3bdrm/2bath Sleeps 6 Vacation in the Mountains! Private Hot Tub

STL001478- This home/duplex is 5 minutes to Vail ski resort and provides everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen, and amenities. Beautiful finishes throughout with updated kitchen and living room. This is a three bedroom, two bath duplex that sleeps six comfortably. It is the upstairs area, with beautiful views of the southern side of East Vail. We have beautiful new bathrooms/kitchen/flooring throughout. New furniture and fixtures in all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, built sturdy enough for adults. We have wonderful down comforters on all beds and nice quality sheets. It can accommodate two families comfortably. We have a heated enclosed two car garage, with ski storage for our renters. We have room for two cars, with no additional parking available. Washer and dryer for our tenants are located off the kitchen.
This is a spacious duplex with 1900 square feet. It has a beautiful large kitchen with eating area, and a comfortable living room, with gas fireplace. We have a private, 7 person hot tub to soak all of those sore muscles, after a long day of skiing!
We are located in East Vail, with the free Town of Vail bus stop just two blocks away. There is a national forest within walking distance for those of you that like to hike or snowshoe. Not only is this a wonderful location for skiing in the winter, it is also an incredible summer home, with beautiful mountain views from the deck.
Come and enjoy all the Vail has to offer!
(We have an owners apartment downstairs, with its own entrance that does not infringe on our guests privacy. It is not occupied full time and used occasionally. We will always notify you if it will be occupied during your visit.)

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am (Unless other arrangements have been made with us when booking)

Vail House

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The owner's let us check in early, everything was clean and the home was very cozy. The house has a great location only minutes from the slopes. We would definitely recommend.

updated comfort

This home is completely updated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is open and equipped with everything you could ever need. The living area is large with a fabulous big screen TV that has CABLE (that's super hard to find these days). The deck and hot tub are private and tranquil. The location is great as well, just outside the main village. We rode bikes up Vail pass and into town, couldn't have been easier to get around. Having a garage was a plus. The owner was very accommodating and very easy to reach. We loved this home and hope to be back again soon. You won't be disappointed.

Beautifully Maintained Property!

Loved the condo - it was comfortable, well stocked and clean. I was there with my husband, brother and mother and there was plenty of room for all of us. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck and were treated with a visit by large buck one evening.

NIcely remodeled older upstairs unit of duplex

Your home in East Vail is nice but not five star. It is nicely remodeled, but we weren't expecting such an older/dated property from the online photos. The master bathroom is very small and the toilet kept running and I had to continually remove the toilet lid in order to get it to stop running.

Solid Place to Stay in East Vail

Kate, the owner/property manager, was very thorough with her communications and the check in process was very easy. She even emailed to let us know that the place would be available earlier than 4:00 if we needed it, which I have never experienced with any other VRBO I have used. The townhome was in great condition, well stocked, and very clean. It was perfect for my family of 4, and we all appreciated the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. The one slight negative, if there is one, is the unit's location in East Vail. It was my family's first time staying in East Vail, and we noticed the busses were much more crowded than other places we have stayed in Vail previously. Not a deal breaker at all, and we would love to visit this property again in the future.

Great for Ski trip

Easy walk to bus stop to take you to the slopes. The property was great and we enjoyed the hot tub every day after riding.

Annual family ski trip

We were thrilled with the condo! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, everything in great shape and high end. Perfect for our group of 5, we had plenty of space and all of the amenities we wanted. Also very convenient was the short walk to the bus stop to catch the free shuttle into town. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in East Vail

We have stayed at many VRBOs but this maybe the best. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place was immaculate. The linens and beddings were fresh and comfortable. And the location is excellent for no matter what activity you want to do.

Amazing Stay in Vail!!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Vail! The neighborhood is quiet. It is in the perfect location, about a 5 to 7 minute drive to Vail Village. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is cozy with the fireplace, high ceilings and picture like windows overlooking the snow in the front yard and mountains. The mountain views from the hot tub is spectacular (especially after a long day on the slopes). The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The master bathroom has a huge shower. The half bathroom in the halfway has a tub/shower combo. The garage is heated and it has plenty of room to store your ski equipment (if needed). Kate was so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Fall Colors in Vail

What a nice place to stay. Very modern and comfortable. Easy access in and out of the house/neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping in Vail. Would be a great place to stay to catch some fall colors or spend some time at the resort during the winter.

Amazing property close to Vail Village

Very nice place to stay. We’ve booked through VRBO several times, and this was by far the most well-appointed rental we’ve stayed in. It doesn’t feel like a rental property either—this felt like we were staying in a friend’s place! Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. They’ve thought of everything you could need while staying. Kate was great with communication as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and great hosts!

We stayed here for a wedding in Vail and it was the perfect location. The host was excellent in communicating and even reached out personally to make sure I had gotten all check-in details (I was terrible at responding by email!) She was so sweet and personal it made the experience that much better!

Wonderful house and location

Wade and Kate are one of four families (all siblings) that purchased this Duplex in 2014. We wanted a large place that had privacy and its own yard. We have been able to enjoy this home year round, with three of the four families living nearby in Evergreen Colorado. We love its close proximity to the free Town of Vail bus, Vail Village, hiking and biking trails and of course the world class skiing at Vail!

This property had beautiful outdoor space and was just what we were looking for in a mountain home. It is close to everything and we love the outdoors. We are all skiers and hikers, and we enjoy the close proximity to the free town of Vail shuttle bus, that is so convenient when there is a large group. We love the winter months, but the summer is truly incredible in the mountains.

If you love the outdoors, we are walking distance to an amazing national forest. Our home has a private deck with a beautiful hot tub. The free town of Vail bus is convenient, and provides great transportation to everything! Let the kids/young adults explore at their leisure. Not only are the winters amazing in Vail, but the summers are even better. So many outdoor activities and beautiful fresh mountain air!
