Fantastic Property located in the 2080 Building, a Beachfront Resort in Hallandale Beach. Walking distance to the famous Golden Beach. 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Just minutes from Aventura mall, 15 minutes to The Hard Rock Seminole Casino, less than 5 minutes from the Diplomat Golf and Country Club. Only 30 minutes to South Beach and the Design District.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in a luxury condo, tastefully decorated.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two full-size beds. Both with walk in closets.
In the living room, a full size sofa bed.
Extendable dining table for 6/8 persons.
The kitchen comes with everything and we also provide linens and towels.
All rooms have TV smart 4k 50', 50' and 42', microwave, wi-fi, cable, phone for local calls. Washer and dryer in the unit.
WIFI included.
Parking space.
Available for non-smokers only. No pets allowed.

Ótimo mês em Hallandale

O apartamento e ótimo, espaçoso e com uma decoração de muito bom gosto! Os quartos são ótimos, camas confortáveis e roupa de cama impecável! Os banheiros com bons chuveiros e água quentinha. A anfitriã foi sempre muito solicita para nos atender! Os únicos problemas que encontramos foi a cortina da sala que havia se desprendido parcialmente e uma lâmpada queimada na cozinha, fora isso nada a reclamar! O prédio tem muitas comodidades, a melhor são as cadeiras e o guarda sol na praia! Foi um mês perfeito para relaxar e curtir a praia de Hallandale!

The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped. It should be mentioned that the apartment has no sea view. The swimming pool the nice and large enough. The service at the beach is very pleasant.

NO CROWDS !!!!

Beautiful condo and facilities. Clean secure and meticulously maintained. Building located at the end of Hallandale beach so only 1 Bldg before Golden beach so no crowds. Beach service was fabulous lounge chairs & umbrellas set up for us every day. No charge🏖First floor so no elevator waits and great side view of the ocean from the balcony. Can’t say enough about the entire experience, would highly recommend!!!

First floor apartment with no interaction with the beach nor feeling the sea.Basic maintenance/adm.

The apartment is good size and distribution. Need to improve maintenance in some appliances and other things. Looks the building is some old, so somethings in the apartment looks old too. Some specifics things like telephone line, Smart TV, filtered water, blind, toilet have opportunity to improve. I had incident with access given to maintenance employee with out my authorization. He mentioned an offensive expression about me, without testing the suppossed solution he found. About ambiance, the building it is not integrated with the beach. The apartment only has limited ocean view when you go out to the balcony. About check in, renters need badge to use elevator and sticker to use parking entrance. Both were missing in check in process with lack of information. Had to wait until monday to have them.

Gaby was very responsive, kind and accommodating! It truly is a home away from home! The condo was clean andcomfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The building staff were also very nice and accommodating. Would love to return again! Thank you Gaby!

Nice comfortable beach apartment

Upon reviewing options for our vacations we ranked distance to the beach as one of the important factors and the property certainly delivered. Apart from being right on the beach of Hallandale, the fact that the building provides chairs and umbrellas for the tenants on the beach, made it all much more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and a good break from the hot sand for the smaller members of the group. The property was spacious, well equipped and clean. Perfect for a summer retreat. Totally recommendable !

Perfect place right on the beach

Gaby's condo has every amenity you can think of for a short or long stay. Kitchen and dining area are perfectly set up for cooking and having meals at the condo. Plenty of towels, linens and beach accessories in the unit. My family truly felt at home. The building pool, the newly renovated exercise room and the beach were all very close to the condo, which made the vacation super easy with kids. Thank you Gaby for being a great host!

Nice condo

Very nice place right on the beach. The pool was wonderful, the temp was warm enough to relax and float around for hours. The condo was quite nice, the master bedroom was large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need. The staff at the condo was great, very friendly and helpful. There were a few outlets in the kitchen that weren't working when we arrived but Gaby was always fast to reply and sent a technician to fix right away.

Great condo..great location

Condo was beautiful and well equipped ..and the owner Gaby could not have been nicer or more accommodating...we had a few minor concerns to which Gaby replied and fixed immediately..she is easy to deal with and is easy to contact...the month stay was so enjoyable...the location is perfect as us the condo...thank you Gaby for sharing your home with us

Totally untrustworthy owner, all appliances in disrepair

From the moment we arrived at the condo it was evident that it was not a well kept place. The fridge/freezer was not working, and the blinds were broken in the main room. I called the owner (Gaby) who sent a cleaning women to fix the problem. She fiddled with some cords, unhooked something in the freezer and said to buy our own ice and left. An hour later, the fridge was leaking all over the floor, another call to the owner who accused me of breaking the fridge! In addition to blinds that were broken and held together with tape, only two burners working on the stove, no oven lights, poorly working washing machine which broke after one week. Gaby sent a repair person and then accused us of breaking the washing machine. When the time came for the return of the security deposit, the cost of repair for the washing machine was deducted, PLUS a $50 fee because we moved a couch 90 degrees!!!!! Do NOT rent from this women.

Perfect place to stay!

This is a great apartment. Lovely, confortable, clean, well mantained and well furnished. Pictures are up to date. The pre-arrival instructions give you all the info you need. The location is in a great área. Near Golden Beach, Aventura, close to every place in North Miami Beach. The beach is right there at a couple of steps!. Also the pool, gym, tennis court well maintained. The management staff was very friendly. I can't say enough nice things about the owners, they are wonderful, they respond if you have any questions, they take great pride in ownership. Look no further for a great vacation rental, you won't want to leave!! Thank you so much Gaby, hope to be back soon!

this is a great property, very well furnished, very clean and well equipped for daily meals. we had a wonderful month in this unit enjoying the beach/pool and all the facilities that were available to us. GREAT VACATION CONDO!

This is a fabulous property right on the beach. Unit is clean and well maintained with a kitchen fully equipped to prepare decent meals .Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers(Aventura Mall). Distribution was perfect for two couples with two suites, laundry facility and fabulous decor.The layout will also work for a family with children.The owners even provide beach towels and toys. A car is needed for sightseeing and shopping. However, the unit has it's own parking space in a safe lot under the building, which made the location even more attractive The owners are very helpful and, amazingly, available for questions or concerns.The whole experience was marvelous.We will return with more family in the near future. Thank you Gaby!

Over all experience was pleasant tho I don't hink the property management was quite up to snuff.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. There were some much appreciated basics when we arrived (paper products, soaps, some kitchen basics, etc). Lots of towels including beach towels and bedding including enough sheets blankets and pillows for all beds and pull out couch, beach chairs, lani chairs and table, dining table to fit a large family. This place is perfect for two couples wishing to share space as there are two master suites with the common spaces in the middle. All in all a nice experience.

Great apartment!

We had a great time! Everything was like in the pictures, clean and tidy! The location is good, close to everything, only 15 min drive to South Beach, 30 min to Ft Lauderdale, Wallmart only 800 meters away.. Pool was also great but you have to go there early if you want to have a sunbed to yourself.. And the beach is right there, that was great. The only bad thing was that the gym was out of order. I really hope that we can visit this condo again!!

Great unit

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. Prety confortable, clean, well mantained and well furnished. The location is great. Near Golden beach, Aventura, close to every place in North Miami Beach. Great Condo

This condo is in a good location for Hallandale. Easy to get everywhere. The building is very clean, well maintained and upscale. The pool was gorgeous, and the beach was lovely. We were also very pleased with the tennis court on the property - a rarity in the area. The unit itself is lovely, it looks just like the photos. Clean, well decorated, spacious. The beds were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked and fully functional. Very well equipped, with extra linens and necessities. Everything is great, all as described in the listing We could not have been more pleased with this property. We will absolutely return to this condo again in the future. Thanks to Gaby.
