This beautiful upscale home was designed with one primary inspiration- panoramic ocean views from most every room. The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Loaded with top-of-the-line amenities, this luxury home has a large private heated beachfront hot tub, a huge oceanfront front deck, an outdoor shower, and a backyard BBQ and dining area perfect for outdoor entertaining.

NEW CEMENT STEPS TO SANDY BEACH BELOW--(City installed in May 2024). Safe accessible steps to the sandy beach below Villa Bermuda Beach. The steps are located one property north of Villa Bermuda Beach.

Beautiful oceanfront home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful stay! This home is right on the water so the location could not have been better! The fire pit added warmth and ambiance to chilly mornings and evenings. The home is spacious and provided all the necessities. Joseph was fabulous and addressed every concern in a timely manner.

AMAZING

We stayed here with our family of 5. The property was amazing! The sunsets were gorgeous! Great walking access to a little beach. Home had everything we needed. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Unbelievable Views!!!

Amazing property! The views are just as incredible as the photos! Loved the location. Loved having three king beds. Loved the cute breakfast place only steps away. The property manager was super helpful and available. Can't wait to find a time to stay here again. Out of 5 stars - this would be a 10!

This is a great spot but somehow I had thought it was larger. The bedrooms are small but nice to have a King size bed in each and felt there could have been one more easy chair in the living space.It was quite windy and chilly when we were there so we were not able to take as much advantage of the amazing outdoor deck as we would have like to....which makes the indoor space small. The management team were really responsive when the WIFI went down and resolved that quickly.Great spot but is definitely a beach house used only for rental

5 Days for R&R and a Little Work

Perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets in your own private setting. Easy access to dining, trails, airport, etc. Will definitely return to O.B. for future trips!

Wonderful Stay!

Just as described, the view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very clean, and management is very responsive. Short walk around the corner to the beach (felt private). The city around the place is kind of bohemian like? It’s got a cool vibe to it. The breakfast place is maybe 50 feet away and great coffee/food. Definitely would stay again.

Crashing waves 24/7!!

My sister and I do a yearly trip to honor our dad around his birthday and this year we chose to stay close to home and found this GEM on VRBO. It couldn’t have been closer to the water…it was so great to leave the doors open and just listen to the waves. No (well, a motorcycle once in a while) traffic to speak of, lots of locals walking, jogging, riding bikes. We love to be locals too and we got to walk everywhere! The farmers market, two drugstores, a restaurant right outside your door (but they close early so if you’re late birds like we are, be prepared). Many restaurants and shops. Good mexican food up the street, but they screwed up our order. It was still good tho and a good price too. Our host, Joseph, couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive! We couldn’t find AA batteries one night and his son brought them lickety split and just dropped them inside the gate as not to disturb us. If I am going to nitpick, I’d say if you love to cook, maybe bring your own gear. They are well stocked but I found myself looking for my own types of cookware and utensils (no zester or rubber tongs….I was making dairy less pasta that requires lots of tossing) so if you like your own spatulas and the like, bring it with. They have basic stuff in the pantry too so you don’t need salt and pepper, coffee pods, tea bags (unless you’re picky like us!). The checkout process is easy too! I need more than 1500 characters! One of the best yet, we ARE coming back! Thank you Joseph!

This house is all about the view, which is incredible. We enjoyed our stay. the house is well appointed and comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that is located behind a restaurant and you have to find it, it’s on a dirt road, so it was a bit confusing at first. But once you’re in the house, all of that is irrelevant. However, I would like to have known the location so I was not surprised when we pulled up.

views for days

Super comfy house, super gorgeous views, and even in chilly weather we had the fire pit and hot tub to keep everyone happy. Must go to Little Lion for breakfast and walk along the cliffs. Relax and enjoy!

Fabulous location

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! The view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the house is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked and they provide beach towels and other needed enmities. The managing company is phenomenal and very responsive. I love the fact they meet you at the house and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend this house and we will be back.

On line graduation weekend

Great View

Views are great. A family of dolphins swam past a couple times each day. Saw an occasional sea lion/harbor seal. Although house is a 3 bedroom, only fits 4 people comfortably.

Great views and lovely property

On the cliff, direct ocean view. Great patio with gas fire pit and Spa tub. Kitchen is well-appointed, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice. Has AC and lovely outdoor dining area in a courtyard. Joseph is very responsive to difficulty we had with the TV service, and got it working well. Only negative is I would have preferred to have screens on the doors and windows to keep the flies out and allow better ventilation without the AC at night especially. Nice to have the standing fan, though - thanks! Also very nice to have laundry in unit, and a garage parking space. Much appreciated!

Fabulous Location, But Not Up to Par and Definitely Not Accessible

You could not ask for a better perch overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Complimenting this home's outstanding oceanfront setting is a fabulous deck, replete with amenities such as a fire pit, seating to enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean, a hot tub and an outdoor shower. The clear glass deck railing provides unobstructed views, however guests are warned in writing to not even touch these glass panels. However, it was our opinion that the home is in need of some deep cleaning, a number of replacement items and repairs. The cookware is cheap, with loose handles, the dirty hot pads had burn through holes, there was a line of mold growing around the seal strip of the fridge (and washing machine) and we found smudge-lip marks on the drinkware as well as crumbs in the flatware caddy. An old toaster was not working and the BBQ starter switch is broken. Another rule guests receive is to not put food down the garbage disposal, which was a first for us. In addition to the kitchen surprises, we found the furniture upholstery to be stained, both inside and outside, and the place was deficient in furnishings. The countertop in the hall bath was peeling off, there are no towel bars in the bathrooms and the bedrooms sliders do not have screen doors, so you cannot have fresh air at night. There is no inside dining table and only two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Internet service was fine, but travelers should know this home does not have Cable TV. The water in the hot tub was cloudy and had a brownish scum, so we did not feel comfortable using it during our stay. Important Final Note: Our visit was significantly impacted by the fact that the home was listed as accessible, which turned out to be false. We traveled with my elderly parents and chose this property due to the fact that wheelchair accessibility was listed as a feature. My mother's mobility is limited and she uses a wheeled walker, which she can also sit on to be moved around. Fortunately, there were four other able bodied adults on the trip to lift her up the stairs and into the home. The home also has curbed showers, which meant my mom could only shower outside for the week! We created a semi-private space with the deck umbrella for her, but for an 80+ year old woman, this was very upsetting. In our opinion, this home gets high ratings only due to its spectacular location proximate to the ocean, terrific deck and not its condition, furnishings or the home itself.

Beautiful, Relaxing - Stay Here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was lovely and set inside Sunset Cliffs in Point Loma providing quick access to San Diego and it's counterparts quickly. Once "home", the outside world drifted away. The ocean views provided stunning sunsets, cool crisp mornings with foggy vistas, sailboats, surfers and even dolphins! Maybe our favorite part of all, was that delicious hot tub. It heated perfectly and provided the perfect spot to relax after a day out exploring. I would recommend this place to anyone.
