3 br, 2 ba, condo on the indian river bay with panoramic views. Five minutes from Bethany beach. Great place for relaxation and family vacations. 11 acres of open property with large pool. Located on the 2nd floor, our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, w/d, lr with dining area. Front and back balconies. Great place for kayaking, windsurfing, boating, biking, wake boarding with golfing close by. The condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years including new bathrooms, new floors in kitchen and new carpet throughout. We have added wifi and a new washer dryer

Great place!

Comfy condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. The huge pool was a lot of fun and the location put us right in the middle of anything we wanted to do from Rehoboth to Ocean City. We had a great week!

The property was in excellent condition upon our arrival! We have stayed here for many years now and as always enjoyed the beautiful view and amazing pool. We will certainly be back next year!

Property and location were very nice. Well stocked kitchen, the entire unit was very clean. Beautiful area. Everyone loved the large pool and the proximity to the beach. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Had a great stay at this bayfront condo...so much so, the little one begged me to book it next year! Location is awesome, sandwiched in between OC & Rehoboth on the quieter side, and only a 5min drive to Bethany. Close to restaurants, supermarket, and liquor store. Bayfront allows for great water-based activities along with the super-sized and clean pool. The unit has a great view and was in very good condition/clean. Although we had to deal with a hurricane for a few days, the condo was the perfect place to hunker down. Bob, the host, was very amiable and offered us some free amentites since we were cooped up with the storm.Would definitely return!

Summer 2023

Another great vacation in the books. Our accommodations were perfect. We love the view from our porch and even saw dolphins. We have been coming here for over 8 years and it never disappoints. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the family room is large enough for our group. Looking forward to next summer.

Slice of Heaven

This place was JUST what we needed and MORE! Bob was fantastic and communicated frequently! We felt so at home and loved every minute of our stay. Perfect place for our 4 and 6 year old to enjoy riding their bikes, scootering around, swimming and climbing on the playground. Perfect place for the adults to watch the sunset and the littles from the balcony, relax by the pool, and take walk near the water! So sad our trip is over!

Beautiful amenities

Beautiful remodel. Kitchen needs updated. Drawers fall out and see uneven but lots of supplies etc. View of the bay is breathtaking.

Great Family Vacation!

Plenty of room for entire family. Clean, well-kept condo. Beautiful views of the bay. Kids loved the swimming pool and spending time at the beach. Definitely will be back.

Summer Fun

We have enjoyed coming to this property for several years now. The pool is fantastic and you just can't beat the view. We plan to continue coming here for many more years. The owner is very responsive. We had an issue with the internet and he took care of the problem while we were there. I know my grandson appreciated that -- he was able to use his iPad.

Perfect place, perfect location!

What a wonderful place and great location! It was the perfect size for all 6 of us. The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was huge and very clean. It was very close to the bay and perfect for kayaking. The location was perfect! We were far enough away from the busy towns but a short drive to what ever you we in the mood for (beachs, Bethany Beach, Lewes, Ocean City, Rehoboth) We read the guest book and know why you have return guests. When we come back to DE we know where we will want to stay!!!

Lovely Quiet Retreat on the Bay

My family had a wonderful time at Cedar Shores. The condo is nicely renovated and spotless, beds are comfortable. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the water and sunsets was a pleasure each day. The pool is incredible. Little ones have the warm shallow end and big kids love the 10 foot deep end. The most people we ever saw in the pool at once was 8 or 9. Often we had the pool to ourselves. The most notable thing about Cedar Shores is how quiet and friendly it is. A laid back retreat overlooking a beautiful bay, just a few minutes drive from Bethany Beach. This was our second visit. We'll definitely be back.

Great vacation

This property is one of my favorites. We have the best view of the Indian River. The sunsets are phenomenal. There is plenty of space in the condominium for my family and we love all the updates that Bob has done. Our grandson loves to come with as there is so much for him to do, kayaking, exploring the shore line, and of course swimming in the the biggest pool ever.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The property and condo were perfect for it needs.

We wanted a beach vacation but We wanted to be away from the typical beach crowds especially because of COVID-19 concerns. Cedar shores was a beautiful bay hideaway. We flew kites, bicycled through Henlopen, swam, star-gazed...and yes, even went to the beach. We were happy to discover most other people respecting safe distancing measures. We kayaked with eco tours and completed a 1000 piece puzzle. The grounds and pool are perfect for families. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation! Thank you.

Summer Getaway

Since we have returned now for several years, arriving is like coming home. We were a little concerned with vacationing during a pandemic but things turned out well. The owners provided screening at the gate and at no time did we feel unsafe or miss any pool time. We enjoyed the Indian River, family time and either home cooked meals or carry out. It turned out to be another great vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed a lovely week at Cedar Shores! Everything went seamlessly from check in and the property is exactly as depicted. Very well stocked kitchen and beds were comfortable. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and hiking trails in the area. Bob also provides us with great take out recommendations. Perfect! Thank you very much!

Perfect Bay Side Stay!

Bob's place was the perfect getaway for our family - we were looking for somewhere relaxing but with stuff to do. The sunsets and daily water activity on the bay was so soothing and calming; the pool is the biggest one I've seen and very clean. Access to the bay right outside the door was a wonderful bonus :) There is a swing set that is visible from the balcony and even the living room which was helpful, easy entertainment for our kids who are 8, 6 and 2. The condo was extremely clean, up-to-date and better stocked with kitchen supplies than my own house! We brought a couple of meals with us to save on eating out and the amazing kitchen made it seamless for us. The other condo owners/renters were extremely friendly. Bethany Beach was a 5-10 drive and easily accessible. The size and location was perfect for our little family and we can't wait to go back! Bob was quick to respond, friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. I highly recommend renting this place if you're looking for a lovely getaway :)

Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four recently stayed at this property. The listing is exactly as it states. Dishwasher and WIFI both functioning (see past reviews.) Mr. Murphy's instructions for check-in were easy as with checkout. The area is breathtaking. My boys enjoyed the VERY LARGE pool and running on the small bay beach behind the property. As for mom and dad, enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats on the bay and feeling the incoming breeze.
