Great place right on the beach for a large group. Amazing views! Plenty of room and the house was stocked well. Large enough where a large group can spread out and have privacy if needed. It would be nice if there was a walking path down to the beach from the house. Not a big deal because there was one close by.

The property is so nice in that it's big enough to comfortably house our whole group of 17. Fantastic views of the ocean. The area contact for Together Resorts was really helpful in solving a few things for us, and to that we are really grateful.

Perfect for a large family gathering!

Wonderful home and location

The home provided the perfect amount of separation of space. Loved the amenities - Theatre room, pool table and hot tub.

Christmas at the Coast

House was very clean and perfect for teens and adults. Only small critique is the garbages were already all full and the hot tub seemed like it may have needed a little more chlorine. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Adequate

My wife and her siblings and most of their spouses were there (17 people total).Very enjoyable time, very adequate accommodations, the house showing its age a bit. Great view of the ocean, for older people access to beach a little difficult, weather absolutely gorgeous!Would do it again!

Gorgeous views

Lots of space to spread out! The maintenance man was very quick to address any questions we had, excellent to work with. The beach access is a few houses away which made for peaceful strolls and fresh air! The houses location makes it ideal to travel north to Tillamook or south to Newport if sightseeing is on your agenda. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location and size was great. The house is needing some TLC as it is showing ware and tear. Beach access was not convenient nor easy. Fireplaces and some tv's didn't work. Disappointed that we did not have access to the main floor master (the nicest bedroom and view). Wonderful views, great access to the highway, and enough space to spread out for our family.

Amazing home!!

Wow! What an incredible home and location! We stayed at this home for a beach getaway for a friends bridal shower. This home is very clean and has breathtaking views to enjoy from the beautiful decks and big windows. Definitely coming back! Didn’t have any issues at all! Great for all occasions!

Family Fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Twenty-one of us from one family had a super time the Admiral's Retreat. Beach fun, pool tournaments, trips to town, movie night in the media room..you could be busy doing fun things all the time or relax on the wonderful deck watching the surf. Hope to go back!

Superb Senior Siblings Spot

We are a family of 9 siblings - all over 60 - with spouses. Most couples had a private attached bedroom/bathroom. There were good gathering spaces also. We had great views of the ocean for those who were less mobile and close easy access to the beach for those that wanted to venture down. The theater room was a hit for watching football games. The host was responsive to our requests. Loved it!

Great Celebration!

Fifteen family members in a beach house for a week made memories for us all as we celebrated Mom and Dad's 50th Anniversary with all the kids and grands. Hide and seek, movie nights in the theater room, quiet reading times, beach tag, pool and foosball, the Aquarium and sea lions in Newport, and meals together were made special in this big house. Each family had their own space, and the common areas were perfectly shared. Thanks for the experience.

Amazing experience

I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past when it comes to renting a place on the coast, but this place was exceptionally great! Very clean and very homey! Beyond the great view, being able to sit in the hot tub and watch the waves, and having a huge house where everyone has their own space, it was great to finally find a place that doesn’t oversell itself but is exactly as advertised. Truly is the Admiral of the coast! You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible view

Reviewer Comments: this house was nothing short of amazing, the comfortable beds, the amazing view while you’re sipping your coffee in the morning, the clean and well stocked kitchen. How close it is to Newport and all their attractions. I was in awe with the place, and I can’t wait to get back there! Highly recommend it!

Best Beach House I’ve Been At!

This home was beyond what I had expected! VERY spacious, clean, cozy.. such a perfect place for a getaway, especially having the beautiful view from both floors. I loved the kitchen and living room with the big windows that faced the ocean, and very much enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves as I would fall asleep. The layout of the house was very efficient, having the rooms spread out, yet big and open meeting spaces. Also, the hot tub was a big plus! Great house! Would defiantly recommend! Having this house MADE our weekend at the beach!

A beautiful location and a nice house but a little "tired". Two refrigerators, only one ice maker and that didn't work. 3 dryers, only one worked. Nice deck but only 6 chairs for 16 people.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our time there - once the initial bumps of check in, video room repairs and shock of tacky inaccurate instructions wore off. There is no easy access to the beach. Took photos of several broken items. I think the previous tenants were rough on the house and the IT guy was frustrated with what had been done. Would I go back? Absolutely!!!

We loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location--not crowded, near excellent restaurants, plenty of activities to do near the property--and the property itself was as good as advertised. It was perfect for our family of 16 with room to spare. The only advice I would give is find out what cooking resources--e.g. electric griddle, mixer they have or don't have, so you can plan accordingly. The movie theater was very nice, but the projector itself is worn out--needs to be fixed or replaced as the picture quality was very poor. Everything else was outstanding!
