If comfort and style matter to you, then SeaEsta is exactly what you are looking for. This beautiful home is conveniently located close to the beach boardwalk and both neighborhood pools in the Royal Sands Subdivision. Perfect for those bringing their boat as there is an additional drive for off street boat parking. Three gorgeous floors with beautiful ocean views from both the second and third floor and protected dunes in front of and behind the house. Decks that extend the entire length of the home allow you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and visit with family and friends from your spectacular view. All bedrooms are professionally decorated with luxurious bedding and high-end mattresses for your added comfort. The first floor features a bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as bunk room with XL twins and a 32” TV. The second floor has another bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bath, powder room, as well as a large open kitchen and living area. A 55” TV with Direct TV including all movie channels is located in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need to grill hamburgers or cook a gourmet meal. The bar area has a beverage center as well as an additional ice maker. The entire third floor is dedicated to a Master Suite. There is a king size bed and a comfortable sitting area to read and relax or watch the 42” TV. There is also another set of bunk beds in the master suite for the little ones that are not yet ready to sleep away from mom and dad or your extra guests. This home was architecturally designed, custom built and professionally decorated with your every need in mind. SeaEsta has a home phone, high speed-wireless internet, DVD players, crab pot, BBQ pit, fish cleaning table, plenty of outdoor seating, and numerous games. There is ample parking for both your cars and boat to park off the street. Smoking outside only and no pets please.

Great long weekend at Seaesta! The kitchen is well stocked, and location is excellent. Close to beach as well as downtown Port Aransas. Saw sea turtles at the State park beach. House worked great for us, and we cooked most meals there. Lower floor was slightly warm first night, but improved.

Great place for family/friends

Great Property

My family stayed here last week and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It's large, well kept, great location on the island and to the boardwalk/beach. The kitchen was easy to work in and had everything you need. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and flexible to our needs. It's a great family property.

Best family vacation so far!

The location is fantastic and the family had a great time! We did rent a golf cart because we had a lot of gear to take to the beach and smaller children wo could not make the long walk over the bridge and onto the beach. The owner was very helpful especially when we got an emergency evacuation order! Well maintained house and comfortable for all ten of us!

Fantastic rental

We have chosen this property three years in a row because of the cleanliness, location and responsiveness of the owner. It is always spotless and well stocked. Major bonus this year…a new ice maker! Wow, what a fantastic upgrade! As long as we continue to visit Port A, this property will be our first choice.

Perfect!

We researched all the rentals in the area, selected Seaesta, and were totally pleased with the experience. Perfectly designed, perfectly clean, well maintained, nicely appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. We noticed the homes around Seaesta are comfortably spaced, whereas other areas are crammed together — made for a much more relaxing experience, and also just a short walk to the beach. Ronda was a great host and most accommodating. Highly recommend!

Alberto interrupted our stay with wind and rain for two days. House was solid throughout. Two of the three coffee makers didn’t work. Could use more pots and pans especially cooking for a large group. Ice maker was nice.

Loved this house!

We all were so happy with the property and its amenities. We had some cooks with us and felt like this was the best stocked kitchen we ever had to work with. Only thing I knew to be lacking was a bigger cutting board. Enjoyed this house a lot and would like to come back. One minus would be that the bunk room where our college aged sons slept was very warm. It does not seem as if enough air gets to that room.

Per the usual… we love this place

We always book this place when we can! Always. The property owner is incredibly nice and helpful. The place is always clean and as expected. The house has EVERYTHING you need except the food (do your own food shopping of course). She even has a very nice ice machine which comes in handy on a daily basis! The place is so peaceful. The house is a 5 min walk to the beach, if that. It is a 3 min drive to Cinnamon Shore North and 5 min from Cinnamon Shore South. 25 min from major shopping like Walmart, we always grocery shop there before getting to the property so that we’re stocked up for the time we will be staying, once we arrive. But there is a smaller grocery store about 8 min from the community as well and other shopping. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Worth it every dang time ❤️

We had the best time with my sisters family.

The beach out was just the right size for my family. There was mold on the ceiling in the down stairs bedroom. Other than that it was perfect.

Unforgettable

Our family went on vacation and it was my husband and I along with our 4 kids: Two teens and 2 toddlers. The house had more than enough space for all of us! The house was so well taken care of, they clearly put much love and care into it. It had EVERYTHING you needed and more. All we needed to get was the food. Ronda was INCREDIBLE and super sweet and always responded to my texts very quickly. The dock to the beach was a 3 min walk from the house, Cinnamon Shore is a 4 min drive over, grocery store was 6 minutes from the house, coffee shop about 8 min. And all other stores and restaurants were super close as well! The area is nice and private, neighborhood is very well kept and neighbors are very friendly. The views from the house is stunning. I could go on and on about how incredible this place was and how perfect the location was! I would recommend if you come with toddlers to at least have a wagon to carry all your beach stuff but you can also reserve a golf cart (they deliver!) should you want to drive it to the beach. My husband and I already discussed coming back! Can’t wait. We definitely found our new “spot”. Love the house, loved Ronda and her attentiveness and care, and loved our experience there.

Great Beach House

The whole family enjoys staying here. The house is just steps away from the boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the beach. The house is clean and the kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, and everything you need to cook meals. The large dining table is a great gathering place for family to sit, talk, play card games, and eat.

Great family home

The layout of this house is awesome for multiple families and the bunk room is perfect for kids of all ages. 3 Minutes from the beach on a golf cart and only 7 minutes walking. Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Beds are comfy and the rooms are great sizes.

Great stay

We had a nice stay at this property for our family getaway. The house is very clean, beds extremely comfortable, good communication with host overall, kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Ac was out upstairs but they had a window unit set up that made it the coolest area of the house, I didn’t mind it at all (she had offered to have someone repair it during our stay or let it be and I opted to leave it) Short walk to the beach.

Perfect Getaway!

The house and location exceeded our expectations! First off it was one of the cleanest most organized rentals I’ve ever stayed in! So adorable and looked like a model home. The pictures do not do it justice! Love this home and will definitely stay here again! We had 8 teens and me and my husband and plenty of room for everyone!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

What a fantastic trip! This home is gorgeous and so conveniently located! The boardwalk to the beach is super accessible, Cinnamon Shore is a stone's throw away, and the drive to old town Port Aransas is quick. Could not have asked for a better home, in a better location, hosted by better people. We have already booked our next stay!

Great Beach House

The house is very close to the entrance to the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. It is a great location. The kids love having access to both the beach and a pool. The house is clean, modern, and has everything in the kitchen that a family needs to cook meals for a large family. Our family has stayed at this house for several summers and just love it. We have three generations ranging in age from 6 to 75. A Very Satisfied Grandmother

Beautiful Home

This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The entire house was spotless and decorated beautifully. ALL beds were super comfortable which is important when staying a week! Kitchen was stocked with fantastic cookware, baking pans, kitchen tools, etc. I always pack my own knives and fave kitchen utensils but never even used them as this kitchen was so well stocked. No need to bring coffee filters as there were about seven packages already in the pantry. Also a large variety of spices and seasonings were in the pantry. Plenty of towels, linens and extra pillows. Very close to the boardwalk and is easily walkable to the beach even for our tiny three year old. We will definitely rent this property on our next trip to Port A.

We believe our property stands above the others because we are actively involved in making sure the home is ready for your upcoming vacation. Living in the Houston area allows us to frequently monitor the needs of our home. You can expect to enter a clean, professionally decorated, well equipped vacation get away. We have taken everything into consideration that we expect from a rental property and incorporated it into ours. We have also set in place individuals on the island should any need arise during your stay. They will be just a phone call away to assist.

We are constantly updating and assessing our home. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and manicured. There is ample seating for you and your guests on all three floors and exterior decks. The home is located just steps away from the boardwalk that leads you directly to the beach and both the adult and family pool. On a rainy day, the home is stocked with countless games and Direct TV with all movie channels as well as high speed internet. Or if you prefer, have a nap on any of the comfortable beds. Its your vacation, do what you like.
