Our condo has been completed remodeled - in the fall of 2025 and includes custom italian kitchen cabinetry, italian tile, glass backsplash with under mount lighting, quartz countertops, and state of the art stainless steel whirlpool applicances. The unit features 9 foot ceilings with a 550 sq ft private patio with electric Webber BBQ. Master bedroom has a king and its own bathroom. Guest bedroom has a (2) twin bunk beds - a total of (4) twin beds. All bedrooms contain hypo-allergenic duvet bedding with egyptian cotton sheets 400 thread count. A total of 3 hd plasma tvs with full cable and sports package (nfl network etc). High speed wireless internet and router. Brand New LG Washer and Dryer in the unit. Perfect house for entertaining guests. The unit is overlooking the intercoastal and a few min walk from america's #1 beach.

Only about 1.5 mi from the village it's the perfect unit, with the perfect location, in the perfect beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very accommodating and super responsive. The apartment was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool as much as we did the beach :) We would definitely book here again!

Ok overall

There were a couple of issues here that, if fixed, would have made our stay a lot better: The shower door in the master bedroom is missing a seal between the doors so water leaks all over the bathroom floor; there is no dresser in the second bedroom and the fan light doesnā€™t work; for 2 days, the water in the master bedroom & outside shower smelled like rotten eggs; there is a broken dresser drawer in the master bedroom; we couldnā€™t figure out how to work the TVs in the bedrooms and there were no instructions; the condo is definitely not beachfront and the public beach is not really within walking distance - especially in 95-degree weather - so we needed to drive there each time. All in all though, the beach was spectacular so we dealt with the issues and had a good time.

Our family vacation

Had a wonderful week here. We arrived at 11am and were able to check in at that time instead of waiting till 4 which was a big help. Property manager was very nice and even reached out to us to give us information on whatā€™s around there. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

I was very apprehensive before arriving, due to a very bad review. What I found was that the property was as advertised. Nice gated community with a beautiful pool area, right on the bay area. The beach is within walking distance, but with all of the beach gear, driving and parking is a better option. Everything about the property is beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I feel that you should remove the negative review, as it is a total and complete lie!!

Disappointing Stay with Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues

While the property had potential, the unit was not as clean as we anticipated upon arrival and our experience was impacted by mold in the vents, a persistent ceiling leak, and ongoing maintenance concerns. We lost several days of our stay cleaning, waiting for maintenance, and leaving the unit as instructed. Communication with the owner near the end of our trip didnā€™t fully resolve our concerns, leaving us disappointed with the overall experience.

Great complex to stay in Could be a little closer to the beach for senior citizens such as ourselves, but parking in main beach area easy enough to find. Beach is beautiful. As is the seafood dinners.

Siesta key March 2022

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The pool area is very nice and a kiddy pool was the perfect place for the 4 year old. The manager was very responsive although we really didnā€™t need anything. It is a short drive to the beach parking. Would highly recommend.

Lovely condo

The condo was really beautifully decorated. having been updated recently. It was immaculate and check in was very easy. There owner was wonderful and totally cooperative when we had a problem with a sliding door. The two bunk beds in the guestroom would work well for a family. The kitchen had everything that was required for making meals. All in all a good experience.

Wonderful Stay with Lots of Amenities

This property was beautiful, bright, clean and spacious with a large patio area. Close to the beach with beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon to bring it all. The property manager was also extremely responsive when we needed anything! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Weā€™ll be back!!

Great Place, Great Location

This was a great condo overall. The setup was perfect for our two small boys and us. Their bedroom was very quiet and they were able to sleep soundly while we stayed up. The place was also super clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation with small kids. Loved that a wagon and beach chairs were provided, we ended up buying some toys and another chair (that we left for future visitors). The pool was very close as was the parking- so nice to be able to just walk out to the car when needed... we fished off the docks of the marina and walked to Siesta Beach every day once or twice. We even walked to the Village, which was a long walk, but felt good after sitting around on the beach all day. The only downside of the condo was the patio, which was not usable due to the condition of the furniture and it being quite dirty. Very minor, but would have been great to be able to use it at night while the kids were sleeping. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely book this place again. :)

Two comfortable weeks in January without a patio-day

Good location. Ample and comfortable overall. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Great wifi and TVs. Washer and drier work well. Must empty water reservoir on top left corner of drier after 2-3 uses or leaks water on the floor. There is a sectional in the living room - not a sleeper sofa as pictured - and there is an inflatable mattress inside the closet instead. The beds were comfortable but sheets aren't egyptian cotton 400 thread count. Per the building manager's instructions, there is no direct access to the beach, you must walk about 0.6 miles north to the public beach access. The apartment faces north, so there was no sun on the patio during our 2-week stay in January. The patio was always cold and wet, even though we had no rain and plenty of sunny 70-degree days. The patio and the patio furniture are unkept, which was disappointing. The patio was a big selling point for us and we didn't get to use it.

Wonderful Villa!!

We are a family of five and recently stayed in this villa. Spacious for our family as we were not running into each other. The villa was "exceptionally" stock with all of the necessities plus extra. (kitchen items, spicies (even saffron), coffee, sugar (brown and granulated), flour, pain medicines, toilet paper, paper towels,fishing poles, bicycle, wagon, coolers, beach items, etc. Very updated contemporary villa. Ali was a pleasure to work with. Had a few minor issues but was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend this villa as you will not be disappointed.

I loved this Condo it is just so welcoming

The owner was very nice called to give me instructions on parking in the condo and how to get into the condo . The condo was so very spacious and beautifully decorated , You just bring your swimsuits and your good to go ! It has towels, chairs , wagon! The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook with ! The pool is very nice and the beach you can walk to , we chose to drive to the beach bc it was just easier for us ... I am booking another stay in August ! This was by far the nicest condo I have rented in this price range and I have been using VRBO for 5 years !

Beautiful accommodations! Walking distance to the beach and a beautiful marina. The free trolly was great but for a $2.00 dollar tip we were able to take the "free rides to all the restaurants in Siesta Village. Love the Hub - live music at over 5 different place! Would defintly go again!

Very misleading!!!

Private direct access to beach is very misleading. Its two condo units over and across the street. Pictures of the place are deceiving. No grill on patio. Washer/dryer leak all over every time you use it.

Beautiful, cozy home away from home!

Our family of 5 spent two weeks in Siesta Key and stayed in this beautiful condo. It was the perfect amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I really loved having a washer/dryer in the condo because we were on the beach almost every day! Fully stocked kitchen too! Clean and well-kept. Ali was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

Siesta Key - Harbor Towers Holiday Stay

We very much enjoyed the unit we stayed in at Harbor Towers. The unit was recently renovated and had a comfortable contemporary feel. We especially liked the first floor location with patio looking out into the bay. This made coming and going very easy. Harbor Towers sits on the bayside of Moon Night Pass Rd and has a nice area around the small marina for sitting and watching the bay and boat traffic. Access to the beach was across the street and a few properties up but was a short ten minute walk to access. The shops around Stickney Point are a short half mile walk and Siesta Key Village is about 1 mile away. The unit owner was very helpful and communicative. Example - one of the bicycles had gone missing. The owner offered to reimburse us if we wanted to buy a bicycle and leave at the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The apartment is attractive and not over-furnished, as many apartments near beaches seem to be. It would be nicer if it weren't on the ground floor and had a screened porch, since the mosquitoes can make sitting outside uncomfortable. The linens need to be "refreshed," i.e., replaced. The sheets have been washed too many times and are quite pilly. The king-size mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable; the queen-size mattress in the second bedroom is better. The soap and shampoo holder in the master bedroom's shower was very rusty. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work. Finally, the washing machine and dryer in the apartment is a huge pain to operate. The washer must be drained by hand, and since the drain hose is near the floor, the procedure is quite awkward and likely to cause water to leak on the floor. The dryer has a container that collects water from each load and must be emptied frequently or else it leaks down the front of the appliance. Probably the biggest complaint we had was that when we arrived, there was nothing in writing from the owner providing instructions regarding the use of the appliances, how to access the Siesta Beach from one of his other apartments, the need to register my car with the front office (which is closed on weekends anyway), etc. My car was almost towed! When I contacted the owner regarding various problems we were experiencing, he was very nice and generally helpful, but we wouldn't have needed to contact him at all if he had put written instructions in the apartment before we arrived. Every other time we've rented a place through VRBO, the owner has included such instructions.

Beautiful place, beautiful spot!! Would definitely recommend!

Just as advertised! New. Clean. Nice property! Great neighbors some that were winter residents. Right on the Intercoastal. Short walk to the beach, probably 10 minutes. Ali was fantastic from fielding my request to checking in to answering any questions we had. Zero complaints about anything. The condo was as nice as advertised with everything we needed at our fingertips. The beaches are the nicest you will ever see with amazing sunsets. The little village area in town has plenty of spots to eat and shop. The Town seems a bit sleepy but we were also there just before Christmas which is the busy season. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thanks Ali!.

The villa sleeps 6 comfortably and is directly across the street from the best part of Siesta Key Beach. Everything is completely new in the Villa (furniture, dishes, silverware, TV's, bedding, and entirely remodeled 2018.)

We love this unit because its only a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach (10 min walk), it has 9 ft ceilings, its has a beautiful view of the intercoastal, a 550 sq ft patio private with bbq the fact that we can pull our car in right to our rear patio door. We also love the fact that harbor towers has a 24 hr manned security, gym, sauna, clubhouse, 2 pools, fishing, and 3 hard try lighted tennis courts. Can you ask for anything more?
