We love this town! Our home we are offering for rent; 143 E. 46th Street is located within a short walk to the downtown area as well as the beautiful beaches. About a block and a half. We are located between Landis and Central Avenue, closer to Central.

What is great about this location is that it is close to the center of town; you can walk to all of the fun activities including the brand new library, parks and shopping.

There are lots of activities available that appeal to all. Your family will really love it!! The beach that is closest to this home is protected by life guards and is just one and a half blocks away.

We have a state of the art kitchen with black cherry and glazed maple cabinetry with quiet closing doors and a dramatic huge slab of granite. We have all stainless appliances including a Jenn-Aire gas range, a french door refrigerator, and a brand new Keurig coffee maker too.

There is plenty of room for all in this unit; we offer two master suites. There are a total of five bedrooms, three baths, a dining area with a new counter height table that has seating for 6-8 and breakfast bar for 3 also.

There are four twin beds and a full bath on level 1, a queen bed and a full bath on level 2, 1 queen bed,1 king-size bed and 1 full bath on the third level. There are three decks; and the main deck has a partial ocean view. Each deck is furnished.

Everything you'll need is here, right at your fingertips. We provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans & glassware.

The yard is partially-fenced in and there is a spacious enclosed outdoor shower area. We have a gas grill.

We offer Digital cable and wireless connectivity or no additional charge.

This home newer and is in great condition with soaring ceilings and upgraded wood trim. It is decorated in a beach/surfer theme.

Book with us, we are friendly, and really want you to enjoy your holiday at the most spectacular Jersey Shore!!! All comments were positive!!! We have returning guests each year.

We consider our home is a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation as such, we rent only to responsible adult families. If you are looking for a place to party don't even inquire... When you inquire, please be specific about who is staying with you. ABSOLUTELY NO GROUPS. DON'T ASK.

We had a beautiful week in Sea Isle. This home was walking distance to shops and restaurants that we went to! Great size home and not far from the beach. Owner was super nice and a quick communicator. We would rent here again!

We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and accommodating for our stay. The location was perfect and enjoyed the layout and bedroom setups. So many shore homes have bunk beds but given we were adults only it was perfect to have 2 rooms with twins instead of bunks! There were also 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. Upon arrival the house was clean and fridge/freezer were empty which made move in easy!

Memorable Memorial Day weekend

We stayed at this gorgeous perfect location to celebrate the holiday weekend. Host was responsive and made the entire process extremely simple. The house itself was perfect in a great location!

Place was just as pictured and in a great location. Close to beach, bay, shoppes and restaurants. Easy check in process and had many accommodations to make you feel at home. Plenty of room for 7 of us!!

Ideal location and lovely home

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything we needed was there (even a baby bathtub!). We could walk to everything and loved being so close to the center of town. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who asked.

This home was in excellent condition when we arrived. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

The house was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, games, books, bikes and grill. Very close to beach, downtown restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful accommodating.

Great Times!

The house was perfect for our family! Perfect layout of bedrooms and the recently redone kitchen and living area were very nice. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location allowed easy walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great stay for us. Thanks.

Pleasant Stay

Very nice place. Good location. Long time VRBO user, but 1st time we had to launder, dry, and fold bedding with a 10a check-out. A later check-out or a cleaning crew that handles bedding and trash would be my only suggestion. I would recommend this property to others.

Quick wedding stay

We were in need of a rental for a wedding on Saturday afternoon for myself, husband and adult children. The property was just as expected and large enough for our stay. The host was beyond gracious to give us a head start before regular check in time so we could get dressed for our wedding/reception. Communication was excellent!

Wonderful stay!

Our mid-March stay on-island for a wedding in this beautiful home was great! We vacation each Summer in Sea Isle and this home, by far, was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! House was extremely clean and so nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked and would be a foodie's dream during vacation. Suzanne was very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!! Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location and has everything you need

Nice property that has everything you need for a great week in Sea Isle. 2 off street parking spots are essential. Outdoor shower. Garage fridge. Bedroom on main level so grandparents don’t have to do all those steps. Bikes & beach chairs. Perfect.

Home was a good rental in a great town. We did lose two cars to a freak flood over night. We woke up to a lake outside in the street.The cars were parked on the street curbside.that really stunk, but the home and town are great.

Trying new place for vacation

The inside was very nice! Just like the pictures. It's only blocks from restaurants, night life, pickleball courts, and only a few minutes from the beach. There's plenty of plates, silverware, etc toto supply our whole family. Minor drawbacks were no real outside area in the backyard to hang out, grill was not cleaned and work only a bit to cook out. The front deck was great, although the 2 back decks were bery weathered. Having beach chairs available was great for our visitors. Its a bit more expensive than where we usually stay only a few blocks south. Owner was in contact with me all week when I had any questions.

Beautiful Shore Vacation Home!!

"Mi Casa, es su casa!" Inviting words from the owners!!! Great location, great weather, great rental home all rolled into one fantastic vacation! The lay out of the home was perfect for our family, the decor was beautiful, and the home very well kept and immaculate clean. All the amenities one would need for a perfect vacation, including a garage, outdoor shower, and beach tags! We just loved this home, and hope to rent again from the owners who were more than gracious and very easy to work with. Location Location Location

The location of this house was perfect! A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The center of town is just a few blocks away. The house was roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The kitchen was big and well stocked for our needs. We brought our own bedding and towels and there is a full size washer and dryer. The only issue we had were the beds are very worn. The twin beds are basically springs in one bedroom and the kids were not very comfortable. Other than that the place was great!!!

Sea isle wedding

Even though the house was very welcoming the problem encountered was with the entry code. On the second evening, after dinner, we could not get back into the house. I called the owner twice, texted her many times and eventually called VRBO customer service. Finally after 9 pm the code was reset and we could enter. Only then did I hear back from the owner. We had 5 adults and an 18 month old baby stuck outside in 55 degrees till then. Should be a better way to communicate. Disappointing.

We have owned our home in Sea Isle since June of 2005. We live in southern NJ -- about an hour away. We have 2 boys. We love Sea Isle and we love this home. It is a great location; close to everything. No need to Uber or use the Jitney. Fun, Family and Memories!

We absolutely fell in love with this place when we first saw it...There's upgrades throughout and as an added bonus there's an ocean view from the front deck...In the last 4 years a number of the surrounding older homes were replaced with new homes like our own. This has significantly improved the appeal.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love walking downtown to enjoy all of the neat shops and restaurants. Also, biking is great here on the island. Of course there's just hanging around which is the best!
