for meals. Having all King size beds is great and spacious, the walk in showers were amazing. The back porch was great for our large group, the electric outdoor fireplace was awesome. The guys did enjoy the pool table one rainy night. All in all it’s definitely on my list to rent again.

Family Reunion Perfection

The Fire in the Sky is the perfect set up for group gatherings. The 4 main king bedrooms each with a master bath suite attached plus the basement bedroom with a huge bathroom and a queen size bunk bed set up allowed everyone to be comfortable. No need to share bathrooms as we all tried to get ready to head out for adventures. The game room, theater, hot tub and outdoor fireplace are exactly as advertised. The younger family members loved the community pool...note that it requires driving to it from the actual cabin. Nicely appointed with most everything needed for the kitchen. There are neighbors close by, so if you are expecting to be in a private wooded location, that is not the case. Super close to Kroger Grocery store. And all the attractions are so convenient to visit.

Bait and Switch

I was contacted 4 hours prior to check in and told there was a maintenance problem. I was given 2 options. One option was $1,000.00 more. I was forced to accept a cabin with no amenities, no internet, 2 broken sinks and a garden tub that spewed dirt in the tub. Jackson Mountain is a terrible company. I'm still awaiting a manager call back. I was embarrassed to have my friends stay there. They basically ruined my weekend. Don't book with them. This was the shabbiest experience I've ever had.

But we had to make an adjustment due to an unforeseen setback at the original property, and this prevented you and your guests from staying there. Family vacation

This property was large enough for our family of 10 to enjoy. My husband and I and our 4 adult children and significant others and 1 grandchild enjoyed our stay at fire in the sky. The house was large enough for us to have our own private spaces, but had plenty of places for us to gather as a group and make some fantastic memories. It was easy to get into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg from our cabin

Excellent location, good amenities

Nice home with good amenities. Proximity to attractions and dining is excellent. Only negative is lack of stable handicap accessibility to access home. Once inside, no problem.

Christmas in the Smokie Mountains

This is a beautiful home. However their is a horrible sewage odor that hits you when you arrive. It comes from downstairs and ends up taking over the whole house. I contacted property managers who sent maintenance out and they stated it wasn’t anything with sewage but did nothing and offered no assistance or help. I feel for the price we paid this was unacceptable and should be disclosed if they knew about it. And from the guests book everyone wrote it up. Again they did nothing I was speaking to them on the phone lost the call and never heard back from them. House was set up great but management was not doing their part and didn’t offer me anything for this problem. Tv in game room not connected either which should be since most want to gather their if they can stomach the smell.
