The five bedrooms are staggered across half-levels so every couple has its own floor — the kind of layout that makes a group trip feel like a private retreat instead of a dorm.
The barnwood master is the room someone always claims first. Hand-finished plaster walls, exposed dark beam ceiling, an ornate sleigh bed, and an en-suite bath — plus an iron ladder up to a small loft with a twin mattress, perfect for a kid or a night owl with a book.
The two king rooms and two queen rooms are bright and quiet, each with great light. The bunk room (full-over-full) works equally well for kids or adults. And if you need to sneak in one more couple, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
Open kitchen with an expandable dining table that fits the whole group. Gas grill on the front balcony off the living room. Large laundry room with washer and dryer, and two Pack-n-Plays in the unit for traveling families. The hot tub stays hot year-round.

Digital keypad lock for self check-in — arrive whenever works for you. Full private use of the entire townhouse, plus three dedicated parking spots out front.

No smoking inside the unit. Back deck and private balconies are 420-friendly. The indoor fireplace is decorative only. Stays over 30 days require additional weekly cleaning. The garage is locked off for owner storage.
