Driving up you can't help but feel relaxed in the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome will become your home away from home. Recent updates include luxury vinyl tile upstairs and downstairs with area rugs in each bedroom and the living room. Marble vanities in all bathrooms. All walls freshly painted. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with the 1/2 bath downstairs. Relax in the reclining sofa and loveseat. This townhouse comes complete. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, digital cable, wifi, Patio table & chairs, BBQ grill and more. All linens including sheets and towels are included. Spend the day at the beach, antiquing or any of the other many activities that are within 10 minutes then come home and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the sunset. Located between Morehead City and Jacksonville and close to Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base. We also have another unit nearby so if you have a large family or extra friends please contact us about renting both units.

Stayed at this lovely townhome that was so close to the wedding venue. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were perfectly supplied along with the outstanding cleanliness of the entire place. Even with a nor easter blowing and raining outside the comfort of home was there.

accommodation were excellent, decor and furniture was in exceptional condition , everything that was needed to make the stay great was available , communication with owner was also prompt . i couldn't have asked for a better stay much better than local motels

Clean and cozy!

This was great for a short stay. House was clean and welcoming. The host was friendly and responded immediately with any questions or concerns . Though it does technically sleep 6, 2 of those sleepers will be on a couch and loveseat. It worked fine for our 12 and 8 year old boys, but wouldn’t be comfortable for adults.

Everything you need

We rented this townhouse for one week and did day trips to the little coastal towns along the Inner Banks. The townhouse had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails, texts, etc. We would stay there again.

Very well maintained

This was one of the better vacation rentals I’ve stayed at. Owners are obviously involved in the maintenance and management of the property and are very interested in making it feel like home. Very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Most likely will stay here again in the future.

very nice and clean , we med the host, he fixed the two TV's in the bedrooms where the program was mixed up.., we where not able to watch it at all... if we knew that he had to drive all the way from Raleigh to fix it we would never called him about that.these people don't come any better..thank you Mr. Feick

Great Location!

We booked this location as it was close to the location of our baseball tournament in Swansboro and was much cheaper than staying at the beach. It was still just a short ride straight down the road to beach access at Emerald Isle and there are so many restaurants nearby! Very convenient location just off the beaten path. Our main issue was the thermostat was locked at 76° and it was 100° outside so even when we unlocked the thermostat it kept changing back to 76 which was much too warm. The house needs a deep cleaning because of dust settled all over and rings around the tubs. It was not horrible but Im not sure if maybe there was a gap between renters. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions as I missed my welcome email info which was completely my fault. One thing that was really inconvenient was havIng to wash the bed linens and towels ourselves. Our game was at 9am and checkout was 11 so we had to get up very early to get that done. The owner did allow us about 30 min later checkout at no extra charge which was very helpful.

Stayed for work

Stayed here for a few weeks for a job. Nice location, close to the beaches. Property would be great for a vacation. The two bedrooms both have their own bathroom. I could see this being a nice feature for a group.

Amazing host

Host is wonderful. Great communication. Home is very close to the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and home is well kept. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful 2 story townhouse/condo

2 adults; stayed May 9, 2023 to May 13, 2023. This property is beautiful, clean, decorated wonderfully, and has everything for your stay! Open living room, dining room, and kitchen, with 1/2 bath on main walk in level, with 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs. We only used 1 of the bedrooms, and I didn't sleep well in the bed...not sure if it was the bed or pillows....but my husband slept just fine. I found the bed uncomfortable, but it might have been just me. I have 2 minor complaints. I did not see on the VRBO website, although I may have missed it: 1) Before you leave, you have to wash and dry all sheets and towels you used. We've never had to do this in any rental we've stayed in, so it was a bit of a shock. For someone traveling a long distance and leaving early, this will cause a delay, especially if you have more than 1 load to do! They do allow you to leave 1 load in the dryer; and 2) There is no dumpster on the property. You need to store your trash in the utility room until you leave, then you have to take all trash about a mile down the road to a dump to get rid of it. Even with these two minor issues, I'd stay there again if I'm in the area and need a rental!

Lovely townhouse!!

We were in emerald for a marathon last weekend, and wanted to stay somewhere more homey as opposed to a hotel. It was such a cute place and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable and loved our time here.

We stayed at another townhouse at this location a couple of times and could not get over how quiet and tranquil it is. We were close enough to do activities or lay around and do nothing. We always came back relaxed and ready to resume life.

We decided then that this is the perfect location to give us and others a chance to unwind. The peace and quiet we all need, but so close to the beach and many activities. Why pay the higher prices of going over the bridge to the beach when you're less than 8 minutes from the beach. We live in the Raleigh area so we know first hand the importance of getting away even for a weekend
