Beautiful Brand New 3/2 Condo In Seascape

If your best friend had a great condo at the beach, this is what it would look like. A beautiful 3BR/2BA condo with terrific lake and golf course views, this unit has been the owner's personal beach getaway. It was furnished for his family's comfort and convenience, and now he is making it available for rent for the first time ever.

The condo is a second floor townhouse unit with living and dining room, kitchen, one guest bedroom and a full bath on the main level. Add a 15' X 27' screened in deck, and you have a great place for the family to relax and have room to spread out. Upstairs is an incredible master suite with an entire wall of windows overlooking the water, golf course and resort. The downstairs guest bedroom has a new King bed with new premium mattress, with attached bath. The second guest bedroom has twin beds and is on the second level with the MBR. All feature premium mattresses, and all linens are new this spring.

The deck has plenty of seating and a dining table, and is shaded from the afternoon sun. It overlooks Lake Stewart, a freshwater fishing lake which routinely gives up large bass (catch and release only). You can also watch the golfers take their shots at the 14th green, the best water hole on the Seascape course.

You will be about 100 yards from the Seascape Resort beach access, about 50 steps to the Lakefront pool, and a few hundred yards from both the world-class tennis center and Seascape's championship golf course and driving range.

Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. From Memorial Day weekend until early August the condo is ONLY available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Call the owner for special rates/packages.

Perfect place to stay for a beach vacation!

This was absolutely perfect for my family and my friend’s family to stay for a beach vacation! The condo was super clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is great, with the beach a quick walk and Whale’s Tail right there for meals. The host was wonderful! Steve is so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful and convenient

Everything was pretty much perfect. Will book again. Walking distance or go cart distance for anything. The beach is amazing. I did 28days straight there and it was comfortable and amazing.

Wonderful condo near the beach

We love Seascape and my extended family has stayed in a friend's nearby unit for 20+ years. This year, our extended family had grown too large for one condo, so I chose this unit for my own family. It is a second floor unit very close to the pool, a service station (for grabbing ice before a beach day), a gated exit, and beach access! All were within walking distance for us. The unit was very clean and well-appointed. There was ample space for all of us, including a pullout in the couch. The adults most enjoyed mornings on the back porch overlooking the lake, listening to the fountain directly below us while the kids slept in. Despite some other reviews complaining that the upstairs was hot, we did not experience this and had no issues with cooling upstairs. Steve was very responsive to us when a need arose, and he took care of our one issue very promptly. We have no complaints and would choose this unit again!

Great quick stay

Perfect location and perfect set up for our family. Easy walk to beach and pool as well as coffee and ice cream shops. Kitchen is a bit tight if you plan on doing a lot of cooking but it’s pretty standard for seascape. Location and ease of beach access along with clean updated condos are my primary concerns when renting so this one fits the bill!

Condo not shown as it really is

The pictures of this place seemed great, but when we got there, the condo was TINY, and all of the pictures of the amenities were misleading. The upstairs bathroom is tiny, and the pictures make the place look so much bigger than what it really is. And there is only one a/c unit for the entire place, so the upstairs stays incredibly hot. This would be a good place for two couples to stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND for couples with children.

Family and Friends Vacay

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. There were extra fans for the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out and entertain. We would definitely stay here again! Steve was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs.

Fantastic Condo & Rentor

The condo was fantastic with amazing views, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Very close to the beach without having to deal with the constant traffic. Zero complaints about the property or management.

Family vacation

This is a wonderful location. Close walk to the beach and right next door to a nice spacious pool. The Whales Tale is a wonderful place for breakfast and the oceanside atmosphere is beautiful. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. Thank you, Steve!

Destin Vacation 2020

We have stayed in Seascape resort for 30 years. This is our third condo and it was wonderful. It is an easy walk to the beach. Before we even arrived, the manager provided us with information about how to rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The manager was quick to respond to our needs as we stayed in our condo. The coffee maker was not working, I called and he had a new one outside our door within hours. We only had four people which was perfect. There were master beds in two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom was a little small, but perfect for younger children. You would not be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach.

This was our second time staying in a Seascape property. My boys loved fishing at Stewart Lake! Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo accommodated our family of five well. Has all the comforts of home!

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful beach getaway. Everything about it was perfect from the spacious living and bed rooms to the comfortable king size bed. The view ot the lake and golf course we're relaxing as we enjoyed our afternoon beverages and our morning coffee. A four minute walk to the beach and the Whales Tail restaurant and bar was perfect. No car needed at this beautiful condo. PERFECT I'll be back soon. I would recommend for a great stay.
