A great value located in the desirable Seascape Resort, on the waterfront of Lake Stewart, yet only about 100 feet from Seascape's 2000' dedicated beachfront.

Wake up to a glorious view of the lake and golf course, in a brand new King bed with premium linens, then enjoy coffee or breakfast on your screened deck where you can check out today's waves in the gulf.

This 3BR condo has all new mattresses in King MBR, twin beds in the downstairs second BR (with attached bath), and a queen and twin bed in the third BR. The just remodeled living room leads out to a giant screened-in deck with a full size dining area. Interior dining includes a dining table and four-seat high bar at the fully-equipped kitchen. HDTV's in Living room and all BR's.

You are only steps to the beach, even closer to the pool (one of five), and get to enjoy this at the reduced cost of 'off-beach' pricing.

This condo is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

Excellent condo, great location

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The listing is exactly what you would expect when arriving. We had a couple issues with the upstairs bathroom but the owner was quick to respond and got both issues fixed the next day. Would stay here again.

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our group of 5! Very short walk to beach and pool! Enjoyed Whales Tail ocean front restaurant across the street for dinner and lunch on the beach! Condo is nicely updated and beds were very comfortable! Property manager, Steve, brought us a bottle of wine at check in which was definitely needed after our 8 hour drive!

Great vacation!

We had a great week at this rental with our family. The most important thing to us was proximity to the beach and we couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. Literally walked steps out of our door to our beach access and it was amazing. Sugar white sand, crystal clear blue water only steps from our door. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing

Seascape 209 was exactly as listed. We were down for a softball tournament for our daughters, 3 adults, 3 kidsā€¦.this was absolutely perfect. The pool was right across the parking lot and the beach is just across the street. Location is unmatched! Steve is an amazing manager and so easy to deal with. Could not recommend this place any higher.

Cosy, convenient and great place to stay.

I almost don't want to write a positive review so that nobody else gets this place next year except us. :). It was a great place, clean, convenient and close to the beach and everything we were interested in. Great for families.. walk across the street and you're at the beach. The owner/manager Steve is always pleasant and easy to contact and ready to come to our assistance. When we locked ourselves out, he came to our aid within minutes. We needed an extra parking pass, we got that within minutes. While I am curious about what other fancier properties might be like, I can't say I want to try anywhere else as we are always treated so well when we are here. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place!

The property had a great location. It was a busy beach but we managed to stake out a less crowed spot each day. The place was clean and nice for our needs. Only upgrade I would suggest is to upgrade the showers and install a ceiling fan on the patio for some air movement. Other than that, it was great! It was frustrating that there were not any beach chairs and $100 a day for 6 chairs was only something we did once before we bought chairs at Walmart and sent them home. Head to Pompano Joe's for an amazing dinner which is a walk-able location! Thanks for a great time!

Great stay over Memorial Weekend

Me and two friends stayed over Memorial Weekend. Pros - Location = condo is 2 min walk to the white sandy beaches. There is a restaurant right across the street that is great for a quick lunch and dinner. - Size = very spacious, 3 bed/2 baths with updated kitchen and appliances. had everything we needed - Nearby = within 5 miles of pretty much all the major restaurants, shopping and grocery that you need. We had no issues getting around - Owner = Very responsive via text. Quickly resolved a few very minor issues. Gave us an early check in which was extremely convenient given our early arrival to the area. Cons - No beach chairs or beach towel in the apartment. A small old cooler was left by a prior tenant. The owner did provide towels upon request which was nice. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. $30 per day for an umbrella and 2 chairs, which we used. This was not a major inconvenience but something to be aware of if you are not driving and cannot bring your own chairs, umbrella or cooler. Overall would stay here again, already looking at booking again in the future.

This was out first year staying in this unit. The location of the unit is a very short walk to the beach and very close to the pool. The unit has been recently updated and was clean. We will definitely planning another stay at this unit.

Beautiful condo very close to the beach

The proximity to the beach could not be beat! We also enjoyed the pool, which was a very short walk from the condo. The condo was clean, well decorated, and a good size for our family of six. Steve was great to work with and was quick to respond to any requests we had. It was a lovely vacation and we hope to visit again.

Great space and location!

This was a great spot for a last-minute get-away. Very short walk to beach. Property manager Steve was fantastic. Before our trip I asked him if there was a keurig in the unit (since I typically travel with my own), and he told me to leave mine at home. When we arrived, there was a brand new keurig in the condo! Also, he hand delivered extra blankets that we requested. Excellent service!

Great condo/great location

This is a great condo. It was very clean and I loved the decor. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which we enjoyed using. It was very close to the beach. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. If you use the back gate you can avoid traffic. Steve was quick to respond to a request we had. We did not realize you need to pay to use the tennis courts. One negative was that the beach was crowded with rental chairs.

Great vacation

My husband travels for work 100 percent and we were looking for a comfortable property that was reasonably priced and very convenient to the beach. We were not disappointed. The owner, Steve, was beyond fantastic to work with and the town home was a mere minute walk to the beach. We have three small kids, so convenience was key. We loved not dealing with a high rise and appreciated that the property was ultra clean and extremely quiet. Then owners left a lovely basket with bottled water, wine, and a gift certificate to a wonderful restaurant in Baytowne. The upstairs spare bedroom does not have windows, which may be an issue for some, but was perfect for our baby who took unbelievably long naps b/c of the dark! I loved being able to spend lots of time on the screened porch overlooking the lake and grilling out fresh seafood feasts every evening. My family enjoyed some great lunches at the Whale's Tail, just a stone throw a way. The beds are very comfortable and the unit was as clean as can be. My only suggestion is that it would be great to tile the downstairs and replace upstairs carpet (already scheduled to be completed in the fall according to owner.) we will definitely be in touch with Steve to book our next vacation!
