As you enter the home on the main level there is living area with a queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen smart tv. To the left is the first bedroom with a King bed, en suite full bath with tub/shower combo, flat screen smart TV, walk-in closet and access to an ocean view deck. To the right is the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, an en suite bath with tub shower combo, a flat screen smart TV, and access to a ocean and sunset view deck. There is also a full size stack LG washer/dryer right before you head up the stairs to the main living area in a closing closet.

The main living area features an open floor plan that is light, bright and airy with views, views, and views. To the left is a 3rd bedroom with King bed full en suite bathroom with separate shower and vanity area, separate toilet area, walk-in closet, ocean view and smart tv. . There is a dining table for 8, and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A 1/2 Bath is also located upstairs off of the kitchen.

Off the main living area is a view deck. The north deck has beach and ocean views all the way up the coast to La Jolla! Relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs and enjoy the BBQ and outdoor fireplace!
This Mission Beach Vacation Home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to two vehicles and an additional parking spot for car/truck in front of the 2 car garage. There are beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, beach toys located in the garage. An enclosed outdoor private shower is located at the bottom of the stairway to rinse off the sand before going upstairs.

The famous Mission Beach boardwalk is just steps away. Belmont Park is less than 1/2 mile, and there are restaurants, pubs, and markets within close walking distance.
